The best clinic ever Dr Nardo was so comfortable go talk to and the staff very polite. Dr Nardo gave me hope that I can get pregnant after two miscarriages my prosdure scans and medication was all explained to me step by step and along the way if I needed reminding. My treatment was expensive but worth it. Thanks to Dr Nardo and his team me and my partner have been blessed with two identical twin girls who are now 24 months old.

Horrendous experience. I know the ivf industry is free to set its own prices despite being regulated but this place is driven solely by money. I was encouraged to go for more expensive treatment and asked for information I had already sent in and discussed with a consultant. An horrific experience at what is already a vulnerable time

Please do not be deceived by this outfit. Awful experience, multiple cycles which didn’t work, issues with medication prescribed wrongly. I was all about the money, constantly chasing for up front payments for things we didn’t need. Then told I would not be able to get pregnant in a throw away comment was devastating. Other clinics are far more experienced and have better customer service. I am now pregnant having used another clinic, so the proof is there.

Exciting News My partner and I would like to announce that we are 14 weeks pregnant today. We are absolutely delighted and very excited. We have to thank IVF-Spain Alicante for making this happen. We also have to thank Jenny Dobbs CEO of IVF-Life UK. We were really keen to have a baby but without Jenny we would never have heard of IVF Spain nor considered going to Spain for treatment. We had been on this journey with RHG for over two years, the nurses and embryologists are very professional and caring. Understanding the journey that we have been, embryologist Karen Schnauffer had been following up our case closely and also discussed the potential options that we could consider. We can’t thank her more of the support. With experienced issues in previous transfers, Dr Martin Deborno had suggested extra steps prior to actual transfer, which made the transfer a lot smoother and easier - as he said, a smooth transfer is the first step to a successful pregnancy. He is a very experienced, knowledgeable and skilful gynaecologist. When I reported my pregnancy result, I could feel all RHB members were genuinely happy about the result. Now I am 4 months pregnant, without the support from the team, this can’t happen.

We have had 2 miscarriages both around 10 weeks and was advised to have a consultation as we would be able to discuss our situation and go ahead with testing to hopefully prevent another in the future. On having the consultation, the consultant seemed genuinely confused as to why we were at the appointment and we left feeling frustrated. The clinic however got in touch and we took up their offer of speaking directly with Professor Nardo. What a difference this made, he really spent time explaining the reasons why testing wouldn’t be suitable at this time but advised us to get in touch once I am pregnant again to run some tests. I feel much more at ease and wish our first appointment had been with him as the outcome would have been so much more positive! I would like to thank the clinic for showing genuine care by following up on our review and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Horrible experience, attended for ultrascan, what a rip off $300- I have never met such an ignorant doctor, Dr Nardo should be ashamed of himself for his careless attitude. I would HIGHLY recommend to stay AWAY from this clinic. They even changed its name recently from ''Centre for Reproductive Health'' to IVF-Life.. I wonder why? The previous reviews were coming from staff members, I do not get how such an awful clinic can get such a high score..

Dont waste your time here. This journey is a difficult journey so dont add to your anxiety by using this clinic. My greatest regret was going to this clinic. 2years down the line, I am not better just worse off financially and emotionally.

Our experience at RHG was absolutely second to none. Every part of the process was explained to us and I cannot thank the nurses Suzanne and Katrina enough. They were very supportive throughout even when things didn’t go as planned, they helped me keep going. The staff answering calls were empathetic and ensured that if needed, a call back was done that same day or as soon as possible. Dr Nardo was able to identify problems that hadn’t been found previously and so with his guidance and medication advise we were able to successfully carry our beautiful daughter full term. I won’t go into detail but all i can say is we had nothing but problem after problem terrible service wasted lots of money and good embryos Stay well away from this outfit After speaking with other clinics there isn’t much good to say about Care fertility Save your money and do some good research to save disappointment. I’m sure Faye would love to speak to me and do absolutely nothing as usual I couldn’t possible waste my time talking to anyone at this place it’s not worth the another frustrating headache from this disappointing service Have a wonderful day
