Our UPVC front door needed attention but the firm that installed it did not respond. Salop glass replaced 7 windows and fitted bifold doors - fantastic all-round service with excellent value for money and customer service. Had a new Palladio Front Door supplied and fitted by Salop Glass. Couldn't be happier with the whole process. They came out promptly and at a day/time to suit me to measure up. Once fitting day arrived, they were on time (well 10 mins early!) and did a great job removing the old door/frame and replacing with our brand new Palladio door. It looks fantastic. Mark and Ugis did a great job. They were friendly, professional and ensured no mess was left after the installation. I couldn't recommend Salop Glass enough.

Tradecounter style store with small upstairs showroom. They know their business and are very helpful in store but sometimes they are bad at getting back in touch if you have a question and they need to look into it.

We wanted a number of mirrors for our new home and the advice and service we got from the team at Salop Glass was first class. They arrived as expected, were friendly, efficient, took great care and cleaned up. A slight problem was dealt with quickly with no fuss. To me, how you deal with problems says a lot about a company. The mirrors are great and the service really couldn't have been better.

Various large 'show home' style mirrors were fitted around the house. They look fantastic. I am really pleased with the effect in the room. Measured for me and a helpful solution worked out for framing one of the large mirrors, and a second measuring visit to confirm a choice. Definitely recommended.

I initially didn’t call Salop Glass for a quote to replace a couple of blown DG units as I thought they might be expensive being a larger company. After being let down by two other local smaller businesses I did contact them and their price was very competitive and more importantly they were very professional. Work completed to a high standard. They are in my phone now to use again.

Wow, where do I start with Salop Glass... I had some gym mirrors delivered to my new training facility (from another online supplier) with little guidance on how to install them. They were extremely difficult to lift and place on the wall and I was terrified of dropping them. I found Salop Glass on google and gave them a phone call to explain my dilemma. Mike was very sympathetic and issued two gentlemen within an hour to my address. I was overwhelmed at the high level of customer service and care that he showed. The gentlemen arrived within the hour, installed the mirrors perfectly and it has completely finished the look of my private facility. I could not thank the team enough, they have been amazing from the initial phone call, to installing the mirrors and they have saved us from delaying opening. Sean, Aiden and Ugis replaced 8 widows on our property. The workmanship was first class and the job was completed in just over one day. The existing windows were removed and new ones fitted with no damage to internal decorations.Each room was cleaned when the installations were finished.I would have no hesitation in recommending Salop Glass.

Superb attention today from Ron, who saved the day by skillfully cutting an awkwardly curved piece of glass for an antique Grandfather clock, and then very kindly actually fixing it into the frame for us. How inspiring to get such good old fashioned service in this day and age.

Our new front door is fantastic. The whole process from discussing with someone to installation was easy. We wanted a particular style of door and I wanted specific patterns of coloured glass which Salop Glass were able to arrange. The front of the house looks smarter, outside and in, and we have noticed that our hall is cooler than two weeks ago in this heatwave. We anticipate the new door, frame and side panel will keep out the smoke from the wood burning stoves in the valley in winter, reducing my asthma. Also the hall should be warmer as the previous wooden front door couldn't keep out the draughts. I highly recommend the doors and the service.
