Was in awe of the shop and their staff. When I first went in they welcomed me, asked what I wanted to try on, helped me decide what dresses I suited and measured me properly when I had chosen the perfect dress. I was crying with happiness and excitement when i picked up my dress today. Couldn’t of asked for a dress more perfect. Thankyou so much for making my prom. xxxx

Absolutely over the moon we were when we had the pleasure of visiting your shop and you played a very big part in helping my daughter choose her wedding dress. Kate you were fantastic and also very patient as you can probably remember she was very unsure what she wanted and your knowledge and understanding of all your gowns and of her after all the time you spent with her meant she found the most amazing dress and she looked beautiful. 5 star, they let my daughter try on every dress on earth which was boring as hell for me but she found the one she wanted and she looks class. Price was bang on, much better than i expected, sorted her some free costume jewellery too. Lovely staff who are very helpful, highly recommend.

After having a major crisis with having a bespoke dress made for my daughters wedding that didn’t turn out well at all I was left with a week and a half to go and nothing to wear at all…. Other prom shops I’d gone too had nothing to offer for larger ladies at all and I was literally pushed to the limits for having a breakdown. I arranged an appointment with the girls and luckily only had to wait a day for it. The girls were amazing so attentive and did all they possibly could do to help me in my situation immediately pulled a gorgeous dress for me that fit perfect and exactley the style I was looking for .. I will highly recommend for choice sizes and affordability thanks for saving the day girls and thanks again xx

I 100% recommend this shop for prom dresses, the ladies are lovely my daughter went in knowing what she wanted but was quickly changed by advice given. She had gone through so much and needed a dress she felt confident and comfortable in and we definitely got that. They tried alsorts of styles and colours on her until she found one she loved a complete change of style and colour. They didn't rush us they took their time. Can't wait to see her in her dress in June

Had our appointment last night for our daughters prom dress. They really couldn't have been more attentive and thoughtful. Really put our daughter at ease listened to what she wanted, nothing was too much trouble. After about 15 dresses, and lots of communication as to what she liked, disliked, she found her perfect dress!

I’m using my husbands account to write this review but I cannot praise cinders enough. I took our granddaughter to cinders for her prom dress Kate was absolutely amazing and very patient Catherine had a rough idea what she wanted but Kate tried loads of different styles and colours of dresses on her till she found the one she liked. I would highly recommend this little shop Catherine loved the fact she was the only one in the shop and no pressure put on her we picked her dress up last night and we are all very happy with it .Thank you Kate .

I’ve had the delight of working along side Kate now on more than one occasion, on a design shoot and a wedding showcase and Kate is an absolute pleasure to be around, always ready to lend a hand. Kate supplied the wedding gowns for both the shoot and showcase and both times they were absolutely on point and looked absolutely gorgeous!

Some beautiful dresses, very attentive staff, not cheap but good quality.

This was the best and most comfortable experience I've had whilst trying wedding dresses on. Kate is very friendly, polite and really put me at ease after previous bad experiences in bridal boutiques. Cinders stock the biggest curvy range I've ever seen and I was ecstatic to find 'the one' in the store. Thank you Kate for a great shopping experience ❤️
