I went for a vitamin IV infusion. Upon arrival; staff were very friendly and polite. I was late by 10/15 minutes, and this clinic still catered to my appointment. The nurse that was attending to me was very knowledgeable… overall excellent experience, will be back for more treatments in future.

Ghosh staff have been thoroughly pleasant, helpful and professional on each of several occasions we have used them in the past few months, including changing arrangements at short notice for us, and we have been very pleased with the service. All the staff we have dealt with have a thorough knowledge of the current Covid rules and the administration is very smooth. The phone is always answered quickly.

Had my appointment for a full medical here on Monday. Everything went very straight forward from the moment I entered I was welcomed by the lovely reception staff , sat down in the waiting area (I was a little early). Then bang on 10 o'clock when my appointment was scheduled Dr Ghosh called me through. All details and forms were filled in with my bloods etc by the Wednesday so I could get them forwarded to my employer. A very quick turnaround and have used the medical centre before for covid testing and have never been let down. Will certainly use again when required. Thanks

I had a fantastic skin consultation and facial with Natalie last week. The appointment included a skin scan, which Natalie talked me through before advising me on the ways I should be looking after my skin (one of them being daily use of SPF - which I have done religiously since leaving my appointment). The products used on my skin were beautiful and the treatment was very relaxing. Very glad I booked in as I’ve come away much better informed about my own skin and how to look after it. Would recommend to anyone!

Outstanding medical clinic. Free on-site, gated parking for visitors, friendly employees, very strong hygiene, mask mandate and social distancing in place. I visited the centre for a fit-to-fly Covid-19 certificate - results were super quick.

We booked a same day covid test for our return to Hong Kong. Unfortunately the results didn’t arrive on time but staff rectified this by offering a refund after we’d explained the impact this had on our return. Despite this I would use Gosh again because of the attentiveness of the staff and confidence I have that this issue was a one off.

I had a very nice first experience with Ghosh Medical Group. I ended up getting the executive Wellman blood screening as I'm now 40 and have a few concerns. The Doctor was very understanding and easy to talk to. I would fully recommend this clinic and my partner will be getting the same screening when I go back in March.

This is a fabulous clinic. I highly recommend it. It is my third time using them and I have been highly impressed with their services. Everything from beginning to end of the process has been great. Receptionists are very helpful and kind. I had to deal with some other matters with the manager and she was fantastic too. Doctors are great. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have seen Dr. Ghosh once and took my father to see him too and Dr. Ghosh is phenomenal. He is extremely knowledgeable, clear and gives concrete advice. I highly recommend Dr. Ghosh to anyone. I have seen the doctors from a GP perspective and have been highly pleased and my dad also did an ultrasound and we were extremely happy with that service too at the clinic. Overall, a wonderful experience and will certainly return to them when needed.

Once we got to see the doctor our experience was excellent, all our questions were dealt with extremely well, and the meeting was very helpful. Our only problem was the 15 minutes we had to wait past the appointment time of 9.30 am without any communication as to why the delay or if it would impact upon the half hour appointment allocated to us. By the time we were called in my elderly father was quite anxious as to whether we can just lost half of the time allocated to us. The doctor did put our minds at rest but this could have been done more effectively by any of the reception staff during the delay. Finally, we are still awaiting the emailed letter promised to us do if that could be chased up that would be really helpful, thanks.

Dr Ghosh was extremely patient and thorough throughout my appointment, I felt listened too and not rushed at all. Dr Ghosh’s knowledge and understanding of my condition and how to help me was definitely worth the visit. All staff were professional and friendly from reception to nurses. I had a persistent cough which comes on mostly at night. As a tourist, I had to look for a private doctor. I am so glad I found Ghosh Medical. My call for an appointment was fast and without any hassle. On my visit, I was attended to by Dr Jain. She was so thorough and professional, and found the source of my persistent cough. The pharmasist was efficent and patient and explained the medication and dosage clearly. After the 8th day of treatment, my cough was gone. I must say this is one of the best experiences with a clinic that I ever had! I booked 2 blood tests (one for my 5 year old and one for my 20 months old) and both the doctor and the nurse were so kind, they both did everything they could to collect the blood with the minimum of pain or stress. I received the results in less that 48h and the doctor was very supportive and he did explained me what the results were saying. I would totally recomend this clinic to anyone. And the last thing I want to mention is about the way the clinic looks. So nice and welcoming place, clean and quiet.

Place is fully corona safe. Took a little more time than expected. But the overall experience was excellent. Results were emailed within 48 hours.

I have had appointments here with both Dr Ghosh and with Susan. A beautiful clinic with very friendly and professional staff. After years of visiting numerous professionals with regards to skin concerns, I can honestly say since seeing Susan it’s never felt better. A few treatments and the correct products have made such a difference! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my skin/medical needs.

Really lovely experience when I went to Ghosh. I had the B12 IV drip with the Resurfacing Facial. Natalie was really informative and explained the treatments which made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I will be back for more treatments and highly recommend !

From the initial telephone call requesting an urgent meeting I was dealt with professionally and at the same with a relaxed and friendly tone. I was given a rapid appointment slot unlike The NHS which would be a wait up to 2 weeks, from a call late Monday afternoon I was slotted in for half hour Tuesday (early afternoon the next day) I arrived and was impressed by the layout of the modern facility. A nurse took me for a health screen before seeing Dr Arun Goush and she made sure my height, weight, blood pressure etc were all checked. I then saw Dr Goush and just like the rest of the staff there, he obviously leads by example. He was friendly, calm and very supportive of my needs. I felt confident discussing issues, there was no judgement, Dr Goush just wanted to help and tailor the help to my personal needs. This he did and I rate his patient support as ten out of ten. No NHS doctor would take the time to be thorough, supportive and focused on the right outcome as he was. I didn't always agree with private G.P services, thanks to my socialist father, however I am so happy with the service I received from Goush Medical Practice on Rodney Street in Liverpool that to go back to The NHS when I don't have to, would not be in the best interests of my health. I’ve been really enjoying my treatment with Natalie. I have seen great results already having the radio frequency treatment on my face & neck. I have also started a new skin care regime after having my skin analysis, again already seeing a massive difference. The clinic is really beautiful, staff are welcoming and it has free parking. I rang to ask for the earliest appointment they had available for a smear test because I was overdue and they managed to get me in, in less then 24 hours. When I arrived at ghosh the receptionist was welcoming and friendly and I was seen withing around 5 minutes, no waiting. Total experience was easy from the first phonecall. Ciara in reception was understanding and explained everything about the appointment and what I would receive. The place is easy to find with plenty of parking around. The appointment was on time and flowed through all the test. They told me my results would be available within 48 hours and they were. I went over to pick up the hard copies but they would have posted them if I wanted that instead. Overall I would go to Ghosh Medical everyone I need private tests / peme medicals doing.

I booked a same day, day 2 Covid PCR test and it all went very smooth. Ghosh was nice enough to postpone my appointment by 1.5 hour as I couldn’t get there on time. The staff and Dr. Ghosh were very nice and polite. I took the test at 11:50 and the results came at 20:00 the same day. That said and the fact that compared to the other rapid PCR options elsewhere (£120-200) their price of £75 was more than reasonable I can honestly recommend them.

Booked a blood test on the Wednesday afternoon for my 7year old He had it the following day and the results came via email in the friday morning. I hadn’t paid for the doctors report but I had been concerned about something in particular and a doctor had forwarded a reassurance that everything was ok. The email of the results was followed up with a phone call from the nurse. Very impressed with the speedy, caring and professional service.

I was seen at my appointment time and the result provided, verbally, within @ 15 minutes. However, I was very disappointed that the written result was not sent to me, until the following afternoon, even though I was promised the written result would be emailed to me the same day as the test.

Went for pre travel PCR. My second visit …(antigen test earlier in the year.) Lovely person on reception , polite yet friendly and helpful. I was dreading having someone else take my PCR, but didn’t need to worry.. the lovely lady who undertook the test was welcoming, professional…and gentle! Relief! Prompt result the following day and certificate e mailed at the same time. I am a Health Professional and this was a great experience . Thank you.
