Very good for booking excursions and sorting out insurance. Be aware when booking parking especially if you're disabled as you receive a 20% discount on meet and greet if you book directly with the airport. Exchange rate is just ridiculous as they say you get a better rate being a customer of Tui but at the post office it's way better rates.

Excellent service yet again . Exactly what we wanted and so polite. Will ways use this Tui store for bookings. Nothing is to much trouble. Danielle and team are brilliant at there jobs. Lyndsey who always booked our last holiday was so friendly and brilliant as always.

Joy and I went to tui Chesterfield on 14th January to book our third cruise. We have always received excellent service from the girls in this store. Danni dealt with our request on Saturday. She was polite, friendly and very welcoming. Danni made us feel very comfortable and took her time giving us a very positive experience.

Went into the TUI store for some advice on a potential holiday. Lyndsey served me and her knowledge was incredible. She knew the destination and was even able to offer personal recommendations for me. Thanks to her, I now have 100% confidence in booking my holiday.

We have booked several family holidays with Tui and have never been disappointed with the service we have received in store. Sarah Leveridge has been a go to travel agent for us and has never let us down. She goes above and beyond to get us the best deal possible, we will definitely be returning to book our next family getaway with Tui Chesterfield!

We recently booked a holiday in the TUI Chesterfield store, through Ellie Carley. Ellie was very helpful right from our initial enquiries, she was very patient and nothing was too much trouble, she looked into things for us and was very fast at getting back to us. Every time we pop into store now to make payments she always greets us with a lovely welcoming smile. We would highly recommend the TUI Chesterfield store & Ellie.

We generally always book with TUI, but have always done it on-line. As we were booking a special holiday I wanted to speak with someone for peace of mind. I called the shop and was dealt with by Lyndsey. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Thank you for making the booking process so easy for us.

I couldn't get through to tui online services. I rang Chesterfield branch (not sure exactly who I spoke too) and although it wasn't the news I wanted, the staff member i spoke to went above and beyond to resolve what I needed to know. Thank you.

Food was a big letdown. Final day the music was way too loud and it took the restaurant manager to tell him to turn it down after complaints from the staff and guests. Lifts were out of order for most of the second week.

Due to airports across the country being in a bit of a crisis at the moment with horrific waiting times through baggage drop off and security I thought I would pop into the TUI and get a sunflower lanyard because I have hidden disabilities which may help at the airport as over crowded claustrophobic situations give me panic attacks. I went into store to register my disability for a lanyard, however they did not have any in stock?! Not very inclusive even though TUI claim to be. No proof of disability was required to register. Which means potentially everyone that books a TUI holiday can register for a lanyard no questions asked which means people with genuine disabilities are pushed to the side. Unfortunately holiday makers have obviously found a potential loop hole so they can queue jump at the airports. I was told I can claim a lanyard at the airport…. Which probably means I’ll have to join another queue just to get a lanyard which branches should have in stock seems as though TUI are “inclusive”. Not very professional and proof of disability should be required to claim a lanyard.

All staff in Chesterfield Branch Helpful and knowledgeable. Rebecca was brilliant helping with our online check in and Visa form required for Mexico. As we were apprehensive re doing these the advice was appreciated. Just back from a lovely TUI holiday in Mexico and looking forward to our next TUI holiday to Costa Del Sol in May.
