After seeing good reviews on this dentist I thought I would register. I unfortunately regret registering. The dentist I had was very abrupt with me and my children. I felt very uncomfortable and so did my children. I was asked if I was a smoker (which I’m not) however the dentist continued to tell me I was because my teeth wouldn’t look the way I did if I didn’t smoke. He told me I was a smoker when I am not. As you can imagine this made me feel angry. I will not be returning.

BDC has been my place to go for the past 12 years. I have always received the most excellent treatment. Aadilla and Ash are professional and caring at all times. I have undergone dental work including implants and recently a little Botox which I am very happy with. From the moment you enter BDC you will be made to feel welcome by the lovely Practice Manager Becky and her team, they are knowledgeable on all procedures, and create a lovely friendly atmosphere at all times.

I would definitely recommend this practice. The staff here are all friendly and polite. I am so grateful, I cracked my tooth, and they managed to give me an emergency appointment and fix the tooth the same day. Hence to say, this is not the first time. I am so pleased with the high standards and quality of care and assurance I have always received. Thank you.

I would highly recommend this practice. I am absolutely terrified of visiting dentists and avoid it at all costs. I have just had my first appointment at this practice and everyone was so understanding and patient. After just one visit my anxiety has lessened and i feel able to move forward with making future appointments. Thank you to all at this practice.

I had a dental operation followed by implant surgery, performed by Ashruf Peer. I cannot fault the care and service I’ve received from Ash and the team. Ash operated with great skill and attention to detail and I felt completely safe in the hands of all the team. They are always so welcoming and friendly.

As a very nervous patient ive always been very reassured by all the staff here, they put me at ease and are always very friendly, professional and supportive, I wouldn't go anywhere else have been with them for 15 years. If you're a nervous patient I cannot recommend them highly enough. New covid procedures are excellent helping to keep everyone safe.

Very outdated and messy, not a nice place to go and have work done on your teeth! I would avoid this place, the staff are rude and the dentist called ash is a knob! Stay away and save your money! this dental practice are money grabbing scum

Had my annual check up on Monday with the new requirements for virus protection all went well and felt completely safe

Just returned from my visit to this practice and what a positive experience overall! Dr Ash is a hilarious, eccentric character with all the top of the range equipment at hand. He made me feel at ease throughout. All other staff members were happy, polite and welcoming. Thankyou so much :)

I would highly recommend this practice. Staff are brilliant and really friendly! Needed a filling and Ash was fantastic! The practice manager was superb ans kept me at ease the whole time! Think she deserves a pay rise!

Judging by the negative reviews buried under the fake positive ones, I can see that I wasn't the only one with an unpleasant experience. Ash was condescending, sounded like he was guessing what my problem was, argued about the facts I was telling him and told me I was "sceptical" when I was asking questions. When I called back after my 1st session to clarify some points, he started with "I thought everything was clear?". All that when I was paying for a Private treatment.

Ash and his support team have carried out extensive work on my teeth. Totally professionally, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Extremely impressed with the prompt treatment that I required after suffering an accident the night before which left me with a swollen bottom lip and a chipped front tooth. I gave the practice a call first thing in the morning for an emergency appointment and I was able to be seen on the day, within a couple of hours. I had never been to this practice before, but I’m so glad that I found them while scrolling on Google for local dental practices in Bicester. I cannot thank Aadila enough for her hard work on restoring my front, chipped tooth for me. The whole procedure took just over an hour and it was worth every penny. I will definitely be back and I cannot recommend this practice enough. I am so pleased with the treatment I received and I can finally smile again! Thank you so much to Aadila and the team, you are truly incredible!

I have always been a very nervous patient when visiting the dentist. So much so that I'd only ever go when I had a problem. When I first visited Ash's clinic I needed a tooth removed. I chose to have an implant. Ash was very good at calming me, talking me through each procedure. I cannot understand any of the negative reviews on here as I've only ever received excellent service right from the reception staff & Ash. Highly recommended. 😁

Over the past 2 years I have had a lot of work done on my teeth @ Bicester Dental Care from a simple filling to a tooth implant. Every time I have visited the practise the girls downstairs have been professional and welcoming. The work carried out by Ash has always been to a high standard and he has always made me feel comfortable and confident and I have been very happy with the end result. Well done everybody

I’ve been a patient for a number of years & having moved to Cornwall earlier in the year, I always knew that I had no intention of changing my dentist. When you find a good one, hang onto them!! I cannot rate the practice more highly. The care I have received from Ash & his team is second to none. I have had two implants & a few fillings over time; on each occasion I have been very well cared for. I was there this week for a check-up & hygienist and their precautions against Covid-19 made me feel very safe. From the girls on reception, right to the top, they are a great team. Keep doing what you do guys & thank you!

Aadila is lovely so if you are going I would definitely have her as your dentist! Ash on the other hand is very rude and unwelcoming. Ash is all about the money. If you don’t need much work doing he will push you to the side because it’s not worth his time.

Staff were all highly professional, friendly and Ash himself is so pleasant and takes great care to put you at ease. I have always dreaded going to the dentist but dread it so much less now I have found this practice!

There is a person who is pretending to be me and has put a bad review on the website with 1 star this it is incorrect it is not me - THIS IS ME Debbie Hudson- myself and my other half think this dentist is brilliant- the staff are all very helpful and very understanding I wouldn't change my dentist for any other dentist in Bicester!!

With regards to my previous review I have actually changed my opinion on Bicester Dental Care. I have heard really bad reviews on this dentist from patients who attend this practice and I am very shocked in how they treat patients.

Review on behalf of my partner Had a check up few weeks ago. I was in the room down stairs. All I could hear was girls in the reception laughing and shouting which I didn’t find professional as I could hardly hear what the dentist was trying to tell me. The dentist wasn’t very polite towards me either. Very out dated interior inside which is a shame as the front is modern looking.

I have been a patient with Bicester Dental Care for a number of years and always look forward to my appointments (yes, look forward!) as i know my procedures will always be comfortable and painfree! The staff are second to none with their friendly smiling faces and they also share a joke or two😉 whilst remaining professional. The practice is run by Adilla and Asraf an excellent husband and wife team, they explain clearly all procedures that are being carried out and talk thru any proposed dental plans in a confident and professional manner. i feel happy to know my teeth will be well looked after in my lifetime.

The staff are always great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist(Ash) was very nice and informative. Ash is very good with making a patient feel comfortable. He provided excellent dental work for me! My case was quite complicated but on every visit he fully explained the procedure for that day. No rush. Ash is an excellent dental surgeon and I highly recommend Biscester Dental.

Visiting the dentist is always a daunting prospect but in Bicester Dental Care I have always felt that I am in safe hands. Ash has always provided a clear and concise treatment plan and carried out all treatments efficiently without any cause to complain. I have had a crown fitted which was done to perfection, the workmanship was nothing short of exquisite. I would highly recommend Bicester Dental Care. Ash is the most professional and experienced dentist I have come across whose medical advice I value and trust highly.

I have been treated by both Ash and his wife and have built up a great deal of trust and respect with them and the work they do. Sometimes anaesthetic doesn't work very well on me and they have done an amazing job at delivering treatment without pain and being sensitive to my needs during times of additional stress. The additional measures put in place as a result of Covid have provide as much reassurance as possible during these difficult times and I have appreciated them continue to practice.

Out of hours emergency this evening. After the second call of the day 111 provided this number for a lady I am supporting at the current time just before 5pm New Year’s Eve. Thankfully Dr Peer answered the phone. He very kindly triaged and arranged a prescription-which still meant contact at 7pm due to complications. Finally concluded with antibiotics & a very relieved, grateful client. I cannot thank you enough for the service provided- above & beyond your duty. Best wishes to you & thank you so much 🙏🏻

One of the best Dentist around, I have been going to this surgery for over 16 years and has alway felt confident. Ash and Aadila are very gentle and helpful to make your visit a good one. The Dental Nurses are alway friendly and happy to help. Therefore I highly recommend this surgery!

My partner Susan visited the Bicester Dental Care & Implant Centre after struggling to get a satisfactory diagnosis for her painful and agonizing mouth and throat . The Bicester Dental Care & Implant Centre were fantastic in getting Burning Mouth Syndrome diagnosed and all other worries we had were put to rest . Dr Ashruf Peer was brilliant and worked long and late. He administered and completed laser treatments regularly until her treatment was complete and helped to reassure her at all times .

Staff are all amazing, always bending over backwards to help fit me in for an appointment.

Makes me laugh! They have to beg people on their facebook page to get good reviews. If you post a good review, you will get a goodybag wowee everyone. a DISGRACE

Great customer service and friendly team. The measures taken to be COVID safe are impeccable. Would highly recommend for Invisalign.
