Very
poor
customer
service.
They
would
not
rearrange
or
refund.
Me
and
my
friends
couldnβt
visit
due
to
illness
within
our
party,
so
I
contacted
the
site
over
24
hours
before
we
were
due
to
arrive
to
try
to
re-arrange.
They
said
they
would
make
the
pod
available
again,
and
if
someone
else
booked
we
would
receive
a
refund,
if
not
we
could
rearrange,
and
asked
me
to
call
the
next
day
to
find
out
what
would
happen.
I
called
next
day
and
they
said
it
hadnβt
been
re
booked
and
there
was
nothing
they
could
do.
This
is
not
what
I
had
been
told
previously.
I
said
we
definitely
wanted
to
rebook,
but
they
wouldnβt
move
the
money
for
the
booking.
We
wanted
to
rebook
for
February,
which
is
surely
off-peak.
Iβm
very
disappointed,
we
were
all
really
looking
forward
to
visiting,
and
I
was
even
thinking
of
booking
to
visit
again
with
family.
The
Terms
&
Conditions
are
very
vague
and
do
not
mention
how
much
of
a
notice
is
necessary
to
make
alterations.
The
sites
I
went
to
in
Northumberland
earlier
this
year
were
a
lot
more
understanding
when
my
dog
was
ill,
but
Upwood
do
not
seem
to
care.

believe
your
T&Cs
are
vague,
and
my
friends
agree.
But
thank
you
for
confirm
why
I
will
not
be
making
any
further
bookings.
I
told
the
people
I
spoke
to
that
I
was
looking
to
book
to
come
with
family,
and
I
thought
this
would
be
the
perfect
chance
for
me
to
check
out
the
site.
I
would
have
booked
to
come
in
my
campervan.
I
thought
about
re-instating
the
booking
to
visit
with
my
mum,
however,
she
is
a
kidney
transplant
patient,
so
she
did
not
feel
confident
about
staying
in
accommodation
without
a
toilet
or
hygiene
facilities.
And
then
the
person
in
the
party
who
wasn't
ill
took
another
shift
at
work,
so
they
were
then
unable
to
go.
