Top quality, friendly service, and would highly recommend. I took my watch in as the strap needed loosening. First time round, it was a little too loose, so they altered it again (twice, in fact) and only charged me once, despite a couple of month's delay in me taking it back after the first alteration. They also fixed the watch fastening for me free of charge, which had been done incorrectly by another jewellery mender a few years prior. Really chuffed to be able to wear my watch again. Thank you!

My mum had a 40th wedding anniversary clock repaired for her parents, my grandparents and the service was exemplary. The staff paid great care and attention to the clock that had great sentimental value. A fast and extremely efficient service. Amazing service. I bought the engagement ring her for my wife in 2015. We went back for our wedding bands too. Recently I needed some work doing on my wedding band as I had lost weight, this was done quickly. Although we don’t live in the area anymore I would only go here as there is that genuine feeling that you matter to them.

Took my husbands dads gold wedding ring and his mums gold bracelet to Dilpesh @ Esaky Jewellers and asked him if he could melt them down and make them into new wedding ring for my husband.. Dilpesh did just that and what a fantastic job he did in making the new ring!! It fit my husband perfectly and he was over the moon with it! This ring is so sentimental to him as both his mum & dad have passed away and he can now wear the ring with pride knowing his mum and dad will be with him every day! A very amiable service from a well established family business. A pleasure to be in the shop, as it is very decorative and classy. The jeweller made me very aware that he was interested in providing a good service to his clients and not just trying to make money - I can testify to the truth of that ethos at Eskay Jewellers. Spot on customer service, and found a unique way of re-styling the decoration on a sterling silver ring, which they also sized up. Five stars.

Took a ring and necklace in for cleaning...the procedure was explained and was given a quote. Collected the items that looked amazing, like new. Was told that actually it would have cost more to get them looking like new but wouldn't accept the extra it would have cost because he had quoted a set price...really impressed. I went in to have 2 new batteries and taking some links out, The owner was really helpful and honest. 1 watch didn’t need a battery but repair and gave real good advice on next steps and honest recommendations what to do. Within 40 mins my watch was done, thank you will definitely use them again!

The gentleman who dealt with me was extremely polite and very helpful. He correctly diagnosed the reason why my 20+ years old watch was not working and rectified the problem immediately. My watch is now working again! I will use Eskays again for any problem with this watch, which is of great sentimental value to me, being a present from my wife many years ago.

Excellent service, needed my wedding ring cutting off because of swelling after my second baby. The Jeweller was friendly, knowledgeable and gave aftercare advice. He was very careful and managed to remove my ring without causing any damage to the diamonds at the front of the ring. I will be returning in a few weeks to have my rings enlarged.

Dropped my engagement ring and wedding ring for a clean and polish to Eskay Jewellers today. I have never felt comfortable leaving my rings anywhere, but Eskay put me at ease and I felt reassured as I was getting the rings back on the same day. On both occasions I’ve visited Eskay Jewellers, I have had professional and friendly service.
