The yoga class is amazing but staff need to supervise the spa facilities. You have People shaving their beards etc in the shared area in the spa. This does not make for a very hygienic environment.

Horrible horrible horrible. Can't wait for this contract to finish and sign up for proper leisure centre. Opening hours very short, health suite often out of order, in other centre health suite is not available Mon-fri from 11am to 5pm. Just disgraceful..

Great place for a swim. Hit and miss for the soap dispenser in the shower afterwards. Not hard to check it a couple of times a day

good swimming pool although I don't go often. gym is fairly 'small' and limited in the amount of gym *equipment, but it does have a fulfilling variety of it and it's why I'll continue to go there for a while. (also good prices on the website!)

Need more general swimming sessions

Unfortunately, staff and clientele friendliness is the only real positive thing what has to say about this place. It’s filthy and lives up to this reputation. Like an old car, something is always broken and they are not quick at repairs nor letting you know ahead of time. I’ll spare you the disgusting pictures of mold EVERYWHERE!!!!!

Always nice and friendly there. Gym is welcoming and everybody just gets on with their training. Never so busy you can't find a machine to use. Would prefer that there wasn't just one toilet and sink in the Changing rooms.

I am pleased with this gym I'm proper bulking now thanks to these bois. However there are far too many roadmen there telling me they're going to chef me up. Once a worker through my new Iphone 11 pro and my airpods pro in the pool. I also witnessed a child drowning there, the lifeguards did nothing about it they just pointed and laughed, one filmed it in and posted it on Instagram. It was quite funny though especially the father crying after his son died

Staff friendly but always there’s one Karen out there, plus the pool is dirty, I wonder if they clean them, and werent gonna let someone who’s 14th birthday is the next day, because they “don’t care”, and the gym is small for £25 per month, I’m gonna cancel my membership from now, we had no problems untill this Karen, she better get fired if you don’t want to lose clients.

I could say a lot... Let's start. 1. Staff don't care about any distance, so during swimming lessons there anyway too many people. 2. I am wondering if they actually clean the pool at all...(try to dive at the end of the pool and touch the ground you will see what I mean) 3. Parking is a joke 4. Dangerous - people jumping at the end of the pool , not even checking is someone is swimming / diving but staff doing completely nothing with that. Hovewer... I could "eat" all of that. Because I really enjoy swimming with my son. He learnt with me how to swim (after one year of "swimming lessons" in trilogy he couldn't even float in the water). He is swimming now without any problems, he is floating, knows how to dive, controls his breath, doesnt panic and the most important, knows how to swim! Today for me was enough. I was swimming with my son 2 months already from the beginning of the swimming pool to the end. He is not struggling, he is swimming . Practicing now breaststroke style. Honestly we always had a lot of fun doing that, diving at the end of the pool. Today one Women from the staff started speaking to me that actually we can't do that, because my son isnt swimming "properly". Wow. Ok. What is the definition of the swimming properly? He need to swim like a professional? Silly. I could understand if he struggles but he is not struggling he is just swimming without any problems at this moment. To be honest we always enjoy this time like I mentioned we was swimming, diving etc and we was happy. Today after this nonsense conversation me and my son just lost this because of one women from the staff which had a bad day or something. Like I mentioned I saw theres a lot of dangerous situations and no one reacted but looks like they want to react only when a father is SWIMMING with his son. Bravo. I am cancelling my membership for all my family members. We will go somewhere else. Can't say anything wrong about the gym and staff there. Gym staff are really friendly and all equipment is really fine. If not the gym and if there would be an option I would give minus 10 stars! To be honest not often I am writing reviews but after today I couldn't resist. DO NOT PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP IN TRILOGY. Try it first see how it is.

No credit card no swim. The surly young lady said it is on our website and has been the same for years . Young people with no credit card cannot swim. How absolutely ridiculous.

This is a good gym not big but the machines are quality and the health spa and pool are brilliant

Long swimming pool to give an enjoyable workout also steam and sauna to heat you up and relax after a swim. Very helpful staff so a good experience all round

a good pool with 30m length and 2.8m depth not too busy too on a saturday

Amazing value for money. Trained in the gym which was pretty quiet. Excellent equipment on offer and all very well maintained. Recommend this place as its such excellent value for money.

Good facilities and friendly staff - and the pool was warm (warm-ish anyway). This is a lovely historic building which is well maintained and holds many memories, as I remember swimming lessons here almost fifty years ago.

Great steam room and sauna ,very clean and nice staff.

Receptionists can be a bit more customer orientated they all chatting when is a massive queue and rude, broken equipment without any warning that is out of use hopefully no one will injured themselves using it, lady’s shower room very dirty and smelling!!!

I love to swim at the Mount's swimming pool. It's a beautiful environment and kept incredibly clean

They have cancelled three of my sons weekly swimming lessons in the last month due to lack of teacher and don’t refund the cancelled lessons.

Dated and lacking basic hygiene health suite and swimming pool. The benefit is an affordable membership price and proximity to town centre.

Very friendly and helpful gym staff. Nice and place for a gym workout or nice swim.

The centre is fantastic and the staff couldn't be more helpful but the parking is a joke. Do not expect to be able to park in their carpark and make other plans just incase.
