It has some nice cards for various occasions but I've felt disappointed about the lack of selection at times. Sometimes it can seem a bit disorganised in the store but the prices are low

Absolutely disgusting service. My daughters went to purchase a mandolorian balloon at the price of £7. It was a 18th present for my daughter. The balloon was not fastened securely enough and ended up in the clouds. After contacting card factory I was told that there was nothing they could do. Shame on you card factory for ruining my daughters birthday,as it was a present from her younger sister.

I tend to buy most of my cards there. It's simply value for money. Good place to shop for banners, decorations, etc. Staff always pleasant and helpful.

Good shop for buying card gift s

My husband visited the shop on Tuesday the 21st of January. After buying me a birthday present he then asked a member of staff for some some advice of the best way to wrap the presents up and bless the lady working that day she went above and beyond to assist him in and done it for him. And I must say they were wrapped amazingly absolutely beautiful. How kind of her brilliant customer service Will definitely go and thank her myself so thank you Joanne for all your help on assisting my husband that day

Good selection of very cheap cards, novelty gifts and balloons. It's usually busy, not overly organised and has long queues, but considering the prices you can't really complain.

Can't beat the Card Factory for the best selection of every type of card you may want at very very reasonable prices. Just don't leave it too near Christmas/Mother's/Father's Day to look for these cards or you could be killed in the rush!
