They are one of the best place but informations about looking after reptiles I've been going there for about a year when my ball python and they help me with a new vivarium and setup it all for me

Bought a juvenile Pastel Enchi Royal Python at the start of lock down so had lots of time to bond. He’s in a bioactive 4 ft enclosure and is 75.8 cm and a whopping 500 grams. Very helpful staff. Very well cared after and gave me great advice.

I purchased a leopard gecko from this shop and I was very impressed. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have alot of reptiles to choose from. I'll definitely be returning and I recommend visiting.

Various items available such as isopods to locusts. It's also various tanks for reptiles etc. They also sell fresh plants and much more. The shop itself was clean, tidy. As for the welfare of the animals the gentleman knew his information and each tank was kept clean, tidy. I highly recommend this shop.

Quite possibly the best reptile shop I've been to . In 20 years of keeping reptiles I've never been so impressed. Fantastic service, advice and a large selection of beautifully cared for animals and accessories all of which are very reasonably priced. Lovely staff 👌 👍 we will be back soon. 😀

This shop is definitely amongst the best I've been to. Everything is kept to a high standard, the staff are very passionate, knowledgable and they advise to the highest standard of care to make sure the animal you take can have the best possible life. The store itself is set out really well and very clean.

Lovely staff and very knowledgeable about the animals. Talked us through everything we needed to know and what we needed to buy. We brought a tortoise from them and all equipment. Will definitely go back and buy my supplies from them. A very clean shop with lots of choice and any small questions was answered and not made to feel like an idiot. They encouraged us to contact them in future with any questions or information and will be doing this if needed. Definitely recommend to anyone needing supplies for your reptile or to buy a reptile especially if its your first one as they made us feel very confident with our new tortoise.

From start to finish these guys have been absolutely amazing with my son our family - Our autistic 11 year old has wanted a snake for a long long time and after telling him he needs to learn and research what we need to know - we contacted this place and they said to bring him down so they can show him and speak to him - They were fantastic with both of us tbh - we asked a million questions and they weren’t fazed at all - They built our viv for us and we’re so great when we picked it up and got everything we needed Again when picking up buddy our new snake they were great again We couldn’t ask for more tbh very knowledgeable and friendly Thanks so much

I visited this shop to buy my first reptile, a crested gecko. The staff were brilliant. They were very friendly and helpful. It also supplies anything you'd need for your reptiles.

♿ user review There's a small ramp outside the front door- it's a tad steep so you might need a push. There's a small threshold that you need to bump your wheels over, but it's tiny. The shop is easy to move around, with plenty of space, which is really unusual for reptile shops. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would highly recommend for branches and cork wood. They had huge pieces that would be great much bigger vivariums than we have. They had everything you could want to start your journey as a reptile or exotic owner, including second hand vivariums.
