Very slow 🐌 service for my dress altered

Excellent Service. Good job done very quickly. Just a bit to expensive to use regularly. Soon get up to the cost of new. But couldn't fault them in general

I loved the lady here!! I brought my wedding dress and she was clear and helpful at every step! She was just all around a nice woman. I had ink on my dress and it couldn’t come off, however there were general mud stains that I think for £220 should have come off better! Would use again just because the service was amazing

Took dress for dry cleaning. Very fast efficient service and really friendly staff

They are cheap so thats good When it come to ironing the shirts it isnt good at all Sometimes i wonder if they actually iron the shirts Also sometimes they dmg them with their tickets Staff is very good and helpful tho

My misses worked for these and there good with customers but not there own staff, my misses worked there for 2 year wouldn't let her take her holidays because they was all booked so that year she lost all her holidays so she never got the break she deserved! And then the following year they tied to do it again.. even bank holidays she had to work its disgusting and very unfair it actually made her very porley!

Took a king size duvet for cleaning. Got a standard double back. When reported made to feel like we were wrong,they were right . Never got the KS back,had to go buy a new one. Avoid these people at all costs

I initially rung regarding a quote for 3 items, the female told me it would be £10.60 in total, I thought great that's cheap. When I arrived to drop off the clothes another female served me and told me the total was £18.00 I told her that wasn't right and explained that I had rung earlier and was informed the price would be £10.60 for all 3 items. The female who I spoke to basically made me out to be a liar I wasn't happy at all I argued with her and told her she was wrong she shook her head and walked away. The female who was serving reduced the price for me which was nice of her, but I was still annoyed at the service. A third female who was also at the counter was very ignorant when I tied to make a conversation and as I walked away gave me a horrible look. The service here is absolutely disgusting, I definitely won't be going back, the staff are rude and ignorant and need a lot of training on customer service. They didn't even manage to remove all the stains from a shirt, there supposed to be a professional service, don't go there.

The Customer service was excellent and so were the results! I spilled red wine down my beige All Saints coat which they miraculously managed to get out. I couldn’t thank them enough!
