Just used this place for our holiday. Competitive pricing located very close the airport. Easy to access, hand over and get to the terminal. On our return, a bus was waiting outside the terminal and there was no wait to get on. The drivers were friendly and helpful with loading/unloading. Collecting the car was easy and hassle free. Would definitely use again.

Had our holiday cancelled twice because of Covid and also had Sentinel Leeds booked both times, eventually got away in May 2022 and was so easy and efficient to rebook car parking each time we had to cancel. The staff are all so helpful and very quickly deal with all customers, I've always been 100% happy with their service and will definitely always use them in the future. Thanks

Great experience parking here, only takes a few mins to transfer after key drop off and return is smooth too. I had a query online before booking and was replied to promptly which solidified my decision to book using Sentinel. I’ll definitely be using this car parking option next time too!

Good airport parking it is probably one of the cheapest around the area even though they are all expensive. Quick and easy drop off and quick key and car collection on return. Friendly staff at reception and on both bus journeys but loses 1 star as we were waiting nearly 10 minutes for the bus to pick us up in -4 degrees with 2 young children.

Was easy to park up and drop the car off. This part wad 5 star, the reason I've given it 2 stars is purely for the absolutely rude bus driver that picked us up! I get it was 5am and he was probably tired but he snapped at me, snapped at my mum and spoke to us like we were thick for not laying our suitcase down! There's a right and a wrong way to speak to people and he definitely needs some customer service training! He was a bald portly man in his 50s. I'll attach a picture if it let's me

Excellent parking company at Leeds + Bradford Airport. Used them several times and always an excellent service from original booking to collection. The staff at the reception both at leaving your car and collection are excellent. The buses to and from the Airport are very frequent and the drivers are very friendly and helpful and assist with cases and assist the elderly etc. All in all an excellent company with good fair prices. Cheaper than taxis and you can make your way and home in your time.

Always book with these guys .its a no fuse no messing around outfit. And get my car valet while I'm away .guts do a great job .so park your car jump on the bus provided and straight to airport door. And on return back on the bus and straight back to car park what could be easier

I have used Sentinel Car Park at Leeds Bradford Airport several times now (sometimes using Holiday Extras for a small discount) and have never had a problem with the service. Booking process is very simple, and arrival and check-in are equally as straight forward. Provides peace of mind that your vehicle and keys are secure, and the transfers to the airport are always frequent and quick. Plenty of space for people and suitcases on the transfer bus.

Absolutely amazing, in the past I've always used on airport parking at Leeds but had been recommended Sentinel and I can honestly say I was so pleased with there service. The buses where very frequent and the whole system was extremely well organised. We arrived home late at night and 2 buses where already waiting at the bus stop to take people for there cars. It was my first time using sentinel and certainly won't be my last.

On November 23, we used the Sentinel Parking facility during our recent holiday and saved some money with Groupon. While finding the facility wasn't easy and we mistakenly drove into Leeds/Bradford airport, the staff were most helpful when we called them for directions. However, it would have been beneficial to have a direction map. On our arrival, we were pleased with the service as a bus was waiting to transport us to the airport without any hassle. When we returned, the bus terminal was at the end of the airport exit path, and we were taken back to the parking facility. Despite the queue, the staff dealt with us efficiently, and they were lovely to us. Overall, we couldn't have asked for anything better, especially after a five-hour flight home.

Absolutely great car park. Very good and quick service. Very polite staff. Dropped key, bus took me to airport. 2 minutes travel. On return bus was already waiting at air port. Quick car collection. Car in condition as I left. I honestly recommend that car park and will use then service in future.

Car parked up, keys dropped off and on a shuttle bus within 5 minutes. Then it's a 5 minute ride to the drop off at the airport. Used them a few times now and always get a great service prices are reasonable as well. Secure site which gives peace of mind.

Sentinel were the best airport parking facility we have used. Great value, incredibly fast and efficient service at both check in and key collection, and waited only a few minutes in a storm to be collected on our return by a very cheery driver. We will definitely be using them on our next trip.

Have used this car park service a few times and it’s been absolutely brilliant on all occasions. Easy instructions and a bus every 10-15 mins ish. If it’s busy from the airport after a few arrivals it’s a 10 min walk from the terminal with some fantastic sights and sounds from the runway! Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Booking system easy to use and amend your booking if needed. Will always use this car park in future when flying from Leeds.

Best place to park when using Leeds Bradford Airport. Very professional well organised company. I’ve used Sentinel for many years now and watched it grow over the years into a well run and friendly company. I’m always confident in their care and security when leaving my car with them.

We've used these multiple times, very easy drop off and pick up, regular buses with helpful drivers. Car has been fine each time. No problems at all. They also offer valet car services for a shiny car on your return from holiday.

From start to finish the experience at Sentinel was absolutely first class. All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The bus transfers are pretty much immediate and take just a couple of minutes with the bus stop only 100 yards from the terminal entrance. The best airport parking experience at a reasonable price.

I have left my car at Sentinel Leeds Bradford Airport on several occasions, they offer an excellent service, they look after your vehicle in a secure car park with 24/7 cctv. The bus shuttle service from the car park office could not be any easier. We will definitely use again and we highly recommend to anyone. give them a try you will not regret it.

Absolutely can't fault them, very efficient from dropping the car off to collecting. One thing I particularly think is well thought out is the space between the vehicles and that that they are reversed into the angled spaces,eliminating the risk of anyone/ children opening doors into the car next to them. Perfect,third time we have used them,will definitely be a fourth.

Quick, efficient and reliable service. Couldn't fault it. Within minutes of dropping off the keys at the office, we were on the courtesy bus and away to the airport terminal. On our return, again, the free transport was there pretty quickly, and the speedy transit and efficient key collection meant we were in our car, ready for the off, only ten minutes after clearing through the baggage hall.

Really good, driver was friendly and funny on the bus at 3am. Fast service from check in to check out. Just minus a star due to leaving my car in gear, really annoys me, luckily I saw it immediately but others won’t have and that could cause problems/accidents. I appreciate you like to do it but 9/10 customers won’t have left their car in gear when they dropped it off, I expect it to be the same when I collect it.
