Customer service was excellent from start to finish, even the mechanic with the beard made us a drink as soon as we came in , and lovely K J sorted everything out for us when purchasing my bike..couldn't do enough for us and I would definitely recommend these guys and gals to anyone..suberb team and great stuff to look at regarding clothes , bikes and a cafe aswell..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good variety of gear but sadly the place literally had almost no "small" sizes for male garments, people come in a variety of sizes, not just L and XL

Really good motorbike shop for accessories, bikes and servicing too. The guy behind the counter was really helpful, friendly and a good salesman too. Yet not pushy. I called in to buy a helmet and left with a helmet, gloves and a new bike too. The cafe upstairs is good too nice coffee and not expensive. I'd not been before but I will definitely return and recommend Lancaster Motorcycles to family and friends.

Full service completed with wheel bearings replaced, new chain and sprockets and a few other jobs done, then MOT completed. Very happy with the quality of the work, the bike now runs well again.

I recently took my bike into LMC to have my exhaust replaced, and a problem occured where the screws attaching the exhaust to the bike had become so rusted that they actually snapped in half while the exhaust was being removed, resulting in half of the screws becoming stuck inside my bike. The guys at LMC spent a lot of time attemtping to get these screws out, and tried every method they possibly could. Just when it was beginning to look bleak as the bike would have to be outsourced to a different company to remove the screws, potentially meaning that I would have to go weeks without my bike, the legend that is KJ came up with the idea to replace not only the exhaust but also the part that the screws were stuck in, and also the spark plug. This meant that the bike did not have to leave LMC, and the job was all done in one day. A massive thankyou to everyone at LMC, but a special thanks to KJ, she worked tirelessly to order the new parts in for my bike asap, moved jobs around so that my bike would be done quicker, and was also incredibly reasonable on the cost of the job. I have been with LMC for 5 years now, and they never fail to be as helpful as possible, fair on price, do jobs in very good time, and to the best quality. KJ is a credit to the company, and is always a warm, friendly face who wants to do everything she can to make your experience positive. Would 100% recommend to anyone :)

Used to get my 18 year old triumph back on the road. Service, MOT, additional items, switch, tank cleaning etc. Showed the broken parts. Friendly and worked to guidance. Happy to recommend.

Going from my own experience over the year's, I think the service you get here, is second to none. People who really care and very friendly with it. Nice show room with a great variety of bike's, clothing and everything you need for your own machine, oh and a superb biker's cafe upstairs. very knowledgeable mechanic's who make sure your bike is in tip top condition, nothing is too much trouble and that's why I'll always be a customer here. Highly recommended to all.

Nice American diner upstairs, motorcycle gear upstairs, used bikes n selection of new bikes mainly from Chinese backed companies, Moto Morini, Herald, etc. Prices in similar region to Honda dealer before they moved to Blackpool for services. Fixed price on size of engine. Nice staff. The only problem I've had is they didn't have right software to cancel Triumph service light. Hoping they update, small problem but if paying full service price I'd like full customer service.

Took my Triumph in for service and stalling problem. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Work was carried out as requested and bike now runs well. Can't fault staff or garage. Will be back later in the year for MOT. Thanks to all.

When I bought my Honda, we had a main dealer here locally. Soon after buying my bike they shut down. Luckily for me, Lancaster Motorcycles are here to fill the void. And they do a cracking job of that. I have used them now for servicing and a few modifications and their service has been second to none. They have a massive selection of new and used bikes, a great clothing and helmet section, top quality accessories and even a cafe. I am truly delighted with their friendly and helpful attitude and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Had my Bike MOTd here. Sat in the cafe and had a nice greasy omelette while I waited. Treat myself to a new pair of gloves. Top notch service, I will be coming back again next time.
