Extremely disappointed with my visit to Argos today. The service I received was appalling. The person who served me at the counter gave the impression like he could not care less about my custom. Initially, on trying to give him my reference (after he asked for it as a greeting), he cut me off saying "give me the FT number". When I advised this was not something I had, he was adamant that I did if I had made an order online. As we were clearly at a stalemate, to prove to him I was telling the truth I showed him the email I had recieved. I then got a "I see its a TU order" and off he went in search of my package. He then returned a few minutes later and practically threw the bag at me. I was going to have a quiet word with the manager to advise he might need to do some remedial soft skill training with this individual (everyone else I observed seemed on the ball), when I looked at the badge of the man serving and realised he was the manager! Good job the rest of the staff weren't following his lead.

Appalling customer service. Very rude and unhelpful store manager. Won't take an item back even though Argos reps falsely oversold its capability on the website. He's happy to see me throw away ££ for a useless piece of garbage. Looking at other comment about the store manager, it looks like this is his standard behaviour with customers. I dealt with other people here all these years and never had an issue. The first time I have one, it's this guy, and he's the manager? Good job, Argos.

Visit to pick up daughter's car after repairs following vandalism. Friendly,chatty staff. Repairs appear to have been done with no apparant problems on collection. Took three weeks for repairs to be completed which seems a long time but she was provided with a lovely courtesy car during this time.

Feel very safe in this large store. Plenty of parking very well stocked wide aisles and most shoppers abiding by social distancing rules. Staff are very helpful and I love the scan and pay tool.

Great store. Located inside sainsburys so you can do your household shopping before or after collecting your goods. Staff are polite and there's plenty of parking. Recommended click and collect.

So, after needing storage boxes, nice deep ones at a reasonable price I decided Argos is the best place to go. Even during COVD19 times, this was the best choice..help and guidance was 5 star, I was in and out on half an hour. Paid and collected. Great service, you are told where to wait and where to pay..very simple..nicely done!

I rather use Amazon for the convenient.

Just talked to the rudest manager regarding a return and refund. His name is Nick and he was do smirk about everything.. disgusted with the service. Will go to the highest level to complain about this. Absolute disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got to Argos Weedin road Sainsbury’s. Ordered something essential for this eve. Google says 10pm Closing and 9.30pm not open!! I’m totally not amused. This is a nightmare for me, really needed something for tonight. Pls check your times are correct in Google!!

I have always had great experiences at this Argos! They seem to really have a great customer service ethic in them, Always happy and smiling. Always helpful and answer any questions you have. Thanks.
