Came here at around 10pm to use the pool tables which no longer seem to exist here - maybe I dreamt this. Bowling is okay here, it's nothing special but it is just bowling at the end of the day. Haven't tried much else here but I will say the new decor is quite nice but feels like they have reduced the size of the arcade. Reason for my low review is due to the attitude of the staff. We were given attitude for being in the arcade, despite the fact that there was no sign or barrier to indicate it was closed. But a staff member came over and told us to leave and that the barrier had been put up for a reason. When we explained the barrier was not up, we received attitude and generally just poor customer service. We weren't being loud or obnoxious we were simply using the air hockey table. I'm sure a good time is possible here. Just avoid the terrible staff. Quite disappointing really. See photo attached, this was te barrier which was like this when we got there. Clearly doesn't indicate that it was closed and the lights were on (promptly turned off after we left)

I've read the reviews and its either good or bad so here is my good experience. Went bowling with the kids, they loved it, staff were attentive to their requirements although one of the pins kept getting swept away on their second go which was really annoying. Other than that, we will go back again, maybe at a less busy time.

I was in on sunday evening and ordered a few drinks. A small young girl served me and she was very polite, had very good manners and even offered to help me bring over my drinks to my table. Very good customer service i highly recommend.

I've always booked via Web site,so no problems on admissions. Place always clean and staff helpful. Food very good and good value. Well done.

Good trampolining party. Kids enjoyed it. Lots to do in one place. Docked a star as the computer system I had to use for logging people onto the trampolining was long winded and glitchy. It took forever to add 14 people with dates of birth and contact details to the booking. This was very frustrating

Kids play at adult prices!! Equipment….rubbish! Holes…..repetitive in places or broken and run down. Hole 3 is an absolute joke! The tube we spend 10 minutes trying to get the ball through had Astro turf blocking it. All the holes had issues with maintenance thou, most were broken beyond repair. Staff looked board and uninterested. To be honest if it was a few quid I wouldn’t be bothered but it’s not cheap. If you’re going to command a high price it better be worth it and this is definitely not worth the money. Can’t fault the bowling 10/10, can’t fault the venue, it’s lovely and clean, modern and fresh. Crazy golf 100% lets the side down.

Fantastic venue with loads to offer. Staff couldn't be more helpful. We regularly take advantage of the bowling deals or use the mini golf / laser quest facility. Great value, well done to the owners and hope the local people support this amazing venue!

First time visiting, but it was a staff night out and didn't know what to expect, and I have to say I was very impressed. The staff are friendly and polite, and the food was a delight. Looking at the menu, there is a wide variety of different meals to choose from. After our meal, we all played bowling, although I've never played before I thoroughly enjoyed it.

We visited last month after popping in while our cars were in the garage . The lady we spoke to at the desk was very friendly . She got us booked in for bowling and we had a great time . We ordered some drinks from the bar and spent a few hours there .

Party booked for children. Fantastic they loved it, food lovely and hot with great choice. Unfortunately have had to mark down as our experience with one member of staff Julie - also a stand in manager, absolutely shocking. Shouted and snapped at the children and wanted a confrontation when told to go away twice as guests were complaining. Manager rectified this incident and he was fab. So were all the other staff members, however if you get Julie doing your party. Run 😂

Plenty to do here, I recommend booking in advance during holidays and on weekends as they can get quite busy. They have roller skating, bowling, arcades, crazy golf and a trampoline area I believe. Worth checking out

Make sure you book is all I say and make sure you get a booking confirmation. Good choice of drinks and food, just go cautious what you do order as a member of our party ordered cumberland sausage, giant Yorkshire pudding, mash veg and onion gravy, and he got the same sausages as my son did on his kids meal and they most definitely were not cumberland, also no veg came, we had to ask then to be told we have run out would you like beans, not with gravy thanks

We did roller skating and trampolining with 3 six year olds. Excellent. Both areas very quiet. Great choice of food, tuna wrap, coleslaw and salad very good. Children's portions quite large. Staff very helpful, particularly the lady who was in charge. Will definitely go again.

Crazy Golf is amazing, we are from ages 67 to 19 and we all loved it. It's not just for the kids! Staff were nice and friendly, had a drink then had fun in the arcade. Would recommend to anyone with or without kids.

My grandson had his 5th birthday party here absolutely loved the trampolines spent a whole hour good exercise and fun they all loved it. There is a place upstairs to watch the children and adults can also go on the trampolines with the children but they also have staff keeping a check as well.

Really let down by this venue, as a local leisure venue it feels awful to be completely robbed. We booked for bowling where it stated 3 games booked online was the best value. When we arrived they did unlimited bowling for £15 quid. For our party we would have saved around 20 quid. That is a round of drinks and then some. We asked if this could be changed and we were told there is nothing they can do and we should just bowl. So we lost out on £15 for not booking in store when the site says booking online for 3games is the best deal. I won't be going back if I can help it and I dont think others should either. Holly wood bowl offers the same for the same price, go to local mini golf places or try new axe throwing because feeling robbed is something I do not like at all

We love planet leisure for so many reasons, but closing at eight just because no one came in for the last 45 minutes is not ok. The advertised times used to be until 0100 daily. They have now changed to 2200 daily. The advertised times should actually mean something - even the corner-shop would do better than this!!

Me and my partner booked to do one of the activities but on arrival found that our time slot was filled with children around 5 years old. We went and spoke to staff and enquired about transferring our booking onto another activity. The staff were very helpful and understanding and quickly transferred the booking. We really appreciated this. This is the second time we have had to transfer as we had booked to roller skate and very quickly discovered this was impossible for my partner and quite dangerous for him as he previously has had multiple broken bones and an TBI and we would rather not make the risk they again transferred us to another activity which we enjoyed Thank you to the team at planet leisure!

First time visiting this place. Roller skating with my children had a full floor to ourselves which was good. Decided to play pool table but they wanted £10 deposit for cues!! Ended up using hands.was not impressed with food chips seem reheated all dried up and crinkly. Ok place but would not eat there again.

Great place for skating. Took little one roller skating so she could tey on an actual roller rink. Nice lockers tho a bit small. And not a bad price for skating as it included skate hire as well.

Haven’t been in years, but the food was excellent! Both food and drinks were a fair price, and the £10 for unlimited bowling on a Sunday night is a very good deal! Will definitely be returning :)

Fantastic party for our 10 year old girl and her 19 friends. Friendly staff, brilliant activities available - she chose laser quest - and a great package with the food. Would recommend highly.

Went here for a lazer tag session, the organisation from the staff seemed quite unorganised, however the kids enjoyed it. We then ate downstairs and the food was decent.
