Brilliant experience! My 10 year old son and I took a paddle boarding lesson with Nick and Carmen. My son was a little nervous but they were fantastic with him and put him at ease…so much that he gave standing a try! We had a great time and feel more confident should we try on our own. We both felt safe and in good hands. Thank you both so much.

Me and hubby had our first Intro class yesterday after watching this for years in our home town we gave it a try, I don't think we could have chose a better Co so nice, friendly and professional. Thank you Toni and Annie we will definitely be back 🙂

My wife and I rented SUP & suits for an hour and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even to amateurs like us. Not only did they give us a very easy to understand safety briefing but once we were in the water they taught us to stand up from kneeling position free of charge and encouraged/helped us take photos and videos. Equipment was clean and our belongings were secure. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Will definitely be returning.

Had a beginner's lesson with Ebb & Flo and they were brilliant, couldn't do more for you. I'm a much larger person than most, they had big enough suits and even swapped me over to a wider board half way through the lesson to help and enable me to stand-up and paddle, which is something I haven't done previously. Great team, good instructors and a fun day.

Very inclusive for disabilities! I took my autistic son for a 121 session and right from the booking process it was obvious they understood his needs. They gave me absolute confidence and I’d highly recommend booking with them. First activity where I had zero parental anxiety. Thank you for being so amazing!

I love the stand up paddle boarding experience here, the guys are always friendly and super helpful and put your safety first. The equipment is top notch and the the stretch of the beach they use is perfect. We've always done the adult SUP sessions but because of how professional they guys are we'll soon be getting the kids booked in for a junior session soon too.

Ebb and Flo have gone over and above with their customer service making me some custom made jewellery. When I asked over instagram whether this would be possible, Milly replied promptly and offered a few designs based on the description I gave. The earrings were completed within a week or so and Toni was lovely when me and my dog came to collect them in store. Overall a 5 stars service. Thank you! x

Myself and my family came to cleethorpes this morning to do a beach clean organised through EBB&FLO and walking into the shop to meet the shop owners who where very friendly, myself and my partner loved the uses of pallets and other stuff as there furniture and loved the jewellery and assortment of candles that smell amazing my partner purchased a mermaid candle which smells amazing and I had to purchase the orange/red beenie through GhostFin which we are both happy with and will be back to do more beach cleans and get myself and the family kitted out with t-shirts and jewellery and candles as well.

Best place in the region for SUP and Kayak hire. Fantastic, polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff
