The volunteers are doing an amazing job here. We were met at the entrance by one of them and given a talk about the history of the garden. As we walked around, other volunteers talked about the history and their future plans which made it far more enjoyable. The garden itself is immaculate and you can even buy the veg from the shop. Well worth a visit.

Part of Hintons Nursery this wonderful walled market garden makes of a great away. It’s a real inspiration to walk around and see. We went on an open day and the volunteers really take the time to make you welcome and talk about the good work they are doing here. I can’t recommend this place enough, take the time and travel here it’s a real treat to the senses and you feel like you are being transported to another time. Keep up the great work!

A hidden piece of tranquility, the result of amazing voluntary restoration work. It is well worth a visit. It is of great historical interest and the volunteers are impressively knowledgeable about its history and all the wonderful plants they are tending.

Had read about the walled garden a few years ago and by chance today was visiting Hintons Garden Centre and the walled garden was open. What a magical place and is now in our go to place lost, we will be visiting again in a couple of weeks when next in the area.

This is a garden to see, especially for its dahlias which are mostly grown from seed. We had a super nice visit on my mother's birthday and were welcomed by Tony, one of the very knowledgeable volunteers

Beautifully maintained walled garden, the volunteers do a wonderful job. Visited in autumn before but nice to see the expertly pruned espalier and cordon fruit trees in winter.

Lovely Victorian walled garden hidden behind a nursery. Restored by a team of volunteers since 2014. No dig gardening, flowers growing amongst the veg, just my cup of tea. The volunteers were helpful and informative. We will definitely go back now we've found it.

Quirky gem. Full of interesting plants, each of which are selected with an eye to match the historical records of this walled garden.
