πŸ‘πŸ‘ I joined Rosebeey Manor in December 2020. I have to say that I have never worked in such a lovely place. The staff are incredibly welcoming and supportive to both staff and residents and nothing is too much trouble. The atmosphere here is very warm and friendly and I love working here. I started working at Rosebery in November 2020 as the Activity Supervisor. I can honesty say it is such a lovely work place. I genuinely look forward to going to work every day due to its home from home environment and atmosphere within the home. Staff genuinely care for each other and the residents and this is shown through the relationships within the home. Hopefully I can continue to deliver a 5 star activity programme for the residents and allow it to evolve for years to come. I wish I had joined Rosebery sooner than I did as I feel completely valued as a member of staff and work with such a great team.

I have worked at Rosebery Manor since it opened in 2014. Whether you are looking for a change in lifestyle or needing extra support with care Rosebery has maintained the highest level. I am proud to be a part of the team at Rosebery. I have supported 3 of my own relatives move into our home over 9 years, all needing very different care and nursing support. I would definitely recommend Rosebery Manor. Come in for a tour and to meet some of our amazing team and residents.

Treat the staff like something they have stepped in. Treat the residents with no care. The new general manager is a bully and has grievances against him, FAILED CQC inspection. Has lost all the good staff due to poor management and lies. The HR department are a joke, as useful as a chocolate teapot!! Shame this place has gone to pot, looks nice from the outside but looks can be deceiving!!! I wouldn’t wish my love one to be cared there.

Poor leadership and knowledge from Senior managers and leaders in the team prevents honest and caring staff from being acknowledged and recognized. The Care plan bares no relationship to the service my mother receives and there is a blank refusal to meet to discuss, despite 2 Safeguarding referrals. Currently working with the CQC and Social Services on whether an independent Deputy can be put in place as they do not wish to listen to her daughter. Beware, they are just about to build another "hotel" in Reigate. Check out their CQC report July 2018 which has confirmed my darkest fears. Inadequate and Unsafe. Do not put a loved one into this provision. You are paying for them to be neglected and treated with disdain.

As a recent care assistant for Rosebery manor, it is a shame how downhill the home has gone. There are many passionate caring people working for signature but are failed by the poor management. We are constantly told by management that they will be getting rid of all agency by Christmas which is utterly ridiculous. MAYBE when management start treating their staff who work 13.5 hours in one shift with some respect then maybe they may understand why they are losing so many staff members. I would not recommend putting any family member in the home. There are many problems which have not been resolved in years and sadly the family feel and happiness of the home has been completely drained.

We have been visiting Rosebery Manor for years and always look forward to going back. Staff constantly have a smile on their face, always happy to help and great communication skills. Activity planner is invariably full with great entertainment which I know makes the residents very happy. Keep up the good work!

Having worked for a few different care providers, I can honestly say the home, the team and the care at Rosebery is the best. The residents, the staff and the management, we are all a team and as a team we all care about each other. It is a fantastic company to work for and I feel fully supported and encouraged in my job. Highly recommended a career with Signature

maybe I'm the luckiest girl in the world because I got into a wonderful workplace with an amazing positive work atmosphere. I have convinced myself that you can love your work as much as your family. I want to express my immense gratitude for the warm welcome and that I came to a place where I feel safe and appreciated for the work I do. Tanks a lot for the opportunity given to me with respect xxx

I have just been employed about 3 months ago after serving my previous care home for 5 good years with honours. I must say I was mesmerised by the Design of the Care Home and the facilities at the disposal of both residents and care staff and the enviroment that surrounded it on my first day at work. Despite my past experience acquired from my previous care home, Signature at Roseberry Manor is exposing me to a higher level of Professional Persons Centered Care which has triggered my enthusiasm to learn and gain more experience from my very Supportive colleagues and the Management Team. I am energised by the cooperation of our residents , their families members and friends, the serenity of the enviroment, the transportation offered to staff who live outside Epsom and the professional way of communication between staff from all the Departments and their leaders up to the management team. I am in Roseberry Manor to stay, learn, improve my Skills and together with my colleagues offer a Professional Persons Centered Care to all residents so that we can make Signature at Roseberry Manor at Epsom second to none in the Health and Social Care Industry if not the Group of Signature Care Homes.

I visited a friend just before Christmas at Rosebery Manor. The hospitality staff were so welcoming and friendly and seemed to know everyone by name. There was carol singing which all the residents were thoroughly enjoying. Genuinely a lovely and luxurious place.

This home is far from anything as described in the last person's comments- look at the CQC website which will clearly highlight the amazing work this home is doing!! An amazing home with nothing but excellent care for residents and an extremely supportive management team!!!! Take it from people who actually work in the home.

Relatives have been at Rosebery for over a year now and I can thoroughly recommend it. I was designated as their 'essential carer' during the lockdown (so I was lucky enough to be able to visit regularly during the most recent lockdown) and now I go at least once a week. So I have seen at first hand just how superb the location, facilites and staff are. It's well situated - easy to access, and a short car ride away from shops (e.g. Epsom with its accessible shopping centre and ASDA with its relatively cheaper petrol (!)) and beauty spots (e.g. the amazing view from Epsom Grandstand and Box Hill and seeing National Trust's Headley Heath). The accommodation is light, modern and spacious and has a real feel of being a 'home' ; the garden is beautifully maintained, and the terrace is a lovely place to sit in the sun. The housekeeping team clean the public spaces and rooms thoroughly, launder to a very high standard and add to the value by having good-humoured chats with the residents while they work; the reception staff are unfailingly polite, welcoming and helpful. The care staff are exceptional: they clearly know what residents need and adapt accordingly, making those in their care as comfortable as they can and in as dignified a way as possible. They are thoroughly professional, and yet convey real warmth and affection for the residents, without being patronising, and they are so patient. The Activities team provide interesting and stimulating experiences as well as coming round to rooms to check up on residents. A recent highlight was the shared experience of watching a duckling hatch from an egg - such fun and such a great way of involving everyone, whatever their physical needs. (One of the residents quipped that it was perhaps a little intrusive to be watching ....such empathy for the duckling, but we really laughed together!!). The catering team does a wonderful job of making the food attractive, even when it has to be pureed. The nursing staff ensure good communication with medical teams, and give invaluable support to the various 'form-filling' processes needed. The management is very approachable and proactively ask for feedback. I realise how lucky we are to have this experience, especially at a time of great pressure in this sector and I have seen how staff have gone above and beyond their duty in order to maintain standards at this very difficult time. Thank you to Rosebery Manor for giving this standard of care and for the reassurance this gives me.

I've been visiting Rosebery Manor on and off since before it opened in a professional capacity. It is a beautiful and modern home offering all the home comforts, combined with a varied activity programme and wonderful food. I love the fact that the residents have their own post boxes outside of their room !! I would highly recommend.

I started working at Rosebery Manor for the activities team around 3 months ago. Everyone has been nothing but nice to me and it’s been amazing seeing how well cared for everyone is. The endless activities they have on offer amazed me when I started. I look forward to seeing where my future takes me here at Rosebery Manor.

I joined Rosebery in January last year working as a Food & Beverage Assistant, which I really enjoyed. In March I was given the opportunity to join the Activities Team which I'm loving as I have closer interaction with the residents. Each department works so hard & it feels like we're one big team. It's a beautiful home with lovely grounds.

I’m now working at Rosebery Manor Care home and we offer exceptional care in a person centered way so that every resident’s needs are met as per their requirements. The carers aim at establishing very good relationships with the residents, families and friends thus making it easy for the residents to trust them.I’ve worked here for four and a half years and I’d recommend it to both potential residents and staff wishing to work in care homes.

From our initial interactions to ongoing collaborations, they have consistently showcased a level of dedication and expertise that truly sets them apart. One of the most telling indicators of how professional they are is the comfort level our nurses express while working alongside their staff. The support system in place is robust, ensuring that our team feels not just welcomed but also empowered to provide the best care possible to residents. Kudos to the management and staff for creating such a commendable establishment.

My mother moved into Signature because she needed somewhere where she could be looked after, but wouldn’t feel she was giving up her independence. They offer residents a large, lovely room with their own things around them. One of the things we all really liked was the fact she could make herself a cup of tea in her own room when she wanted to! As a family we are just all so relieved she is safe and happy. Now mum is having more care and we have also got to know the staff; they are a fantastic team and nothing is too much trouble.

I started at Rosebery Manor in June as the Residential Care Manager. The heads of department and staff have welcomed me with open arms. The training and progression opportunities within Avery are good. The home is a beautiful homely environment and I really enjoy working here.

Rosebery Manor is a lovely, friendly care home set in luxurious surroundings where the focus is very much on providing premium care. Across all disciplines, the team at Rosebery remain professional and courteous at all times and have been a pleasure to work alongside since my move from another Signature home. Catering for residential, dementia and nursing both on a permanent and respite basis, I can thoroughly recommend Rosebery Manor to anyone seeking care for their loved one.

I have had the pleasure of providing Lifelong Healthcare’s services to Rosebery Manor for several years now and have always been warmly welcomed into their caring and friendly environment. The home is extremely well equipped and professionally managed with the luxurious surroundings providing a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The residents are tremendously well cared for and are always engaged in activities, leaving a genuine ambiance of community within the home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rosebery Manor to anyone looking for a nursing home.

Rosebery Manor is a great place. We have assisted several residents in the moving in process and all the staff have gone above and beyond to make our clients feel welcome. All the people we have helped move here have been very happy with the care, the staff, the food and the facilities. We highly recommend Rosebery Manor.

Rosebery manor is a wonderful place to work at and the residents are very happy here. They receive the highest standard of care with support given when they need it, the staff strive to meet all of their needs and do so with a smile. The care staff are kind and compassionate and go above and beyond every day taking time out their busy day to ensure the residents have everything they need. The management team are extremely supportive of both the staff and the residnts. I have worked in a few care homes and Rosebery manor is without a doubt the best home I have come across.

Wow what an amazing place. From the moment you walk in the team and friendly & welcoming. Such a wonderful warm atmosphere The staff are always helpful & their care is the best I've ever seen. Nothing is to much, they truly go above and beyond. The home manager is never to busy to make time for family, residents or staff. He is always smiling and very warm and welcoming to all who visit their home. I have watched this home grow since his arrival and he truly is an asset to this home. I would strongly recommend this home for your loved ones, its truly unique and full of love & kindness

Great place for Senior living, one bedroom and studio apartments, with a small kitchenette in rooms and a cafe downstairs and two Restaurants, beautiful gardens.

My mum and her cat have been a resident at Rosebery nearly from the start, so I can comment on the ups and downs of the home. Yes there have been many manager changes and yes there have been some improvements needed but this is not the only home where this happens. My mum is safe and cared for - yes it is not cheap and I will always question her care plan if needed but the staff are willing to listen. There are more improvements to be made but there always will be. It may not suit every person or family relation but don't slam something you only know for a short period of time. I have made good relationships with other residents, family members, staff members and they all know mum and Fizz and as long as they are happy, we as a family are happy!

This is a beautiful home with caring staff. I have always been so well looked after when I was able to visit, making sure I had a cup of tea, biscuits and a beautiful home cooked lunch if I wanted.

Our father has been at this home for over 3 years. All we receive from Signature living is letters about price increases. When you are paying over Β£2,000 per week for 'care' you expect the 'care' to be provided by signature staff NOT agency workers who have no idea about individuals and their care needs. At the beginning of our experience with Rosebury we experienced thefts of belongings and money from his room. This was not investigated and no belongings or money was returned, not even an apology when reported. Managers at the home come and go like bus conductors - this surely tells you something. I think it is honestly laughable how senior members of staff see it as ok to park in the residents and visitors car park leaving no space for any one else in their huge premium branded SUV's (no doubt paid for with our money!) almost rubbing it in how much they are earning out of you. 'Care' is provided but dad is often left dirty and has mysterious bumps and marks that appear on his body which he cannot remember how they happened. I am honestly disgusted at how we as a family and Dad have been treated. I am looking for another home for him which is so difficult at this present time due to COVID. I will be moving him at the earliest opportunity. I am sure there are many hard working members of the Signature team and we have had positive experiences too but this is how we are left feeling overall. If you are looking to place a loved one in here or thinking about moving into this home. There are many others that are better than this one!

Is a shame that part of staff that worked in Rosebery Manor in Epsom public that comment. In my point of view is a comment of a staff that had problem and make that in furious and rude way. Defenetly is not the real picture.
