If I could give minus stars I would. My nightmare started yesterday when I wanted to treat my 11 year old for doing so well in her Sat's. We had arms full of clothes and shoes when we got turned away for the changing rooms due to being short staffed apparently, although there where two staff members stood in the changing rooms doing not a lot at all. So today we went to swap the clothes that didn't fit only to find the same issue with the changing rooms. When I approached the plump blonde manager that wouldn't give me her name, she threw an absolute barrage of abuse at me so everyone could hear and then continued to verbally abuse me with her colleagues, again so everyone in the cue could hear. I left the shop feeling belittled and embarrassed. All I tried to discuss with the manager is the problems we are all experiencing with not being able to try clothes on. I expect we will have to return again after the garments are tried for size at home but I really do not think I could put myself through that ordeal again so it will probably all be a complete waste of time and money. New look should be ashamed of themselves for employing such rude and aggressive staff. I haven't felt this low since getting bullied in my school years by similar minded people.

I used to work at this store so I decided to do some last minute Christmas shopping here yesterday I have to say, I will not be returning. I was refused service by an old colleague who always seemed to have a problem with me. I think this is very unprofessional as the queue was really long and the store was very messy.

I went to new look on the shires today in leamington and the lady on the till was so lovely and helping with everything. She needed assistance from her managers who were extremely rude and treated her and a colleague terribly ignoring them and all together terrible

Always go here shopping with my wife all staff are amazing an attentive, nice to see some new faces as there was one girl who had left before Christmas and had a very bad attitude, she always seemed to have it with her fellow staff members also, and was very slow at serving customers! the store is ALWAYS tidy and well looked after even during busy times!

Great place for a look round average prices for ladies clothing bags and footwear also sell girls teenagers clothing.

Friendly staff, well stocked store. Good amount of staff cover when ever I've been in store. Shared carpark can be difficult to park at times since m&s have opened

I visited earlier to get a friend something for her birthday and was saved (I was at a complete loss and needed help) by the lovely Katie she was an absolute godsend she listened and offered me ideas and made some perfect suggestions to help. I couldn't be happier with the level of help and service I recieved. And just encase she is reading this.. A Massive thank you Katie.

Women's only store.. so not the usual place I'd visit 🤣. But, for guys there are great to buy gifts for the lady in your life/family members. I know they always rave about the products here... so you can't go wrong!? That's Christmas sorted! 😂🎅👍👍
