Superb place. Beautifully kept grounds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent food in restaurant and good range of drinks in bar. A very well-stocked shop and reasonable prices. Lovely to have a swimming pool, a lake for fishing and to see the farm animals. Would definitely recommend.

Really lovely family friendly caravan site. We had a lovely weekend, used pretty much all of the facilities and the kids and dogs had a great time! We had an hour and a half in the pool which was ample time. It was warm and the kids loved the water slide. Our pitch was hidden away in a corner and it was perfect, spacious and well kept. The food we had on site at the club was absolutely delicious!! Evening meal and breakfast was amazing, loads of food, tasted incredible and great value. The staff were just fantastic, happy, polite, chatty and very helpful. We will definitely be back next year, hopefully for longer.

Lovely clean site, friendly and helpful staff. Really good choice of gluten free options for food. Carvery was really good and was nice to have gluten free yorkshire puddings and cauliflower cheese brought to our table. Will definitely be visiting this site again.

Brilliant campsite. We are a family of 4 with 2 going children. Extremely friendly chatty staff throughout the site. Pool was warm and clean with a great flume, toilet/shower blocks were clean and warm. Pub/restaurant serves tasty food. The onsite shop was very well stocked. Kids loved the horse riding. Woodland walks were nice for little explorers. We will be back as it's a brilliant place.

First time here and I think we would go back if we were ever in the area again. Take care to pitch in the correct place as there were no markings on the field we were on. Had to take the awning down and move it and the caravan. Swimming pool was good although due to covid it was restricted to 1 hour slots. All the facilities were clean and tidy. Good choice in the bar and a basic shop for essentials

Stayed for a week, lovely well run family site. Kids loved it and so did us adults too. Great food at the restaurant, drinks not over priced too. A great well stocked shop meant we did not have to shop off site, again very reasonably priced. It was great to buy beef reared on the farm in the shop. Facilities great also free fishing and you could book pony riding which again was not expensive. Well signed walks and dog exercise area. Even a wild flower meadow. This place enables you to feel really relaxed amongst other lovely friendly campers.

Stayed here for a week in September. Nice large site with many seasonal pitches and stored caravans, busy at weekends. Large pitches. Very friendly staff. Lovely toilets and showers, some family showers which are great. All kept spotless. Laundry. Great little shop, didn't use the pool buts lots did. Had a superb carvery Sunday lunch in the restaurant - they serve their own beef, never had nicer roast beef than that - memorable. Massive selection of gins at the bar 🍸inside and outside seating. Lovely views 'out in the sticks' but close enough to very many locations. Perfect for exploring Devon and Somerset. Recommended

I’m not sure where to start! From arrival welcome, and a pitch change with no hesitation to the bar and it’s food! Julia behind the bar was just so welcoming and friendly. We ordered two steak meals, one the steak frites on their standard menu and the other a ribeye from the special board. Never, and I mean never have we eaten such a delicious meal! The beef is from their own farm and it just melted in the mouth. The chef, I believe he was called Jack, is a very talented young man. Everything was cooked to absolute perfection. There is a skill in resting a rare ribeye and he has that skill! We can’t wait to come back! And I guarantee it won’t be long! Thank you so much. You made our new motorhomes first adventure perfect! Edited because we ate in the bar again this evening. One more steak meal because it was so good but also had the belly pork! Stunning is the only word that suits. The creamy fresh mash, beautiful seasonal autumn veg and simply the best crackling! If you haven’t been here yet, get booking! Thanks to the whole team! You are wonderful and a credit to the park! ❤️❤️

This is a terrific place for a quiet family holiday! I've been coming here for a few years, and it's always been a lovely experience. The park is family run, based on a farm in a remote part of Devon. For those looking to get away from real life, this is the place as the nearest towns are a 20–30-minute drive away. The farm has wonderful facilities. At first, I used to come here with family in their tourer caravan but for the last few years I've stayed in one of the static caravans. As of 2023, two of the static caravans have recently been renewed and they look magnificent, they are like small homes. My little one would love to live in one! The farm has a restaurant, a bar, a little shop and two swimming pools. The scenery is amazing, and the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. The farm is quite central if you're interested in exploring Devon, there are many places within 40 minutes to an hour's drive away. Prices for staying in static accommodation varies, heavily during half-term, which is the only downside. The restaurant prices also seem to have increased but considering the state of the UK now, this has happened across the board. This farm is for those looking for a relaxing holiday. There is a small sand pit area and small park for children, along with the access to the swimming pools. There is also a small indoor soft play for younger children along with some pool tables, dart board and foosball table. All these facilities are free while staying at the park. Our static accommodation has always been very clean and tidy and there are two separate caravans for those that wish to take pets with them. There are a few lovely walks you can go on around the grounds. Sadly, there isn't horse riding available anymore at the farm. This has been replaced with 'animal handling'. My little one had great fun handling rabbits, guinea pigs and stroking pigs and goats! The chickens also made an appearance. The Hosegood family should be very proud of this park and I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Excellent caravan park, great location, about an hour away from everything in Devon. Very clean, the owners are brilliant. The bar is fantastic with great food. Brilliant little on site shop that's has most things and is not overpriced.

Great Caravan park. Lovely clean shower block, with disabled and two family rooms. Oh and a dog showering room. Heated indoor pools are a bonus. We stayed when it was their 50th Anniversary and enjoyed the activities and bouncy castle. Good fun if you need to entertain the children. Fishing and Horseriding are also included which we didn't have time to sample. Carvery in the Club house was a winner, fantastic food and great variety of veg, potatoes etc.. And there's a well stocked shop if you run out or forgot something.. 🤗😋👍🏊

Good place, but restuarant needs looking at. First night hardly any thing we ordered was available, and saturday night got told when eventually got food ordered, that it would be an hour for food , disgusting, could have been told that when we got in, as we would have gone somewhere else, even macdonalds would have been better

Such a brilliant small campsite in the middle of the countryside on a farm setting, has a pool with 3 pools at different depths also s slide thats open 2 times a day, pool open all day! Has small play ground areas around the site and a grass patch for football and other things. Horse riding for kids and adults aswell for an extra cost but not expensive! Has a shop on site with essentials with a pub that serves food and a small soft play for little ones. Also has a games room with 2 pool tables, ping-pong 🏓. Some board games also in the pub x

Positives: Really lovely place with fantastic staff. Food at the bar was delicious and the shop on site is well stocked. The play area and the heated pools were also great for my 2 daughters. Negative: The noise at night whilst we were there was ridiculous. 20+ children running around screaming at 9:30 until the manager had to come out after a few complaints. A real shame as that is the only negative.

Great family run campsite and farm, always enjoy our stays here. Staff very friendly nothing is to much trouble. If available will always try and give us our preferred pitch. The statics are also amazing and have stayed in them. Highly recommended camping and caravan park.

Can't fault our 4 night stay camping in a tent. Facilities were fabulous and we didn't feel the need to leave the site at all. Great for our children. All facilities were clean and the food was lovely. I am yet to try the carvery as I booked the evening by mistake despite being told the times, but I heard it was delicious. Did get woken at 3am by a hedgehog coming into my tent 😆 all in all i can't fault it at all and would love to return in the near future.

Lovely clean site with a large warm water pool, flume and children's pool. Beautiful views of countryside. Clean and spacious showers and washroom. Cosy bar area. Would recommend it for a relaxing holiday away from it all😁. Lovely friendly staff.

Great campsite; really big pitches, lovely facilities, and the staff were so friendly and helpful - always busy doing jobs around the site and keeping it clean. We had a lovely time here and really should have spent more time on-site - it's quite a drive to anywhere of interest but there's so much on the site to do that there's no need to drive to places every day. We happened to have dinner at the site the first day they were trialling the Mexican buffet - it was lush! And again, all the staff were so nice

Really nice site. There was no night entertainment, no arcades and the WiFi or 4G didn't work. I must say, the indoor pool was probably the warmest pool I've ever been in. Really nice horse rides for the kids. Wheelchair friendly. If you're after a relaxing time away to just chill, this is the place.

This place is amazing. Set in a beautiful countryside setting (on a working farm) with stunning views, it is a world away from the stresses of life. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is lots to do for everyone (swimming, horse riding, fishing, play parks, walks, games room & bar). The facilities are good and always clean. Great dog facilities too (warm dog shower, dog waste bins and dedicated dog walking field that is a great size. The prices in the shop and bar are very reasonable. The cream tea is delicious! It is a relaxing and enjoyable place to be and we are always happy here! Highly recommend.
