Took
a
client's
motability
car
in
to
be
checked
over
after
having
a
couple
of
issues
with
it.
They
were
very
good,
arranged
a
date
for
it
to
be
taken
in,
made
it
possible
to
be
dropped
off
the
day
before
as
it
was
more
convenient
for
us.
Gave
them
a
summary
of
the
situation,
that
I'm
a
support
worker
for
a
blind
couple,
this
was
their
vehicle
and
the
various
few
problems
we
had
experienced
with
it.
Gave
my
contact
details
incase
they
had
any
questions
about
the
problems
and
gave
the
owners
details
for
them
to
contact
when
it
was
ready
for
collection.
They
were
very
helpful,
polite,
professional
and
friendly.
The
only
negative
thing
we
had
regarding
our
experience
was
that
they
sent
a
video
of
the
work
they
carried
out
to
the
owner.
Well
we
think
that
was
what
the
video
was?
As
I
had
explained
to
them,
the
vehicle
owners
are
blind.
So
sending
them
a
video
was
of
no
use
whatsoever!
It
would
have
been
better
if
they
had
sent
it
to
myself
as
I
had
clearly
stipulated
that
I
was
the
person
to
contact
regarding
anything
to
do
with
the
car
other
than
informing
someone
that
it
was
ready
for
collection.
Obviously
the
owners
couldn't
see
the
video
and
in
trying
to
forward
it
on
to
me
it
accidentally
got
deleted.
Hopefully
there
wasn't
anything
super
important
in
that
video
because
it
wasn't
seen
by
the
person
who
needed
to
watch
it?!
Which
is
a
shame
because
I
think
to
send
a
video
showing
what
has
been
done
to
the
vehicle
is
a
great
idea!
If
that's
what
it
even
was?!
Who
knows??!
If
so
then
they
just
need
to
make
sure
it
gets
sent
to
the
relevant
person
which
isn't
always
the
vehicle
owner.
Especially
when
dealing
with
the
motability
vehicles.
Other
than
that
it
was
a
good
experience.
No
complaints
at
all
excluding
that
one
particular
gripe.
