Great to be back at buzz bingo after so long! Had a really good night.....a fair few 1 to go on my paper book! The machine host Jade was a pleasure to be around. Very helpful when talking us through the different games in the arcade! We will be back to play again.... thanks

Probably the best place to go if you want to play bingo with others

Had a great first visit to this bingo. Becci… on front desk was so helpful, she was so welcoming and helped us get everything sorted as we were first timers. She gave us lots of tips and information xx Will definitely be back.

Went to bingo Sunday evening was greeted with a very friendly receptionist. After the first session of bingo went out to play the machines and was approached by Stephen asked if ee would like a drink or any help. Stephen was very friendly and helpful with exceptional customer service. Keep up the good work.

I have recently joined as a new member along with my mum and her friend playing on the electronic board. So excited my mum PRESSED HER CLAIM BUTTON and shouted HERE.... £200.00 for a full house. At the end if the evening went to collect her money and was told she didn't win anything....!! Was told that as well AS WELL AS PRESSING YOUR CLAIM BUTTON and SHOUTING HERE you have to confirm your electronic board number.....!!!! We were never informed nor did we know you have to do more than PRESS YOUR CLAIM BUTTON and SHOUT HERE. Needless to say we won't be returning....!!!

Nice place for bingo.. and b4 u go to bingo a nice pub over rd has cheap alcohol has well Junction pub. And beer in wood or normal beer.... Taddy is like fosters or d4. I'd like carling

Went to Buzz in Castleford for the first time recently. If all the staff are like Stephen then I'll be going again and again. Stephen's customer service was second to none. Pleasant, helpful, courteous, nothing was too much trouble. The 5 stars are for the most warm welcome offered by Stephen, who made our night an absolute pleasure. See you soon!

I felt very welcomed on my visit. Me and my friend had great fun. The atmosphere was great. I particularly remember Stephen his customer care was excellent, nothing was to much trouble. He really goes that extra mile. Thank you for a great night.

Really good atmosphere when there recently. There was a really good vibe, made even better by the cheerful and happy staff. One person of note was a young lady “Jade” over in the slot machine area and the host of such. She’s a wonderful, warm and welcoming individual with a brilliant personality and is clearly a people person. Her Customer service skills are second to none and richly deserves any accolades or promotion due. Her engagement and interaction with customers was excellent and she has people skills that cannot be taught or learnt. With hot meals being constantly sent out, cooked by Anne, ours tasted as good as it looked and it certainly was flavoursome. Kitchen looked extremely clean and was constantly being wiped. All in a really good evening and my first experience of this with my friends. I look forward to returning and meeting Jade and Anne again.

Went into the bingo hall on a night out with some girlfriends. Spent a good couple of hours enjoying the games and the atmosphere in the place. Everyone was really nice and helpful, but one of the staff members, Stephen, was particularly friendly and approachable and made the night thoroughly enjoyable. Would highly recommend a night out there to anyone, and all on the doorstep so no problems getting home. Big thumbs up.

Not like other clubs where people and staff respect people playing bingo and there not, always talking through bingo, smoking area quite small but nicely done, food a little on small side. Bingo prices not too bad. Cashline bit pricey at 50p or a £1 soon adds up to a lot if playing every game. Love in house games not too keen on joining other clubs as lot harder to win, but the prize money is good. Toilets clean and smell nice, mixture of slots. Escalator to get you upstairs or there's stairs at the side of each other. Lovely and spacious. Cannot say I've been in any area where it needs cleaning or fixing. Overall a good night out. Parking in the car park at the back of the club after 6pm you just get a ticket and display in your car but it's free after 6pm, cannot remember Parking charges before 6pm. This car park does not belong to buzz bingo. I'll be back again soon !!!!

Too expensive to play for so little prize money. The drinks are expensive too. To achieve good crowds, you must: 1) make the game affordable to all 2) limit the amount of link up games 3) stick to line, 2 lines and one full house only for each game. 4) increase the prize money 5) low cost alcoholic drinks The above works, advertise it and you'll fill the house. Don't make the mistake of undoing it once you achieve a regular full house, or people will stop coming again.

Good laugh, could do with a bigger smoking friendly area though as the one it has now is very small

Recently visited this bingo club with my sister and had a great evening. I was made to feel very welcome by ‘Stephen’ who had fantastic customer service. He was chatting to everyone and knew a lot of customers by name. I will definitely be visiting again as soon as i can!

Tusdays evening Normally ok other days of the week . Tuesday is half price night can't tell you get the different customer in who don't care about the Noise level by talking, rude Language customer looking down at you who not in a normal night. In The future try to avoid this place on a Tuesday not a enjoyable night

I enjoy a game of bingo .but i have not won for a long time.ill save up and go again because i also play on the machines which take a lot of money.
