    Great service from Khalil. As I’d left some maintenance work on my bike to the last week before a big charity ride, he very kindly fitted me in and carried out both the free bike service and fitting a new chain and cassette. Plus he sorted my dire breaks. Had a couple of negative experiences with Halfords last year but wow, What a godsend! Knowing my bike is ready, all I need now is the energy to get through the 100km ride!

    Daren completed a FREE 10 point check on my car and helped me with a few other little issues I had without hesitation. He was friendly and chatted throughout, advising me on anything I needed to do to ensure my vehicle is safe to drive. Top bloke, very helpful :)

    I bought 2 bikes there for Xmas I made them up to find I had a punture in front wheel I took the wheel back but was told they could not hear a leek so gave me back my wheel but they would charge me yo repair as to say wheels flat again I've bought a repair kit and there was a punture on a bike that my grandson could not ride as for the bike technician totally useless not on bit of bike since I will not be using again

    John was extremely helpful. I came in for a battery for my car phobe and John Pointed out with my Halfords membership my car was due a 5 point check. The Customer Service here is excellent and I feel safe to drive through winter with checks done.

    After another member of staff was not very willing to help me with my trade card inquiry,Roy came over was very helpful in the inquiry also helped find the correct stop/start battery and fitted it for me ,He has good customer service was very professional and i was very pleased with his service this afternoon

    Cancelled MOT on day it was booked in for, which ok things happen. Couldn’t rebook me for over 3 weeks which is after existing MOT expires so will have to go elsewhere. Really couldn’t care less attitude from guy on the phone, 2nd bad experience. Won’t use again

    Really excellent bike service. I’ve had a bike that has internal cable routing for over 5 years that has always rattled a lot. Whenever I have had the bike serviced in the past, by big brand bike shops and independent mechanics, I’ve been told that it’s a common sound with that type of cabling and there’s nothing that could be done. After this simple (lowest tier) service from Halfords the bike is quiet and smooth to ride. Makes a huge difference, so really pleased. Good work!

    Excellent. The assistant (John) was tremendously helpful and very informative. He went through the points on my MOT fail sheet one by one and made sure everything was covered. Thereafter, he detailed the benefits of the Halfords Motoring Club which I promptly Joined. Very pleased with the whole experience.

    Went into Halfords this morning & I'm not going to deny, I'm a clueless woman when it comes to my car which in turn can be quite daunting going into a shop like Halfords! The guy that helped me was really informative & got me exactly what I needed. He helped me save money with the Halfords app & also came to let me know I could receive a free 10 point car check, which took minimal time & was really beneficial!! The guy that helped me is a real credit to your team! Couldn't rate him highly enough!

    I went into Halfords to see if it was possible to fit a new stereo to my imported car, and walked out an hour and half later with everything done! Shaun managed to squeeze the job in at the end of the day, and fitted my new stereo to a very high standard. He was very personable, friendly, and professional, and I would thoroughly recommend him. I can now listen to any music I want to on my commute - thanks Shaun!

    Took bike in for a service. They had it for a week ( they said it would be 1-2 days) when I had to ring them to check on it. They couldnt find it at first and when they did they said it had been serviced. Picked bike back up and it doesn't seem like anyone's even glanced over it let alone do a service. Was not told if anything needed repairing etc.

    What amazing service in the cycling department. I had a puncture whilst on a bike ride and was luckily within walking distance of this store. Khalil immediately helped out and changed the inner tube and thoroughly checked round the tyre. He found several shards of glass. He was friendly, very helpful and polite. I was very impressed with him and the store, especially as it was a very hot day and the staff were sweltering! Well done Halfords AMAZING!! Wendy

    Always helpful. Had trouble with my window wiper, had 2 Halfords guys answering my questions and coming to the car ,to check if it was the moving arm of my car to which the wiper was attached ;as I thought it might be. All for the price of the new wiper I had gone for. Pleasant and congenial people. I would go again for any other car related issues. They help and not just try and sell you stuff.

    Was having a bike carrier fitted. Have to say that the fitters Roy & Adrian were very good. Despite a few little frustrations more to do with Halfords general need for improvements, the staff were excellent and tick all the boxes when it comes to customer service excellence. My Wife reminded that Andy was also very attentive!

    Excellent customer service from a gentleman named Shaun! He was very, very knowledgeable and took his time to explain and show us everything we needed to know about child car seats.     Absolutely fabulous service! I didn’t realise Halfords had a fitting service. I have an old old Audi with glitchy lights and went to get new bulbs- Dave spent time cleaning all the connectors, taping up the broken light and checking a couple of other things too to get me back in the road safely. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, practical and nice fella. Saved me over £350! Thank you so much

    Booked in to have new side lights fitted, staff member found it was just a dodgy connected so it was fixed in seconds, I was given a full refund for my original bulbs and fitting costs. Can’t recommend highly enough as I was treated really well and service exemplary.

    I visited the shop yesterday to look for wiper blades and was impressed by the standard of efficient helpful service. The items concerned were in stock and promptly found by a friendly assistant. Will certainly use again, thank you Halfords.

    I ordered a bike online which the site stated was in stock and ready to collect. It turns out that often this means it could just be that they have one item in stock which is generally the display model. So what their site tells you can't be trusted. The shop did call me to let me know which was fair enough. It did take the shine off my buying experience as the whole point of "click and collect" is to actually do that on the day not to have to wait for a delivery I would have got it sent direct otherwise.

    I needed advice on buying a dash cam for my car. The assistant was very patient and answered all my questions no matter how silly they were. He even made suggestions about things I hadn't even thought of. I came away very happy with a booking for fitting the whole thing when the unit arrived at the shop. Top marks all round. It is so nice to be able to talk things through with a human being rather than watching videos.

    Staff are very nice and very truthful will tell you what's what when it comes to cars or bicycles. They aren't very expensive compared to smaller less commercial places that seem to give everyone a different price. They're just all around helpful and happy to talk to you if you talk to them.

    First Class Service!! I would like to thank Shaun who has gone above and beyond in getting the installation of my new Pioneer Head Unit and Reversing Camera spot on! After ordering all the kit and adaptors there were issues with functionality and reception of the radio but Shaun researched the issues and fixed the problems to no problems. Brilliant job thanks!

    Absolutely amazing service from Adrian. Came in to find a car seat for my 16 month old - was a bit intimidated by all the options. Adrian was immediately on hand and patiently explained the different seats with their pros and cons etc. The actual seat I settled on had been discontinued by Halfords but as if by magic he managed to find an ex demo one and then discounted the price for me! He then swiftly cleaned it up and fitted it in my car. What a productive trip to Halfords. Mum and baby both very happy. Thank you Adrian I hope Halfords know what star employee they have in you!     My daughter and I visited Halfords in Shoreham-by-Sea to get her a new bike. Ollie helped us to find the perfect bike for her. He was very patient and made sure that the bike was suitable for my 8 year old. He also set it up there and then so we were able to ride the bike straight out of the store. He explained all the benefits we get with the bike very clearly and wrote it all down for us. I was very impresses with the knowledge and efficiency of the staff there.

    Ollie was superb. Took lots of time to explain benefits and features of e bikes. We went home and ordered two plus accessories. Went back next day and he was just as helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I do think he needs an assistant though as the store was busy on all three occasions

    Just bought a hybrid assist electric bike £499. The staff were great. Ollie, Connor and two other staff were really helpful and friendly , giving advice to me, despite the queue of people waiting to be served. A great bunch of hard working employees who know their job well.
