Unfortunately
I
purchased
a
car
from
here
2
years
ago
now
and
my
experience
went
from
bad
to
worse.
I’m
only
leaving
this
now
as
my
warranty
has
expired.
There
were
multiple
issues
with
the
car
within
the
first
year
of
owning
it.
One
occurring
just
5
weeks
after
buying
it.
They
sent
me
home
SEVERAL
times
after
saying
the
car
was
repaired
only
for
me
to
break
down
on
the
motorway.
I’m
not
sure
their
testing
is
thorough
once
they
have
done
a
“repair”.
Some
of
these
were
particularly
dangerous
situations
due
to
the
nature
of
the
problems
with
the
car.
Ultimately
the
issues
were
sorted
but
the
process
was
incredibly
stressful,
made
worse
by
bad
communication
and
a
lack
of
anyone
taking
responsibility
for
the
bad
service
we
received.
I
wasted
a
lot
of
time
driving
back
and
forth
as
I
live
over
an
hour
away.
The
only
occasion
I
felt
that
I
was
being
listened
to,
or
even
acknowledged
to
be
honest,
was
when
speaking
with
Kev.
He
was
very
nice
but
unfortunately
I
only
spoke
with
him
once,
then
I
was
passed
onto
others
who
were
incredibly
rude.
Also,
I
had
taken
out
an
extra
warranty
but,
as
to
be
expected,
they
will
try
to
charge
you
for
everything.
Once
they
have
you’re
money,
they
are
not
remotely
interested
in
being
even
vaguely
pleasant
with
you.
I’m
not
entirely
sure
how
or
why
some
of
the
staff
here
have
customer
facing
jobs.
Absolutely
would
not
recommend
anyone
buying
a
used
car
here.

dissatisfied
we
were.
