They were really helpful in sending lots of videos too and as I was not residing local this was particularly useful. No problems and straightforward. I would recommend.

Lady in sales team very friendly and helpful. She sent me a video of the car etc. She managed to get the scuffed alloys sorted as part of the deal, which was a great touch. Hand over on collection of the car, was extremely professional, above and beyond, and would be very special for someone buying a car, as a first car, present etc. Unfortunately, I was only buying it for myself! So I felt a bit bad at all the effort they had gone to, when I arrived. Highly recommended, car had full Audi service history, printed out for me to see, a fresh 12 month MOT, alloys all sorted out. Car looked fantastic. Only negative which wasn't related to the garage, as they're an outside company, the valating was very poor on the inside of the car. I'm still waiting for a free valet to sort it out.

Brilliant! From start to finish the service provided by all at JCT600 Approved Leeds was brilliant but a special thanks to David Blackburn. I had acquired 3rd party finance before visiting JCT600 but it unfortunately fell through at the last moment, David went above and beyond to secure finance for me and got an amazing deal with significantly better APR, he not only ensured that I could still buy the car I really wanted but has saved me almost £50 per month! Thanks David! All the staff are really friendly, not at all pushy and genuinely really helpful and patient from start to finish. And the car itself, the price was under the list price so I was already happy but then I looked through the receipts and JCT600 had spent over £2K on servicing the car before putting it on sale. It's flawless, I'm absolutely delighted with it. I'm honestly amazed with the quality of the car and the level of detail in the servicing undertaken prior to sale. Brilliant vehicle, brilliant service, great people, I highly recommend JCT600 and specifically JCT600 Approved Leeds.

I recently bought an Audi TTS from JCT Approved Leeds, i'd spotted the car on Autotrader and asked a few additional questions of the dealership, these were all answered in full and promptly by Joe. There was no pressure applied to buy the additional insurance options available, however the 2 year warranty represented far too good value to say no to, it's very comprehensive and gave me peace of mind. Once I'd agreed to buy the car, Tanj took over the buying process. He was very (very) efficient, all the payment details/VED/Insurance were all dealt with remotely (i'm in Edinburgh) & in my 30 years of buying cars, it was easily the slickest and fastest handover (with nothing missed out - Tanj had everything printed off, included the old MOT certificates & warranty details). I'd specifically asked for a quick turnaround and that's exactly what Tanj delivered. The car is exactly as described too, very happy.

I was very happy with the Ford Focus I bought from JCT600 and with the help provided before and after the purchase. JCT600 have a very good range of cars and at a fair price. The company will be my first port of call when I next buy a used car.

I'm leaving a review though I didn't actually buy a car! We pre arranged a test drive online and were dealt with by Chris when we turned up. He was great, very knowledgeable about the car and other models we may be considering. No pressure tactics, just good advice and straight talking. We found a different version of the car elsewhere that suited us better but have no hesitation in recommending Chris and would certainly make this garage my first port of call for a used car.

Everything explained and no pressure selling - benefits fully explained to the extent that I took some cover from them for tyres. Calls returned promptly and I felt like a valued customer.
