The store is big and beautiful. Everything is very organized. Prices are what you can imagine from Adidas: expensive. The general t-shirts are not bad in price at all from £22-£28. Magnets are £4 as well as keyrings. Very nice quality stuff tbh. Loved it.

To enter the shop, you are searched and have to walk through a metal detector. You don’t need to do this to get into Tesco. Wife couldn’t take her sealed bottle of water inside either. Inside, there was surprisingly little for a shop of that size. Basically there were a few racks of replica tops of each type, home, away, third at £80. Then there were authentic versions of home and away at £110. Again a couple of racks. Then there were some racks for hoodies, T-shirts and hats and that was about it. There was no place to change (at least that I could see) so I tried my top on in the store itself. About 25% of the store is the area for queuing for the till but it was empty when I was in. At the till I got a 10% discount for having the app (and I think it was cos I’m a women’s season ticket holder but no idea). This was an unexpected surprise. To get my kit personalised, there was a separate hut around the corner.

The Manchester United online store fell short of expectations on multiple fronts. Despite the anticipation of a Black Friday sale, the experience was marred by notably slow shipping. The customer service team's lack of responsiveness to emails added to the frustration. The situation worsened when an order for clothes and a football faced delays. After over a week, they communicated that the football was out of stock, leading to a request for a full refund. Unfortunately, only a partial refund was granted, accompanied by a 25% voucher for future purchases – a gesture that didn't suffice given the overall dissatisfaction. Adding to the disappointment, the ordered clothes remained undelivered. The combination of these issues left a negative impression, particularly considering the brand's stature. The pricing, even during the Black Friday sale, seemed steep in light of the encountered problems. All in all, the experience raised concerns about the store's reliability and customer-focused practices. Definitely won't be ordering from here again

I have received an incorrect order from this store 4 years in a row now. Genuinely hard to believe the incompetence levels (unfortunately) - the store has rectified the issues but the effort involved in that is most unwelcome. Update to the above, I have received a custom order with correct spelling but with the letters peeling off and the store are being difficult to deal with now. Not a bit of wonder the debt is not going down.

Got to the store for opening time and was greeted by security, which was nice and easy and made us feel safe to enter the store. Once in the store however I was wanting to try a shirt on in my size and when I was trying to find a staff member to speak to, there weren't many on the shop floor, and when I did find a staff member I asked if they had any changing rooms, the staff member did not make eye contact with me at all and kept looking at the clothes rail and told me to just try my shirt on over my clothes then walked off. Staff at shirt printing were nice and very helpful. Also, staff in the Reds Cafe were very nice and helped me and my family feel very welcome, and the food was excellent.

Large store with lots of merchandise. From clothes to keychains, hair styling equipment to posters. There are no fitting rooms, which is a great loss since they sell mostly football gear.

If you are a Manchester United fan, this store is for you. Although, I am impartial to sports, I really enjoyed shopping the store. There were items in all price ranges. This is the largest Manchester United selection I have seen to date. Lots of clothing and shoes to choose from. You could even get customizable jerseys made. There were also souvenirs that were not clothing-related. I couldn't make up my mind what to purchase because the selection is that extensive. I finally settled on a gray and white outfit and a souvenir or two. Would definitely visit again when I am in the country.
