Usually if you have the booked time, everything going fast. After unloading the paperwork will be ready soon. If you have to wait because coming earlier there is a parking place, where you have to wait for the booking time.

No problem at all, from booking in to getting loaded.

Im a hgv driver collecting from here. They are a useless place. Waited over 4 hours for paperwork.

They don't show you where to go or even buy lunch and they have bunch of rude staffs

Rude and arrogant transport office workers. One of those places where drivers are treated as worst kind of people. No wonder there is drivers shortage.

Staff are ignoring selfish people and delivering people are not welcome as they are making there staff actually do the job there paid for

Poor communication with everyone. Turned up on time with correct reference number. Go to GP3....no GP2... no back to GP3. 2hrs 45 mins later loading starts. Office full of people fooling around whilst lorry drivers wait to be allocated bays or collect receipt paperwork are ignored. I really don't know how this place survives. Avoid if you are able to do so.

The security GAURD Was BRITISH And SPOKE ENGLISH Unlike Other So Called Companies Who Employed Dissidants Who Spoke Broken English At Best. Foreigners are not to be the first interaction with TRADE I Swear.

The most unserious company, a company that makes fun of people. They regularly post so-called vacant jobs just as a joke, they never ever answer or hire, or probably hire only dedicated people or relatives. It doesn't matter how much experience you have, you will always be ignored. Disgusting attitude.

Very friendly polish People in the driver reception. People in the gatehouse are useless and arrogant. Never say please or thanks. It's a nightmare to deal with them. Whish to get out the lorry and slap one of them! Advice : put someone there who speaks English.
