I
purchased
my
Peugeot
2008
a
few
months
ago.
The
service
I
received
was
mixed.
Richard
was
most
upbeat,
helpful
and
kind-
he
was
not
at
all
pushy,
which
I
appreciated.
I
also
spoke
with
a
few
other
staff
during
the
purchasing
process,
all
of
who
were
friendly.
The
steering
was
off
during
the
test
drive
but
I
was
assured
this
would
be
fixed
and
the
car
would
receive
a
full
valet,
all
ready
for
collection.
Post
purchase,
there
was
some
indecision
regarding
the
collection
date-
which
was
inconvenient
when
trying
to
arrange
the
insurance.
In
addition
to
this,
when
I
did
collect
the
car
it
was
not
properly
valeted
and
I
noticed
on
the
drive
home
that
the
steering
was
not
corrected
either,
as
promised.
After
some
negotiation
(I
am
not
local
to
the
showroom)
I
decided
to
get
the
tracking
fixed
locally,
only
to
find
out
it
was
not
the
tracking.
Peter
Ambrose
then
collected
the
car
and
dropped
me
a
courtesy
car
while
the
repairs
took
place
their
side.
I
got
my
car
back
after
a
few
days
and
all
was
sorted.
However,
I
was
naturally
disappointment
and
the
inconvenience
and
stress
caused.
I
paid
for
a
valet
myself.
I
work
full
time
and
communicating
with
them
wasn’t
the
easiest-
it
was
me
that
had
to
push
for
this
and
make
all
the
calls
etc.
Later
on,
I
asked
for
a
gesture
of
goodwill
regarding
a
new
tyre
(worn
on
one
side
due
to
the
faulty
steering).
I
was
told
a
certain
no
and
that
I
should
basically
be
grateful
for
the
service
I
received,
as
this
is
something
they
do
not
normally
do.
So
be
warned,
if
promises
are
made
during
a
test
drive-
do
not
expect
these
to
be
fulfilled,
it
is
apparently
‘not
normal’
for
them
to
do
this.
The
manner
in
which
I
was
spoken
to
when
asking
about
the
tyre
was
also
aloof.
So
all
in
all,
I
am
now
happy
with
my
car,
but
as
a
customer
who
paid
on
time
without
hassle,
I
was
disappointed
with
the
let
downs,
inconvenience
and
curt
response
of
a
certain
member
of
the
staff.
I
did
reply
to
PA
after
receiving
a
letter
from
them
regrading
my
car,
outlining
the
above.
This
went
ignored.
