Amazing place!!! It's was worth to drive 200 miles and visit that amazing studio. Can't say in words how excite I was to see all those scapes just pure beauty. Incredible place! I was setting up my first aquarium and was completely overwhelmed with aquascaping. The best decision I made was coming here! They guided me through the basics, listened to what I wanted, and helped get something that was right for me. I wasn’t rushed or pressured into making a decision, so when I left with my purchases, I felt so confident that I knew what I was doing. The plants are so healthy and have really started to establish themselves. Now my aquarium is fully set up and my fish look really happy, investing the plants and every nook in the driftwood! Absolutely Amazing!!! Brilliant customer service as well as a super quick delivery service. Ordered a twinstar light (900ea) plus the dimmer/timer off their website and it came in no time. Recently we travelled to the amazing aquarium store called aquarium Gardens located in huntingdon we usually shop online from the store but decided to take a trip to finally visit in person as we see photos and videos of it all the time on social media especially Instagram, Facebook and YouTube when we arrived and entered the shop we were welcome very warmly by the incredible knowledge staff the worked they introduced us to their phenomenal aquascaped talks blown away by the intense detail and hard work produced into there aquarium we stumbled across many of these shops aquaplaning falities to help you create your own aquascape these include a room purely dedicated to emerged submerged and even terrarium plants as well as a vast variety of hardcase materials which corporate many diverse and unique pieces of woods,rocks gravel and sand furthermore there is an area also dedicated to your dry goods involving many aquascaping tools filter and lighting as well as a collection of different plant care products such as fertilisers, root tabs and soils overall the whole experience was breathtaking and would recommend anyone to visit this impeccable aquascape store the shop was so clean and tidy staff also need applauding their knowledge and customer service skills

Wow Just Wow. No really I mean Wow! This place is amazing I have never seen a shop like it. The display tanks are all absolutely stunning, they all look like they have come from a show. The staff are helpful knowledgeable and polite and happy to answer endless foolish questions. The stocks of tanks and equipment and supplies are amazing. The plants stocks are the best quality and variety I have ever seen anywhere. They also have a great range of rocks and wood, sadly their stock of ghastly brightly coloured awful tank ornaments is very poor.

Making the trip to Aquarium Gardens far exceeded my expectations. The showroom is fantastic and gets your creativity soaring, and being well stocked allows you to achieve your vision. As total beginner I had some idea of what I wanted but the staff go far and beyond to make you feel comfortable to ask questions. Steven was fantastic and helped me pick out a variety of plants and not only did the amount fit the tanks space but met my budget exactly. I look forward to visiting again as there's no substitute to seeing the wood rock and plants in person.

I have ordered from Aquarium Gardens for the first time after seeing them on social media. Well what can I say except WOW, the plants were a really good price, they arrived on time actually quicker than I expected! They arrived in absolutely fantastic condition as if I had picked them out myself, well packaged. The plants themselves were bigger than what I expected to get so definitely value for money and the root systems were well established, can't wait to see them get bigger in my aquariums. Ordered from aquarium gardens a few times now always good service. Last order was a large selection of plants and most came in good condition except for about 4 tropica 1.2 grow pots which were basically mush upon arrival which was a bit of a shame. Apart from that everything else was top notch. UPDATE* they were nice enough to contact me and offered to send me replacement plants for the ones that arrived in bad condition. Great customer service.

I've ordered plants from the store's site twice now and both times have been a great experience. The plants always come in great condition and well packed, not to mention the fact that they're generally very inexpensive compared to aquatic plants from other stores. It genuinely feels like the business is run by hobbyists, for hobbyists. My only complaint is that they're too far away for me to come visit the store🥲😭

I visited for the first time today and it was certainly worth the 2hr drive. It could well be summed up as an aquascaper’s paradise. It’s the customer service that makes it that, though. You could have the same amazing range of products being sold by someone miserable and unhelpful and you wouldn’t want to go again. But they’re beyond obliging here. I shall return!

Visited AG for the first time after seeing them for years on social media. Arranged a day with the well known aquascaper George Farmer where we met up here and designed my hardscape on their aquascaping dojo before going to my home to set it up and plant. It's possibly the best place for hardscaping with the vast amount of rocks and wood available and with the plants for sale helps give more ideas. My local fish shop has a dojo but very little hardscapes available which makes it difficult creating something that appreciates the dimensions of the tank. Would definitely go back whenever I may want to redo my scape. Want to thank Steve and Jay in Aquarium Gardens for the service and also keep an eye out on George Farmer's YouTube channel for an upcoming video on my scape 😁

Bought some plants off these guys. The postman messed up and they never arrived. Contacted the store by email. Explained the plants none arrival, after checking the tracker and locating the house they were actually delivered to they sent me the order again FOC which arrived the next day. Oh and by the way the plants were first class.

Drove an hour and a half to get there. Wasn't sure I was in the right place as it's tucked away and fairly unassuming from outside, but what an Aladdin's cave!! First thing through the door is the gallery with lots of stunning tanks packed in. However it doesn't stop there, the next room is packed with a huge variety of different types of wood and rocks all of various sizes. There are also scaping tables there to allow you to select and arrange the perfect hardscape materials. All the staff seemed friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed, allowing me to take my time, picking and arranging my scape materials. I'm not new to aquariums, but new to the world of aquascaping. Dave was amazing, he answered every question I threw at him (and there were a lot!) Everything from which substrates would compliment the rocks, to what plants I should pick with my lighting etc. Talking of plants, I thought they had a decent selection when I saw the Tropica cabinet in the first room, but then the scaping room had an entire wall of plants too! Honestly, I can't fault this shop, or the staff. I just wish it was a bit closer to me!

I’m impressed with the quality of the plants. I don’t normally purchase plants online because I want to pick the pretties and strongest in person as I’m very picky ahah. I gave it a try and all the plants I received were amazing!! Much better than those you see in the fish stores around London. The aquascapes they create in this place definitely reflect the love they have for the hobby and the aquatic plants.

Plants nice, Service bad. There was a blip when placing my order and it did not show as a confirmed order but stayed in my basket and appeared stuck. I therefor emptied the shopping basket and started again. Only to end up with 2 orders in one box with 2 delivery fees and a total of £88 of plants for my grandsons 30litre tank (just couldn't fit them all in). The company,after chasing them said they would not refund if plants came back in an unsaleable condition and that as the post takes so long this would be the case so I would be better of keeping them. Would have been nice if they had at least refunded one of the postage's seeing they were in the same box and there was obviously a glitch with the system while I was placing the order. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> After writing this review I have had half the postage refunded. Absolute brilliant customer service. Ordered twice from them and first time ordered plants for my new tank and arrived in perfect condition within 2 days from day of ordering (ordered after 6pm). Spoke to Steve on Thursday ref a Saturday delivery and some more information on the plants and bits I wanted , he couldn't of been more helpful . The plants arrived Today and i opened the box with fingers crossed that they were as good as described .... well I was not disappointed the plants and bits were amazing I am so happy with my order and the condition/size of the plants . I've never used the shop as I live in cornwall but often order online for all sorts of supplies for my many tanks. Have bought alot from Aquarium Gardens this year alone. Always happy with the service. Plants are always in top condition and delivery is prompt and stuff is well packaged. The plants dont seem to melt back too much which is always a good sign. The website is easy to use. On the one occasion I did have an issue with a missing item in an order the guy on the phone couldn't have been nicer and it was sorted very quickly.
