This is my local Indian restaurant, bangladeshi chef, who cooks the most amazing food. Tastes fresh and delicious every time, the best place for value and taste. Comfortable seating and friendly staff

Delicious food from the kesar. Ordered a few times for takeaway but most recently ate in and it was even better. It’s great as a takeaway but 5* eating in. Garlic achari is a delicious curry, and their chicken pathia is one of the best we have tried. Can’t rate this restaurant any higher, everything we have tried has been delicious.

My first time tonight ..defo not my last ....top top food,great service and meal deals ..lots to choose off the menu if you fancy something a bit different ...nicely decorated ...cant wait till next time ..excellent !!

Came here for the 1st time with my family for Mother’s Day as was recommended by my mum who regularly eats here. The customer service was discusting! As its our 1st time we wasn't aware that there was a set menu. And we didn't discover this until we over heard the table beside us. As we wasn't given the option when seated and menus was handed to us as only the standard menu so we ordered from that. We then discovered that when you walked in there are leaflets with the set menus if you haven't been here before how are you expected to know. Other curry houses give you the option of both menus at your table to give you the option. So when we paid as we had ordered a starter curry and rice we told the man we have 1 set menu. He was very sharp and rude saying well you can't have that as you didn't ask for it?? As said we wasn't given the option and didn't know and he kept insisting that it's basically our own fault we didnt order it and that he won't honor the deal. Yes it's only a difference of a few pound but that's but not the point. If you want returning customers you would say that's OK no problem I'll do it for you but next time ask before ordering.. This has totally put me off from returning again and for him being so rude about it that is not how you treat your customers! Especially when my mum is a regular I won't be recommending you to anyone and maybe in the future you will give other customers the option of both menus at the table as this is really poor customer service.

We had a lovely meal here our first visit since it changed owners, only downer was having ordered two poppadoms too have before our starters unlike other restaurants in the area who throw a couple more in on the house here we just got the two and had to order another two... Hence the four star 🌟 not five rating.

This is an amazing curry house!! Go here all the time!! Customer service is always spot on as they always try and help and accommodate your needs and are always on hand! Food is always very tasty and hot and has a menu to cater for everyone! Nice decent sized restaurant and has spotless toilets! Would definitely recommend this place if your out for a curry and a few beers

The food really is top notch! They are not licenced so remember to take drink if needed but there is a shop around the corner if not. The curry we had was so fresh and food and really great value.

First time here is very nice meal we had the special that's on at the moment... The food was top notch and very good friendly service and nice atmosphere.. there was also parking right outside. Will definitely go again had a lovely time for valentines with my wife.

Delicious food, piping hot and delivered within 30minutes. This is the 2nd time we've had a delivery and both times brilliant. We ate in a couple of weeks ago and that also was delicious. Staff lovely

Love this spot i must have ate here 20-30 times. Love the lads and the relaxed no thrills atmosphere/decor. You can go here and stuff your face and bring a cupa few beers. Curries and starters are banging. Not a grill spot though its a curry place at heart so don't expect that 10/10 mixed grill, get a curry 100%

First time i have had a delivery from this restaurant. Have always had a delivery from another restaurant which has sadly lacked in quality. So gave these a try. Have to say the food was outstanding as was delivery and service. A bit more expensive but well worth it. Thanks guys will be coming to you from now on.

We regularly have food delivered, I'm vegetarian and my wife is vegan. The staff are very knowledgeable and accommodating to dietary needs. The food is always excellent and arrives hot and in good time. We are looking forward to trying out the restaurant.

Always order from this place online. Have seen people say it is expensive however I’d say you get what you pay for. Never ever have I had a bad meal from this place l, always fresh and extremely well seasoned tasty food. Would 100% recommend

First time eaten here. We usually order takeaways which have always been excellent but enjoyed there Sunday offer which was reasonable and tasted great.

Amazing food , amazing service at an amazing price!

Ordered chicken biryani and chicken jalfriezi, considering it was local it needed to be warmed up, 6 tiny pieces of chicken in the biryani, completely lacking in spices had to add my own.. poor quality won't be ordering again !

Fantastic curry, nice staff

I was looking forward to this place after reading comments from Trip advisors but somehow i was underwhelmed. The starters were excellent. The menu has a lot of choices and look exciting Indian dishes. We ordered the Capsila Chicken as this was recommended by the waiter. Main course was good like any other dish there was nothing special was expecting a "kick" to my food. What I really liked was the chef coming to visit us, he takes pride in his cooking and you can see that in his facial impression when he talks to us, however he did appear underdressed coming out in a t-shirt, also there is also an open kitchen it does looks slightly unprofessional not dressing like a chef, from any other restaurants I have ate at, nevertheless the best are the starters (sheesh kebabs) which is worth visiting.

Legitimately the best restaurant around Wednesbury. Doesn’t matter what I get I end up liking it. My partner and I have been eating here for a few years now. They make the best curries and the waiters are welcoming and kind special H great service overall. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice food but overpriced for the portions sadly. Lovely staff and nice atmosphere. also halal which is great! For my fellow brothers and sisters thinking of coming here I wouldn't say I don't suggest it just be weary as the food is very watered down in flavor compared to traditional Pakistani/ Asian curries.

I order from KESAR regularly as a customer..I would say I have tried alot of takeaways in my time but these guys are one of the Best Indian Bangladeshi takeaway in Wednesbury!! The food is outstanding clean fresh..they always variety to chose from on the menu and staff are very nice helpful nothing is too much and delivery has been always on time and prompt just 10/10 keep up the good work guys.. Now its my favourite takeaway place I wouldn't go anywhere else😊👍

Lovely food with great prices however both times I have visited it has been freezing in there 🥶 The man was lovely and tried to fix the problem but I was already a snowman by then.

Just ordered a take away from kesar & its the best masala we have ever had. The king prawn's were amazing. All the food tasted & was cooked to perfection.We will definitely be using again

I attended this restaurant with my immediate family and everyone loved the food! Of course we were won over by the quick service and the verities of dishes (so many new flavours to choose from) they offered different ranges of spices to suit our needs. The interior was lovely. Highly recommend this place

The staff were helpful. Service was quick and prompt. We went for the 4 course weekday set meal and were happy to pay for the few extras, as it offered fantastic value for money. The portions were generous and everything tasted delicious. I will definitely will be returning, and recommend to friends and family.

We have had our food in the restaurant and always enjoyed it and the services is always good. Never had any problems with anything. So i would recommend this restaurant to any one for a meal sit or even takeaway. We have had take away few times as well and mostly its ready to pick up when we get there and no complaints with any thing.

What an absolutely incredible restaurant this is! I tried this restaurant for the first time last night on just eat and wow I wasn’t disappointed, food was not only 20 minutes early but it was also piping hot. The driver was dressed very smartly and gave great customer service. The food was so tasty with so much flavour too it. If I could order from here everyday I would! Would 100% recommend as this is THE best Indian in Wednesbury no doubt about it!

I went to the Kesar for the first time yesterday after a long search for a decent curry house & I must say I wasn't dissapointed. Young chap named hoizul greeted me at the door and took my order and his customer service was second to none. Had the special Kesar Biriyani and mixed grill which was a pleasant surprise to the taste buds??. Compliments to the chef! Would recommend anyone to go here and I will definitely be back for more!

Very flavourful food, open kitchen was a nice surprise and you can see chefs making food. Staff are attentive and friendly too. Will be back when visiting the area.

Amazing food and amazing service. The staff are extremely attentive and organised, fantastic table service. I’m from London and travelled up for the weekend. It was my first time dining in, I ordered a takeaway a few months back. I will most definitely be back.

First time we visited last night. Staff were very friendly. Attentive but not overly so. The food was amazing.

We ordered a home delivery - mixed grill and chef's platter, roti bread and onion bhaji. It was all so nondescript - dry, tasteless and very disappointing. The chef's platter was supposed to contain tandoori prawns, well there was literally just one prawn! The chicken in both dishes was dry. The lamb was hard and chewy. The roti bread was not like any other roti we've had - very doughy. I'm sorry, but on this showing I have no idea how they have so many 5 star ratings.

Been to the Kesar restaurant tonight and i was blown away fine dining at its best would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for quality food at a great price service is very good also.

I use to love ordering from the kesar they have always done excellent food but around 2 month ago the owner went to Smethwick begging shops for a cheap price and he went to one were they went to the back of shop said £2 a box of moulde tomatoes and he took them

First time dining here, compliments to the chef, food was out of this world, definitely will be returning.

Pleasant staff and surroundings and very good, we'll priced food. Take your own alcohol. Staff will provide glasses and open wine for you. A little Wednesbury gem.

Order a curry deliver it missing the chips and dips and the onion phone up and they have the cheek to say are you in a rush for them na mate they are just for a pudding of course I want them soon as possible my curry is going cold and finally after 20 minutes the chips arrive with out the sauce and onion I asked for waist of time
