Absolutely wonderful place with lots of great imagination and thought gone into the products. Despite the fact that not all the staff are very friendly which is a real shame as there are many tourists who may never have been to Scotland and it isn't a good impression on them and the locals who are the ones who do seem friendly i love the idea of having a kids area with things like dogs and butterflies however everything else is slightly pricey but the time and effort of production is probably why. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful jewellery let down by salesperson I’ve never had to write a review with such a low score before and it’s a huge shame because Heathergems sells beautiful, unique jewellery which I would have liked to buy. I visited their store in Pitlochry recently and encountered an incredibly rude sales person. After 20 minutes or so looking at the jewellery, I’d decided which pieces I wanted to buy. Then, without any prior warning, at exactly 4.59 pm I was told ‘We’re closed now’ and my husband and I were shown the door. Clearly Heathergems don’t want my custom or my money - very disappointing.

A good place to pop in and see a very interesting process. Having access to view the process would have been great but it was the local games day! Shop was full the the brim with gorgeous jewellery!

I had to source some earrings that where not on the website. Contacted the sales team got an amazingly quick response with the best solution. Great service and wonderful products. Thank you xxx

Excellent little Warehouse and factory Show you how it's all made. They have a video and you can watch the workers working the heather There is a big shop as well, I would say the prices are the same as most of the stores where they are sold. But the staff is really helpful and get you what you're looking for. Prices range from about £3 upwards and they have a huge variety here. I would definitely recommend checking out the process, it's interesting!

It’s truly amazing what can be done with plant branches, the jewellery is made from dyed and compressed heather branches that are polished and cut to shape, there’s a viewing window to the workshop so visitors can see the process as it happens. There’s a varied selection of jewellery available at the shop as well as occasional gifts. The staff are friendly and helpful and leave you to browse through the shop without pushing for a sale. Parking isn’t free though, so you will need change for the parking machine.

Love this place and the jewellery they make is so unique and special I've shopped around and can't beat the prices at the on site factory shop. Plus Pitlochry is a wonderful setting.

I love coming here. First time I was here was over. 15 years ago to get a broach for my Highland dance nationals outfit. Now when ever I have visitors from the States we stop here for them to see how they are made and then pick up gifts for their loved ones. It has always been a hit for people. Ladies in the shop are always lovely.

I was a bit cynical about whether the picture online would be a true representation of what the necklace would be like in reality - I was not disappointed, it really is beautiful and comes with a lovely little insert explaining the process of making the heathergem.
