Criminal people and unprofessional people. They are known for bullying, false information and opinion. Liars and refusing your rights causing problems in people lives and blackmailing. All your info is given out to third parties and doesn't take in to account of people disabilities. If they do they make up their own judgement on people. That not true. They give out wrong SSR data so watch out. Already been put out in papers and radios. To warn others

Needed a repair. Although it didn't ordinarily come under the Urgent criteria the phone operative raised it as urgent so that we weren't left without cooking facilities. The repair man was prompt. He fixed the issue with ease and was really friendly. Not like the service I'm used to receiving from NBC. This was excellent and very much appreciated.

Thoroughly pleased with the Happy to Help service, certainly lives up to it's name. Josh has been a very polite and helpful worker, conscientious and has treated my home with respect. I have been very happy with the work he has done and would highly recommend him. Thank you Josh.

Friendly , easy going and they will go out their way to help .During the first lockdown, they answered the phones as soon as and they always sorted any issues I had at the time.Certainly would recommend to rent from them (if of course your on the housing list ,which I am waiting to get on).I cant fault them ,so credit where its due. Thanks all and keep up the good work.

The complaint was filed about noisy neighbours on a few occasions and nothing was done to address it.

I’m carer to a blind lady and her CO2 alarm started going off this afternoon. I called NPH and they told her to stay in the house for 24 hours until an emergency engineer comes out. She is moving home and has no furniture or anything in the house and it is impossible for her to stay overnight. They expect her to sleep on the floor! They even asked me to take a day off work to stay with her. Realistically they should have agreed to call one hour before attending but they refused to do that. WELL DONE NPH THIS SHOULD BE A WAKE UP CALL TO YOU!!!!

I’ve never met a company that lies so much in my life, I’m 20 years old with a severe mental health disability, the policy for banding is a lie on the website it says that applicants that are at a risk of violence in the property they are in should be put in band a, it also says that if tenant has a severe medical medical award that they should be put in band a, however I’ve been in this property for less than a year, I’ve had fully grown men kick my door down attempting to physically harm me and I also have a medical award for my severe mental health, the council have put me in band b saying there is no evidence I’m at risk of violence ( even though one of my neighbours witnessed the man kick my door down and I have visible criminal damage to the window next to my front door ) I’ve also rang the police numerous times because of these problems that keep occurring,My mental health is getting progressively worse being here and the council aren’t putting me in band A even thought the policy says I should be in band A, the problem is I can’t stay in this flat in band b for that long as it’s progressively making my mental health worse, my address has also been doxed to a group of violent people that have physically harmed me in the past leaving my address vulnerable to another group of violent people, I can’t physically stay in this flat without my mental health deteriorating rapidly the longer I’m here the worse it gets, even when I appealed my application they denied it even tho their banding policy states I should be in band A, their refusing me into band b ignoring my rights and my mental health problems annf the violence I’ve had to endure while being in this property I’m a 20 year old female that lives by herself and I’ve had men and women kick my door down on two seperate occasions with the council not giving any repercussions to the offender either times leaving me feeling helpless in my own home, I want to leave as soon as possible but the council are making it near impossible for me to even leave as I won’t get anywhere in band b, I seriously don’t think I can last much longer here it’s making me want to give up my tenancy because it’s affecting my mental health so much that I would honestly rather be homeless than feeling like I have to look over my shoulder every single day like I do in this block, my mental health is deteriorating yet if I give up my tenancy I’ll be labelled as intentionally homeless, even though I’m at a risk of violence have a disability award and my mental health is deteriorating, the council have completely ignored all of my problems and exspect me to stay somewhere I don’t feel safe for an extended period of time when I should be in band a, the councils reasoning for this is not enough evidence even though the police have been called on every occasion and my other neighbour witnessed a fully grown man kicking my door down😵‍💫 full on joke for a company no chance of help from these guys
