You know what you're getting with Rileys. Pool (English & American), Snooker, Darts, Fruit Machines, loads of screens for sports, and even Table Tennis. It's got the monopoly on value when it comes to table sports, etc, so it's a fine place to do those things. Saying that I wouldn't go unless I was doing those things. The food isn't great, its not particularly cheap for drinks and it doesn't show the 3pm kick offs so plenty of other places would get my nod for watching football. Staff are friendly enough and there's usually free tables.

This is my first experience at a Rileys Sports pub. So it's the full works on pool, darts and football. It's a huge place bigger than you imagine from the outside. Very comfortable seating and tables. I can't comment on food but £3.89 for a non alcoholic Heineken beer is more than you pay in other pubs around the area. Still I give it a full 4 stars it's lively and has a good atmosphere.

Good place for leisure.. but close early Not sure why but the is huge potential for customer large place to sitting and students coming in..minus point is Toilet not very clean plus not very friendly front staff

Spoken to poorly by two of the staff. Incredibly rude and blunt when speaking to customers. A man with a bad hair cut and glasses who struggled to make eye contact after his comments and a women with dark hair and gap teeth swearing behind the bar about customers “all standing together” in a cue to play pool at a pool bar 😂

I haven’t see unprofessional manager like that in my life. They have a fault system of membership card. We just found out that the point doesn’t count of membership card. Even though we have been 4 times before. The manager basically say that nothing we can do anything for with bad attitude. It happened in 18 August 2023 at 6:50 pm. She doesn’t know how to deal with customer at all.

The whole Riley's experience was out of this world, great facilities, friendly staff and an amazing place to sped time with family and friends. The only downside is the expensive drinks but that didn't bother us, we was there for the snooker 👍 definitely going back

Well what can I say about this place... was only supposed to be a meeting point, 1 drink turned into several. Few games of pool, threw a few arrows, Tommo wasting his wages in the fruit machine... Great laugh.... inside was immaculate and staff were fantastic the 2 young girls were very friendly but professional (think one was Erin and the other began with a M)... no longer a meeting point this is going to be a regular now for me and the lads...well done Rileys.

Another fantastic staff night out at Rileys Sports Bar. The service has been fantastic as always, Jimmy and the staff are amazing always friendly and helpful. The facilities are great, booked pool & snooker tables. Food was lovely, Definitely be back there.

Came here for a few drinks and it didn’t disappoint! Loads to do and the staff were phenomenal, especially Courtney she went above and beyond and just maintained such high energy the whole time! She was so polite and is definitely the reason I will return.

Nice place very busy, toilets not great but clean, darts, 8 ball pool and 9 ball pool I believe snooker aswell although I didn't venture up that far. Massive screen plus multiple other screens for sports. They also do good but not tried this visit. Price I suppose is OK but I'm tight and think £4.99 for a Guinness is expensive but it was a nice pint and I paid more for a shandy in there.

Liverpool Riley’s is a great place! The staff are amazing. The person that particularly stood out to us was Holly who was so lovely and friendly when she was collecting glasses and keeping everywhere clean and tidy around the pool table area. Well done Riley’s Liverpool

Attended on a Friday night, 8pm. Had to ask twice to have the lights turned on at the board after my partner was told "there'll be a light switch at the board". Spoiler, there wasn't and eventually someone found a switch behind the bar. They put us on a dart board which was shocking in quality. We paid nearly £10 for an hour and had to stop gameplay multiple times owing to the aforementioned and the fact there was an active pool session on the table right by the board. I'd have rather they said they didn't have the capacity as at least we would not have wasted our money. Do better.

Amazing night and great service from both Gil and Ella who helped us have a great night out. Lauren helped us sign up as members to get in so everything was so easy and we were able to have a great night! Thank you everyone for a great night!

Booked a session for darts, flights kept falling off and breaking on 2/3 of the darts, they didn’t have any replacements which was surprisingly considering there was only one other party playing darts also. Asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t provide it there and to contact the support emails. It’s been a week now since I’ve sent the email and still no response, not even bothered about the £10 just poor communication or management between either the branch or the head office, a joke..

Been here a few times. Always a great atmosphere, brilliant staff especially a lovely lady called Lauren she will make sure your taken care of.

I go here regularly with my Foster son who is autistic/ ADHD & one per month with my mate... My Foster son loves it , and the staff are great particularly Jan ( hope I got name right ) she is a star & is a credit to this venue ...shows great empathy towards him & is always very helpful 👍

Love this place so much that i fly over from Ireland regularly just to spend hrs here, English pool tables and cues are top notch condition. Will be over again on the 19th 20th and 21st of January and ill visit all 3 days.....Can't wait for some cocktails pizza and pool pool pool.....Staff all sound also...

I went for the first time. It was an experience in light of having a good atmosphere and prompt service with a smile. Was quiet noisy until you reach the back where all pool tables etc are..

Such a nice place! We were there on Wednesday evening, mostly empty with a lot of space. Enjoying darts was awesome experience, equipment was top notch! Definitely will be back when in mood for more 🎯!

Quality evening on Saturday watching the England game for a long overdue lads weekend. Despite an issue with the Riley!s app failing at KO time the staff dealt with it really well...... And what an atmosphere, we started the longest German Bomber song ever...come on Engerrrrland.

This is a great venue for bar sports. It's busy on the weekend and a little unorganised. But will worth a visit!

Great place to while away an hour playing pool and hanging out. No singing drunks, which is unusual in town on a Saturday afternoon and all the better for it. Friendly staff. Nice food.

If you're a woman, be prepared to be the only woman in there on a Saturday afternoon, generally smells like a boys bedroom. Pool tables are clean and well maintained. Cues are 98% in good condition..mega busy on match days and service can be slow. Watch out for the cashier scanning a card instead of yours so you don't get your points. Bar service a bit slow. Toilets immaculate

Great place to meet mates and play a few games of Pool (or Darts) 👍. Costs about £10/hr, tables are in good condition with plenty of space (tables/seats) around them. Loads of TVs with Football/Sport on, as well as an area with seats and a BIG TV. Drinks are pretty reasonably priced, staff are friendly.

Went in with an enquire on Sunday the staff didn't no anything about what I was asking but was given a card to ring the manager on so was ringing most of Monday morning no answer drove back up manager didn't come out the office but the member of staff on duty was very helpful left half an hour later rang back up to make a booking and no one answers the phone after saying to the member of staff ad been trying to ring most the morning and was told they don't answer till after 12pm but was trying till 9pm last night and still no one answers the phone don't no if there's a fault on the phone line or they just don't answer the place in general looks a nice place clean popular but if you r wanting to Speke to the staff you have no chance unless u go into the place

good quality tables, most of the members are very pleasant and they show the footie on a projector. All round decent place for a laugh.

Really great pool hall and good place to socialize if you are ever in Liverpool. Staff are amazing, Maria, Liam, Owen and Jimmy are always friendly and welcoming. Cleaning standards are high. Would highly recommended to any of my friends or family!

Staff abit 'hap hazard' as i asked for an 8ball table and was given a 9ball table, when explained that I asked for an 8ball table, i was accused for asking for an AMERICIAN table, alot of muttering under staff members breath and accusing me of lying.

Went for a quick beer but ended up in there for ages. Played pool and darts. Got to be honest, the staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough for us! Place was really busy but they made us really comfy. I think the manager's name is Jimmy, and he was dead chatty and mate us feel really welcome!! 5 stars

Staff members were extremely helpful today when dealing with an aggressive man who was hostile towards us whilst playing snooker. I've always loved playing in rileys Liverpool and knowing the Staff are there to help has really secured my place as a long term customer. I do forget the names of the staff members but I will say that I know every staff member is there to help and they always provide a top notch service. Lovely to see brand new cues and ball trays too! The place is very spacious with plenty of pool tables, darts boards and TV’s. Prices are also fair compared to other sports bars around. The staff were lovely and very willing to help, Hia in particular was amazing and very kind, kudos to her. Would recommend for a group of friends or family.

A great place with great service. I come here often with my friends and mates, and we have so much fun every single time. One of the best places in liverpool. Also HIA's service is great ! She's sweet and kind. I really appreciate her hard work

Went to Riley’s for a birthday for a friend and the woman serving us was incredibly helpful about the deals and offers on the pool tables, I think she was called Emma, tall blonde woman, extremely helpful and we stayed there for a good few hours before moving on to town. Would recommend, also, pizza was top notch!!

I play billiards on a semi-professional basis and I believe that the tables are too dirty for the price per hour you pay (table 28). Also, they charge for a whole hour and the lights go out after 50 minutes... a rip-off in my opinion.

Great casual sports bar for any level of skill. Everyone is there for a common purpose so no trouble and people very courteous of space. Drinking is very expensive in here so just use it as a sports hall and it's good.

Had a fantastic night out here for our works team building event. Pool and Darts pairs competition, I am not that good at either but we all had a ball! The place was immaculate and the service was second to none, the drinks kept flowing along with the laughter and the Burgers are sublime. I can honestly say that from the moment we got there to the moment we left we were treated like VIP’s!! Really hope we do this again soon. I cannot recommend enough
