Today I visited your store with a query on my sons nitendo switch which had been damaged but was insured with your care plan but unfortunately didn't have my receipt for my console but details of my care plan, I spoke to a young lad which unfortunately didn't get his name who went out of his way to try & help & give me advice on what to do next. He was really helpful & had great customer service skill & couldn't of done any more to help me.

Had to return my broken pressure washer but unfortunately all I had was my bank statement as proof of purchase. The sales assistant Michelle was amazing and spent ages surching for my receipt. She didn't give up and eventually found the receipt and changed my pressure washer. Ab if thanks Michelle. Great customer service.

I had a mini fridge to click and collect yesterday. When it was brought out at first I was told I'd have to put it into a trolley. I asked if they had a proper large package/ box 2 wheeled carrier as it would be impossible for me to lift it out of the deep shopping trolley. They didn't. I said I'd not be able to take it at that time ( 71 year old female) The staff were marvellous and asked a young man ( a member of staff) if he could help me. He then picked it up and carried it all the way to my car. He refused a £5 tip. May I commend him and the other members of staff for going beyond what was expected. Thankyou

Argos saved Christmas. Managed to click and collect the most important gift on the Xmas list!!!! Could have cuddled the lad who served me!! Only covid stopped me!!! Lovely service often use this branch as it's in my local Sainsburys. Always top notch!

Not best pleased how they handled my case for a refund on a FAULTY mobile phone but eventually sorted after I unnecessarily had to explain legal jargons

The incompetence of some of the staff is breathtaking. The same woman with the grey hair and glasses has misplaced my click and collect orders now twice. Avoid if she is on shift.

Just bought a toaster and after waiting ages to collect it, I got home only to find loads of dents in the steel. It was obviously a returned item and the just rewrapped it and sold it on. Fuming I am!!!

The staff here were very helpful ..sorted a returned item for us which was no bother for them .When bought another bed they even helped us to the car with it ..very helpful and friendly staff

its argos you have to wait several minutes, everyone cant be served all at the same time. the staff are doing a good job. if there was a magic wand service that would be even better. but hey you would have to be a harry pot head. for that to happen. hail argos. you are the greatest.

It's a large argos but it's usually a fast an pain free visit ,the friendly staff try there best to make collecting your order as smooth as possible ,they usually have good offers in store where you que to pay.

Another disappointment, as my item not in stock again, this happens frequently with argos, sometimes even when checking online beforehand.

Usual Argos setup sometimes have a bit of a wait.

Not happy! Went in to buy some jewellery. Enquired about one price, got the answer I needed but then an angry customer asked to speak to the manager as his card had been taken off him. The sales person went to get the manager but was gone over 10 minutes. I wanted to buy something! I then went over to the normal queue and that was moving very slow too. The queue was not that big. There were no apologies made to any customers that had been kept waiting and all staff looked very unhappy like they didn't want to be at work. I left without buying and I had been waiting quite some time. The angry customer was still there when I left so by the looks of it, there was no communication to keep that customer happy. I'll not go there again.
