10/10 food was amazing, super clean restaurant, really nicely decorated and the staff were all really lovely. The wait for food was also really quick. Very very impressed. Definitely recommend.

We decided to give Rustic a try after work (about 6pm). The restaurant was't busy. For a 'rustic' restaurant there was little 'rustic' atmosphere. I would have defined rustic as natural and an 'element of the countryside'. Clearly a lot of time and money has been put into this new establishment but loud music and bright lights don't equate to rustic in my book. Nowhere in the advertising literature or social media site does it say this is a DRY restaurant. They do not sell beer or wine. While I respect the convictions of the owner I think it's only fair to declare this before customers take the time to choose and order their meal. That aside we ordered some soft drinks and another waitress came to take our food order. Several minutes after taking the order she returned to advise us there was nothing available on the main menu. Nothing at all! With the restaurant being less than 100 meters from three major supermarkets there is surely no excuse for running out of ingredients. So, in summary, no food and no drink. Completely bizarre! I understand this is the first week of opening and there will undoubtedly be teething problems, but come on, at least tell your customers when they walk in the door you have nothing to offer. I would usually encourage new business to town but in this case I cannot recommend.

Rustic is my favourite place to order from, the food always arrives piping hot and on-time. We ordered the first time a year ago as they were closing and they still accepted our order but forgot a salad, when we called up a staff member delivered it personally even though it was out of hours. Always seems to be plenty of food. We've eaten at the restaurant once and they don't serve alcohol however you can pay a set price to byo. We couldn't finish the large mix grill between 4 people but the staff very kindly offered to package it up for us to take home. The mocktails and milkshakes are amazing.

The employees were lovely and welcoming and the service was prompt. The food was BEAUTIFUL and we left STUFFED. I’d say these meals were fairly priced considering the quantity of food you get and it all tasted superb. We had the Chicken Casserole (which had a perfect kick to it) and the Halloumi and Vegetable Skewers (the combination of all the vegetables was astounding). To finish the evening, although we were already full, we didn’t believe it would be fair to leave without trying a dessert! We opted for the Blissful Brownie Pancakes, a perfect stack of 5 pancakes with strawberries and brownie pieces in EVERY layer. It was a perfect balance and combination of flavours in our opinion. We will Definitely return, thank you so much.

Rustic advertise as late night, outdoor and casual. That is absolutely accurate. They wont serve you until late night irrespective of what time your table is booked for, they will make you sit outdoors for an hour to wait for a pre-booked table and their attitude towards customers can be most kindly described as casual. In a group of 7, we waited for 2 hours for food that never came, whilst seated next to a table who because of their public standing were served immediately (with the staff even going to the off licence and buying drink for them). Two people in our party ordered t-bone, but they only had one left. It took them 45 minutes to work this out. The attitude towards us was embarrassing, with the owner laughing while we complained about not being fed. In short dont go there, they wont feed you, they wont care if they keep you waiting for hours and the interior is a disaster anyway (it looks like a school cafeteria). Oh and they wrongly gave us some bread and once some of it had been eaten they tried to take it off the table and give it to someone else. They couldn't run a bath.

If you have never eaten here, you should. Both our (rib-eye) steaks were cooked to perfection, and I mean perfection! Good portion size too. We had full waffles for deserts and they, too, are gorgeous. Friendly, polite service and overall it was a fantastic evening out. Will definitely be returning...Amazing!

Have visited Rustic quite a few times now and it never fails to impress me. The staff are absolutely amazing and attentive. It is a very spacious restaurant and there is so much variety to indulge in. I loved the chicken shisha! Decent portion sizes in every single dish. Whenever I am in Spalding, Rustic is my go to place.

for valentines day we reserved a table. The food was amazing.the workers kept asking if we wanted anything else to order and we left the table because we didnt have time to finish our desert and when we left we felt uncoumftable eating.alsi some dishes are expensive. We wanted to spend our night nicely If we wouldve known this was going to happen then we would off went to another restaurant because we felt really uncoumftable and it wasnt very nice

I absolutely love Rustic and have been many times. The food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is really lively and fun, and the selection of mocktails is amazing. The waffles are to die for, they're an absolute must have! The staff are also fantastic, I haven't been for a few months but Lia and Joey have always looked after us wonderfully, not sure if the staff have changed since. Everyone is super friendly, and can't do enough to make our visit enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing meal! We wanted to try something new, and now we can't wait to go back and try some more items off the menu. The waffles and desserts were the highlight of the evening. I would recommend it, great meal, great staff, very clean restaurant, and everyone is really helpful.

I had a mixed grill and I must say it was a small portion not enough meats 2 tiny burgers the size of 50pence coins accompanied by 2 lots of rice no chips or salad, the starter was over priced nearly £7 for 3 small shrimps the menu should say the quantity, I asked for a coke to drink but it tasted like cheap unbranded coke and was flat, the prices on the menu are for fine dining but they are far from that, the staff needs training, we booked a table beforehand over the phone and didn’t get seated at our booked time it took them nearly 30 minutes to get us a table, very disorganised, the shisha was good at a decent price but the attendant was not taking care of the clients and the pipes.

Had my first order tonight based on a recommendation and it won’t be my last. Now I love a takeaway, but this is not “fast food”, this is restaurant quality food. Delivered. Chicken wings are three times the size you get anywhere else, salad was fresh and I am told the steak was good, it was certainly too good for my missus to let me try it. And my cheeseburger!! Wow. Fair price for delicious, well presented, hot food.

Had a quiet Thursday evening meal, for no fault of your own, but would be nice to have come on a day with more atmosphere, it was nice to have the back area to ourselves. You nicely accommodated to my request of more comfortable seating as I’m pregnant so thank you for that. The food was lovely, can’t fault a basket of fresh bread with hummus! However, the only fault that I have with the experience was how quickly you sent out our mains, especially when we hadn’t even finished our starters yet, it did feel like we were being rushed and therefore couldn’t enjoy our experience as much as we’d hope to but nonetheless the rest of the experience was lovely and the staff were great as well. Especially our sever, whose name I didn’t catch but also the lady who sat us down and took our payment - Hayley. Thank you guys, definitely need to come back to try the deserts and shisha next time!

On arrival we requested glasses for our wine, staff gave us pint glasses, the restaurant was cold and a strong smell of drains was apparent Ladies toilet had no running water from the taps and water in the light above door. Overall very poor service with a long delay and language barrier Would definitely not recommend or eat there again 🤔

Absolutely loved my food and dessert from here, the salmon was cooked to perfection, full of flavour. The potatoes was cooked all the way through, buttery, fluffy and soft. All food came piping hot, fresh and cooked delicately and delicious. For dessert I opted for chocolate fondue with strawberries, again absolutely spot on.

Beautiful Steak. Amazing deserts. The surf and turf option on the steak however costs an extra £7.50 for an extra 3 prawns. Other than that, one of the most amazing food experiences.

Thank you to the Amazing staff for your efficiency. Great Service and Fabulous Food. I held a Surprise 60th for my partner. There were 18 of us and the evening went great from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for the Staff. It's the 4th time I've been there and I wouldn't hesitate to go again. The prices are very reasonable. Everything about Rustics is appealing. The Food is presented in such a lovely way. Service top class Thank you once again.

Came here tonight with my partner as the reviews read well. I have no idea how the other people rated this establishment so highly. We can easily say we won't be coming here again. And probably not the Spalding area in general. The only good thing about this place was the service. The drinks and food are overpriced for what you receive. Super low quality food and the fact this place is called Rustic is a joke. Rusty would have been more fitting as the building itself was really run down like the rest of the area. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. Especially my dog.

The chicken was truly raw, we had our main dishes brought to us with no cutlery so we waited a little and then had to go ask. The staff were constantly coming one after another. We asked for some sort of sauces and they brought us the most smallest pots of ketchup and mayo and charged us 50p each for them😂

First visit to this Restaurant and I will definitely be a regular customer now! I was put off first of all by the fact that they dont have a liquor license and you have to take your own drink, but actually taking your own works out so much cheaper! The food is absolutely delicious, huge choice and very reasonably priced. Service was great, lovely polite and friendly ladies.

Just had the most amazing meal at Rustic, would certainly recommend. For a newly established restaurant everything ran so smoothly and without fault. Can not wait for them to start their takeaway menu!

Really great place, specially the shisha lounge, great food, good atmosphere .In order to get the 'rustic' experience, I suggest everyone to go at the back where the shisha lounge is.

Been there a few times and had take away recently. Love it love it love it!!! Very big portions! And waffles are to die for!

The food was amazing, no fault what so ever as it tasted really good! The half of chicken though for Piri Piri chicken was quite poor and I would could get more chicken off 1 chicken breast from Aldi, so I dont think that was worth as much as it said on the Menu. I wouldent say it had a Rustic feel to the restaurant as it was quite loud with 2 different types of music playing at once. I could hardly enjoy my meal due to all the noise from the outside of the restaurant out back. The staff were very friendly and polite! But they need to learn to balance there work life from social life as on many occasions I watched staff sit down at tables with there friends for abit of chit chat, while I waited for someone to take away out plates as it took 3 staff to walk past looking at an empty plate before it was taken away. They should of kept the party at the back seperate from the restaurant as it was quite hard to concentrate and speak to my partner due to teens going back and forth, back and forth from the back. Overall I dont think I will visit this restaurant again asit felt anything but rustic and I was quite disappointed to be honest. You should maybe look at changing the name.

Very nice food little expensive but ok if the foods nice. Strawberry milkshake too strong too much strawberry flavour. And only other complaint was the strawberries on the dessert said they was chocolate dipped strawberries but thay was just sliced strawberries with chocolate sauce on them just not what it says on the menu.

We were lucky as managed food but became awkward after there was a kitchen malfunction. But food was AMAZING. Shame atmosphere was so stressed but sure once fixed it would be perfect.

Amazing Fresh (Actual fresh meat) Food- Main and Desserts. The Ambiance was truly rustic. Very friendly Staff with good service. The food is worth the money especially for Spalding. You eat there once and you would definitely want to eat there again and again. The food flavour may be a bit on the bland side for a few people but that’s exactly how it should taste for Turkish food. It’s an acquired Taste for people who have never eaten Turkish food. The meat is cooked perfectly with juice is sealed perfectly inside( it’s not dry). I have eaten 2times previously from this restaurant and today I went in person with my friends. All 3 times the food was perfect. The dessert alone requires a special note it’s freshly prepared and believe me it was phenomenal- We didn’t even talk when we were eating. Truly it’s a good place to check out.

Visited rustic this evening and had a fantastic meal with a great atmosphere. Staff very friendly and the food was the nicest we have had since moving to Spalding 7 years ago! Definitely recommend anyone to visit. We will definitely be back soon!

We enjoyed the food. Something a bit different in Spalding. Staff were friendly but as it was busy, service was slow. We didn’t know they didn’t serve alcohol so we take our own next time. It looked lovely out the back with the lights & heaters but we were in the front window in a draft from the back door being open so we were cold. We’d definitely go back but probably dress warmer or go on a nice Sunny evening & take our drinks! Gorgeous puddings & good value for money
