Unfortunately I purchased a car from here 2 years ago now and my experience went from bad to worse. I’m only leaving this now as my warranty has expired. There were multiple issues with the car within the first year of owning it. One occurring just 5 weeks after buying it. They sent me home SEVERAL times after saying the car was repaired only for me to break down on the motorway. I’m not sure their testing is thorough once they have done a “repair”. Some of these were particularly dangerous situations due to the nature of the problems with the car. Ultimately the issues were sorted but the process was incredibly stressful, made worse by bad communication and a lack of anyone taking responsibility for the bad service we received. I wasted a lot of time driving back and forth as I live over an hour away. The only occasion I felt that I was being listened to, or even acknowledged to be honest, was when speaking with Kev. He was very nice but unfortunately I only spoke with him once, then I was passed onto others who were incredibly rude. Also, I had taken out an extra warranty but, as to be expected, they will try to charge you for everything. Once they have you’re money, they are not remotely interested in being even vaguely pleasant with you. I’m not entirely sure how or why some of the staff here have customer facing jobs. Absolutely would not recommend anyone buying a used car here. Edited to respond… Thanks Naz but unfortunately we spoke in length at the time about how dissatisfied we were. There is nothing more to say.

This was my first experience with JCT, I would strongly recommend them to trade. I got my vehicle on time and delivered as promised. There was an issue as there were scratches on my dash that wasn't visible on camera and videos that were posted, but the company honoured the agreement to get them fix free of charge. I worked with Ross Sparkes who gave a professional and friendly service whilst delivering on what he promised.

Really great customer service. Work carried out and everything had clear pricing and explained to me what was needed. I had a querry over a part and Grace could not do enough to help me. The service team updated me via a video and fitted parts needed. I checked and to my surprise they were cheaper than online prices at other well know garages) thanks again 👍

Easy to book, was contacted day before to ask if everything was still ok and we were attending the appointment. Drop off was good, good contact throughout and they even came to pick us up, as buses on strike, afterwards. Very pleasant staff and excellent service.

Aaron Haigh was a fantastic sales person. When I showed interest in a Sportage he took a video of the car inside and out and sent it to me. He helped me through the whole process of purchase and I really appreciated his guidance. I would recommend Jct 600 Castleford and particularly Aaron. Thank you for a brilliant experience.

We have just brought a car from here and the service from start to finish was excellent we went to have a look at the car on the Saturday we went inside and got the information we needed we booked a test drive on the Sunday and we brought it then we dealt with Aaron from the beginning and his customer service was excellent and aftercare too you have a great member of staff there will deal with you again many thanks from Mr and Mrs Jackson.

Just went in to check out the sportarge and ended up buying a 21 plate part exchanged ours got a good deal and drove away very happy 6 days later. Jenny was extremely helpful and had a lot of knowledge to pass on to us.

I recently bought a Hyundai Tucson from Aaron Haigh at KIA, he made the whole process so easy for me! He explained everything to me in a way I understood, I never felt pressured or overwhelmed, he gave me time to think about what I wanted and was great with his knowledge on the car and its features! He was understanding that I wouldn't make a decision without consulting my friend first, and that sometimes I'd let her speak for me, he didn't exclude her or only speak with me, I really valued how much he included her too as she was a big help with me in the buying process and decisions! I have been dealing with James, Sale Manager, over the last couple of weeks. My issues have been resolved and has kept me up to date along the way. Buying the car was a smooth process including home delivery, the after sales support has been good whereas other garages would wash their hands with you once you’ve handed over your cash.

Absolutely terrible service so disappointed today . We decided on a new Kia sportage hybrid , the figures and costs were all worked out for us on Saturday and test drive booked Sunday . We test drove on Sunday with salesman and decided to go ahead , then we were told all the figures the previous day was for a different vehicle and could not sell us the car we arranged to buy. Complete management shambles , the manager even left it to the sales man to tell us , could not even apologize in person…This should not have happened..

Pretty straight forward people know what they are doing. Took car in for M.O.T. no probs so pleased about that. Should have been at the Vauxhall side of the business but now doing work at the Kia side. Apparently Vauxhall not be there early next year so might be a problem with diagnostic checks on Vauxhall cars which is a bit of a bummer if car under warranty. Have to find another Vauxhall retailer. But all in all happy with visit.

A really friendly efficient dealership. Traded in my car and bought another one here. Tom & Jenny were brilliant throughout. A very pleasant experience from start to finish, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Terrible. Massively over priced. Charged for work I did not authorise, although eventually refunded after a tense standoff where I was accused of lying and requesting the work. Staff had terrible knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance to the point I was explaining to them how a locking wheel nut works. Do not use!! Find a trustworthy garage

Chris was very helpful and obliging even though we didn't find a suitable car, not at all pushy. He was very knowledgeable regarding the fact we needed a car for towing. Would definitely go back if the right car comes in.
