We went here before heading to the NT site next door. The kids loved playing in the playground, watching the tractors, seeing the cows being milked (beware it does really smell in there!) and of course feeding the sheep and cows! It was a good morning and they had nice cake baked locally and nice coffee/tea. All in all it was nice to support a small local farm and give the kids a stretch of their legs. Finding the place - it isn't easy to locate off the road as you can easily miss the turning. There isn't a huge sign but if you see Home Farm turn there even if you think no that can't be it...because it is!!!

We came to the Farm last Friday and myself my husband and daughter were so impressed. Our daughter as autism and animals are like therapy for her so to be able to pet and feed the animals she was truly amazed and excited. I was happy to see all the animals especially the cows. The ladies in the cafe were helpful and pleasant also. I have recommended to friends with children and we will definitely be coming again .

Great place to visit with a family, my daughter loved it. Lots of space, a great play area and then a walk to the animals. Picnic lunch by the ride on tractors and a massive piece of homemade cake

Absolutely amazing place to visit. Staff are so lovely and friendly. The cafe on the farm is lovely. The best cake I’ve ever had. Very worth the money for as little as £5. 10/10 💕

An excellent outing for children. A good variety of animals (who all seem very tolerant of children!) and you can purchase a bag of food for them for only £1. There's also a good play area to tire the little ones out before heading home. We'll definitely be coming back!

We had a fabulous visit to Home Farm Attingham my daughter and her granddad enjoyed feeding all the animals especially the sheep 🐑 and 🐄 cows. Very well laid out and organised, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We also ate during our visit and have to say the food was lovely and fresh, plus the cake was delicious 😋..

A really good afternoon, great for all age nice and chilled lovely animals, a nice cafe. Pop on down and see for your selfs. Although we lost our daughters soft toy, which she has had since birth, see photos. So if anyone finds it let me know. Will pay a reward for safe return.

We had such a lovely time at the weekend when Home Farm hosted a 5th birthday party for our little boy. Nothing was too much trouble. Farmer Sam took us on a tour of the farm which was so interesting and kept the children engaged. A play in the play area followed by bottle feeding the goats which was a big hit and then on for some lovely party food, sandwiches snacks and rice crispy cakes. It was superb. Fully recommend for a visit and a child's birthday

Gorgeous National Trust property set in extensive grounds which has a river running through it and a Croquet lawn where you can have a practice! There's also a deer park but as it was a very hot day they must have been sheltering from the sun. The house includes an impressive art collection which has been collected by the family.

What a gem of a place just a short drive from Shrewsbury. Went on a Saturday morning and it was lovely and quiet, stayed a few hours and it didn't get overly busy. All the different animals you would expect to see at a farm, they love to come close to you to be fed. It's a working farm so had a really authentic feel to it. The park is a nice size for young children. The café was lovely, very reasonable prices and the homemade cakes were 👌 my only gripe would be that it wasn't very well signposted as to where it was from the main car park for attingham hall. Other than that a brilliant day out, will definitely be returning!

Love it here. Affordable. Plenty of space for the kids to run around. A variety of animals. Small but perfectly formed. Not too commercial. What you see is what you get, no pushing of merchandise, rides etc. Perfect for my toddler. Have been several times. Last time we went in the playground it could have done with some TLC but that may have been rectified now.

What a gorgeous place! The farmer and his wife are so friendly and welcoming. They were happy for us to eat our own picnic there. Don’t miss the homemade cakes though, very generous slices, delicious, and freshly baked ones coming out the oven smelling divine. The animals are very gentle and happy to be fed. Our children loved the barn with the mini tractors and cars to ride. Interesting displays showing the former milking barn, and historic farm buildings. A very sweet and enjoyable place to visit.

Lovely petting farm, perfect for a fun and affordable day out. The lady in the cafe was lovely, excellent selection of cakes. Bagged feed available to buy and feed the animals which were very friendly. My toddler loved the goats, calves and piglets. Rest rooms and washing facilities were spot on… I’m sure we’ll be back soon :)
