Got tyres fitted but they broke my locking wheelnut on the front and when approached about it they said there was nothing they can do and left me too defend for myself. Had too ring quick fit headoffice and the same was said .The only people who could help was Raymond Donnellys Dungannon vauxhall garage ..that shows the difference in garages.Cris should learn how too take a locking wheelnut properly.

Bought a car in July 2023 from Pat Kirk omagh. First time and last time I will do business here. They said they would service the car which they didn’t and valeting of poor standard

Had my Mazda serviced, helpful staff very welcoming. Even changed my battery on my key as they noticed it was running low. Was offered a lift into town however, it was a lovely day and within walking distance. There is a seating area where you can wait.

Just had some work carried out in Pat Kirk Mazda, Brookmount Road Omagh. Have to commend the Parts Dept and Manager Andy for his expedient and caring manner in my dealings with him. Have nothing but praise for this firm.

Bought a used Mazda here. Came up from Cork and was picked up at the bus station at near close of business on a Saturday by Ciara the Mazda salesperson. Nothing was rushed. I was shown all of the cars features, given coffee and biscuits and Ciara even connected my phone to the car. It was explained clearly to me what to do if I should have any problems during the generous 6 month warranty (5 year old car). An extremely good buying experience. I would recommend Kirk's to anyone. Car was prepared at very short notice, and was immaculate when I arrived, fully serviced, new tyres, mats etc. If you want a good Mazda give Ciara a ring at Pat Kirk's in Omagh.

Disaster, I ordered a part for a car on the Thursday, I rang on the Friday to see if it came in, I then rang on the Monday afternoon to see if it came in only to be told that it was sitting here since Friday after hiring a car for the weekend and no need to. The excuse after ordering the part and paying for the part and leaving my details to ring me when the part came in they had no number to contact me and on the Friday I had left my number again. How can businesses like this survive, I am in the process of changing the car later on but I am sorry to say I will be going elsewhere.

Service/parts department couldn't even produce a correct radio code for a nissan. Supposedly Nissan dealers. Unimpressed.

Having just moved to Fermanagh this was my first visit...on arrival I was stunned at what a fabulous modern dealership it was. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble even dropped me to the shops and when I was done a quick phone call and I was picked up. The hospitality area was first rate with a great drinks machine, comfortable seating g and a decent TV. Cherry on the top was the service and MoT check was very well priced. An exemplar for others to follow

Cup of tea made for me and even offered a biscuit or two, small touches like that have kept me continuing to return to pat Kirk for my servicing needs. The service department can’t do enough for you, loan car and a lift to town/home was offered to me. Greeted with a smile and a friendly face, the guys at the servicing desk are so busy and still manage to remain friendly and calm, even if they are under pressure, a real asset to the company! Car was returned to me washed and hoovered, again another small touch which I so greatly appreciated.

I had a (minor) problem with a car bought from them 8 years ago - they literally could not have been more helpful if they'd tried. Wonderfully friendly, the best value for money possible in the entire world. If I ever buy a new car I'd be tempted to fly to Northern Ireland for it!
