Was searching for bathroom tiles. Visited a few tile stores and as luck would have it, went to tile giant in Leamington Spa. Found the perfect tiles for our bathroom. Delighted with the price, and such a friendly and warm welcome from Stephen Skidmore. No hard sell and good advice. With a good discount as well. Well done and would recommend

Would just like to say a big thank you to both Steven the manager and Nicole assistant manager for their help yesterday. Nicole was very helpful and very knowledgeable in her role. Explaining the different types of tile cement and grouting to use with the chosen tiles. A great experience will definitely visit here again for any future purchases.

Browsed and then ordered the tiles in store and had a call to about a week later to say they are ready for collection. Isaac was great, v knowledgeable, helpful and recommended the right grout, adhesive etc he also carried the goods out to the car for me. He is a real credit to the store.

The website shows tiles on stock and available for collection from the store. That is not true and is deceiving. I would call that fraudulent marketing as I decided to buy tiles from them especially because of the fact that I could have picked them up asap. Also, at least 50% more expensive than other places, an extra I was happy to pay in order to get the items asap. That was not the case.

Although we didn't buy all of our tiles here, without a doubt the best service we experienced was from tile giant. Becky went out of her way to be helpful. The right balance of genuine interest in our needs and requirements, but without standing over us, and she simply letus browse when we wanted. Her product knowledge, and importantly the correct information with the all important delivery times was brilliant. On our third visit this morning to place the order, we were served by Katie who was very helpful too. I feel a little mean in not mentioning another staff member on visit two, but I never caught her name.

Bought sufficient tiles for my bathroom and onsuite prepared for my tiler. Unfortunately the tiler was delayed due to Covid but ultimately came and finished the job. We were left with excess tiles which tile giant leamington refused to take back and refund because of the over 30day since purchase despite being told to the contrary at point of purchase. I wont use Tile Giant again.
