Without a doubt the best fish shop I have ever been in. Top quality products and good prices too. Really friendly staff who care about what they sell and has gone over and above in advice and after care. Will do anything to help which is a real plus in marine keeping. Superb livestock available every visit.

Great shop marcus is a great guy very helpfull

Marcus cannot do enough for you. Bought 2nd hand aquarium and filter. Gave me all the relevant information about what I needed to do. Well worth travelling to them as you won't be disappointed. Will certainly be returning for any other plants and tanks. Definitely 5 star.

Fantastic shop. Marcus is super helpful and always friendly, he gets to know you and your tank so your always given honest personalised advice so that you make the right choice. Noting is ever too much trouble.

Started a reef tank from zero base back in June, with lots of help from Marcus. Couldn't have wished for better support right from the beginning, with all aspects of installation, preparation, stocking and maintenance. His advice has been invaluable, particularly in respect of the correct selection of corals & fish varieties, and, he always keeps an eye on the costs, which can accrue quite quickly. Only one problem; makes you want to go back for more!

Lovely little shop. Nice and clean with a very friendly owner. The owner is very knowledgeable about keeping marine tanks. The only down side to this shop is its size, it is small in comparison to other stores and therefore does not have the same selection. However it is worth a visit

Marcus is brill an honest very knowledgable person. Unlike many other shops tanked up marines is more than a business, marcus will give advice and will even advise against buying certain things from his shop due to ot not being suitable for your tank. If you want a shop that is not sales driven but customer focused go introduce yourself to marcus.

Very professional couple. My son loves coming to there business. They actually spend time with there customers explain in detail about the fishes or product you need. Highly recommended.

Finally a shop that puts its customers above its profits. I have been buying all my marine supplies off Marcus and Chris for a couple of years now. They are the most honest and loyal business owners that you will ever spend you money with. If it’s something that’s not right for you they will not sell you it. I travel 28 miles there every week and am always greeted with a friendly smile and a how are you. The shop it’s self has a fantastic selection of equipment and livestock with everything from your entry level fish to your high end showpieces. And not only that but you even get good old fashioned honest help and advise, even when the shop is closed Marcus is only ever a message away and will do his very best to keep your aquariums thriving and successful

More focused on marine fish, live marine plants, and food no good if your looking for decorating pieces as there's not much to choose from but they do have amazing fish if you have a marine tank x

This is the place to be. Been coming here for years now. Marcus (owner) is amazing and a delight. His level of knowledge and skill is extensive and on a level not known to man. Brilliant, fresh and vibrant stock. This is the place to go. A wonderful day out as well. Cannot recommend this place enough. From livestock to equipment, the prices are so much better than ANYWHERE else and the quality is at its highest. This store has brightended my life and the society around us. I believe this is the UK's leading store! Don't go anywhere else. Go to Tanked Up Marines!!!

Lovely helpful staff who is knowledgeable and gives honest advice. Lots of choice and reasonably priced. Parking was a little problematic as its on street and extremely busy when I went. Bought some tropical fish, setup and came away with some useful information on their upkeep. Would highly recommend 👌

The shop owner is nice and police, very welcoming but the prices are way off. Very expensive compared to other local shops. £10 for blue legged hermits, these are normally £3.50. £35 for clownfish, other shops have them for £20. £30 for blood shrimp, other shops £24 at most... They used to be reasonably priced with nice beginner corals but they have done in a new direction of expensive and overpriced nonsense. It's a shame.

Been coming to this shop with my little boy for a long time now. He loves to play on the pirate ship (great idea to have in the shop!) whilst I look around. Amazing customer service, really above and beyond. Have only been keeping fish for a couple of years, but thanks to the advice and tips from Tanked up marines I now have the confidence to enjoy my hobby. Anyone thinking of taking up fish keeping needs to shop here, you won’t get ripped off, and you will learn a lot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Brilliant shop

We visited Tanked Up as we wanted a basic set up as a birthday present for our 5 year old and we couldn't ask for a better service. The owner is a true enthusiast. He spent ages explaining different options having the animal welfare in mind and not the sale. The shop itself is just stunning. Glad we have such a great local business just round the corner and we will be coming back.
