The lads were amazing. One of them stayed behind when the venue wouldn’t let us in. 4 little trikes added in at no extra price. Amazing, will definitely use again 😀

Be cautious with the bouncer. Minimal reason given for £40 ‘cleaning charge’. £40 charged for minimal water on bouncer (not foam, urine, gels or other). Bouncer was outside and a party for small kids. Not saying don’t use services, just be immensely careful.

I've used Posh Castles for the last 2 years for my son's birthday parties. The selection of bouncy castles and soft play is great and really easy to book. Darren calls to confirm all the details to make sure that you are happy with the booking. Darren and the team arrive when anticipated and the quality of the castles and soft play is superb. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend to friends and family!

We hired the disco dome, nerf gun shootout and the bowling for a party of 28 6/7 years olds. Its safe to say they ran absolute riot and loved it all. Setup and take down was so fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

It was really easy to find the perfect bouncy castle online. There is a great range of castles, its not difficult to find the right one for you! Booking was simple and straightforward and took no time. Darren was really friendly and informative, checking arrangements the day before. Delivery on time and castle quickly blown up and let down. Darren has been thoroughly professional even though we didn't get to use him in the end. We had initially booked a hall in Barkby and wanted to use Darren, but the owner of the Hall would not accept email copies of the insurance certificate from Darren and wanted me to post it to her. Darren, went out of his way to personally see the owner of the hall and talk them into accepting the insurance. A short while later I got a call from the lady to say that they could not accept it as she could not read it as it's PDF. The owner of the hall was way too particular about not using emails so in the end we decided not to go with the hall and had to re-plan the birthday for another date as other halls had gone and unfortunately due to the location it was outside Darren's catchment. I'd recommend Darren as he always returned texts/calls/Whatsapp messages. Thoroughly professional and knows his stuff as he's done a lot of events in the areas around Leics.

We have booked a bouncy castle with Darren on 3 occasions and have always found him to be really helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble and the equipment supplied was always in really good condition. Very happy to recommend!

We hire the castle with slide for a 4th birthday party and put it in the garden. Delivery and collection were on time. The children loved it.

We hired the princess party package for our childrens birthday party, really easy to order and had confimation emails sent. Friendly staff when phoned and a great service on the day of hire. The package was set up and packed away for us. They were very flexible with drop off and pick up times. We will definately use them again. Very good service.
