We had some of the most stunning food on our recent visit to Cotswold. With us being vegans and parents being pretty set in their ways of Indian food, we weren't too sure what food we could possibly get in country side. V-Giyan went out of their way to accommodate us at a short notice and the food was outstanding to say the least. We are pretty much sorted food wise next time we are in Oxfordshire for sure. Can't recommend them enough.

So full of flavour, an amazing variety of dishes and easy to just heat up when you're ready to eat. We had the Diwali-meal-box this evening and it was perfect for the six of us! Thank you V-Giyan!

We tried several dishes for our first order and can't wait to try everything else. The high quality of the ingredients was obvious, and everything was perfectly seasoned. It felt like a great treat, but also much healthier than a typical takeaway option. Our 1-year-old son loves the Saag Aloo! I was also impressed by the well-designed website, friendly delivery and superb, planet-friendly packaging.

We have ordered from V-Giyan 3 or 4 times now over the past year and every single time it has been an absolute delight. The food tastes incredible, our particular highlights are the "Super Greens" organic Saag Aloo, the Yellow Lentil Daal, the Punjabi Khadi Curry and the Punjabi Bahjis. Everything tastes so fresh, you can tell it has been made with real care, and the portions are huge. We inevitably end up with enough food to last us for 2 days. All the packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable, no plastic in sight! The V-Giyan team are super responsive and accommodating to any requests too. We absolutely love the food, the people and the ethos that clearly runs through everything they do. We can't wait to try more items from the ever-expanding menu! We will definitely be ordering again in the near future!

This is the first place serving Indian cuisine in and around Bicester that is worthy of a 5 star review in my opinion. Amazingly fresh food with so many lovely flavours. Deceivingly large portions and a nice and easy website to order from. So happy I gave something new a try!

Stunning food! Tried it for the first time tonight and this will definitely be a regular buy. Beautifully constructed dishes with very different flavour profiles, the freshness of the ingredients is obvious, it’s amazing food that happens to be plant based. All the packaging is 100% biodegradable too, nothing not love about this! Healthy, tasty, great for you and the planet!

V-GIYAN is amazing! We love the food every time we order from them and I especially love that they list all the ingredients + give context to each dish on their website (why don't others do this?). Their newsletter is great, it has insights about Indian culture and the team behind the scenes and I actually look forward to reading it (they also offer discounts - sign up if you haven't already!). They've told us that they're taking a break, but I'm leaving this review as a little reminder that they will be missed. 😊

Too busy dishing up all the food we ordered to take proper photos! I've never been a fan of Indian food unless it's home cooked, and ordered V-Giyan after many many brilliant reviews from friends. All the food was incredible, delicious and worth the price. For four of us, we got a good selection of curries so we could try a few different dishes each. We all had seconds and there were leftovers the next day for two more.💚 I'm not good with spice and found several menu items to be perfect for me. It was delivered in perfect condition.

Finally a healthy food delivery service which doesn't compromise on taste! No additives or preservatives which is fantastic and rare to find. Just received my first order and have tried each dish. Am so excited about my dinners this week. Possibly better than my own mums cooking! Thank you V-Giyan for providing this service! Lifetime customer for sure here!

The quality, variety, and flavour of their vegan food dishes were exceptional! The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for our wedding anniversary. We highly recommend them if you want great tasting Indian cuisine with exceptional service.

We recently ordered food from V-Giyan for a business lunch at our office near Woodstock. Bal was really helpful when I rang to enquire if the food could be delivered hot and ready to eat as we didn’t have the facilities to do this on site. The food was delicious and our meeting attendees really enjoyed their lunch. It was great to be able to offer something more exciting than the usual boring sandwiches and crisps. The order was delivered ready to eat and on time. We will definitely order again.

This is the second time we have ordered from V-giyan, and both times the food has been amazing. Here's what Dylan, aged 5 has to say, in his own words: ---- "I just ate a load of Indian food and my mummy put it on a spoon for me to try and she put it on my plate for dinner and I really liked it. My favourite food was the green dhal [dhal makhani] and the potato green curry [saag aloo] and the yellow curry [kadhi curry] and what we had with them was spring rolls and naan bread. I would give the food 5 out of 5 stars. Compliments to the chef!" --- As for the rest of us, it was clean plates all round, with plenty of leftovers for the next day. Everything about the service is great, and we intend to order very regularly! Such a wide range of flavours and spice levels, and the aloo gobi is the best cauliflower dish I have ever tasted. Everything is so fresh, and the quality of the ingredients and attention to detail speaks for itself. The food also feels really healthy and not at all greasy or oily, as a lot of Indian food can be from a typical takeaway. Great to finally have somewhere that delivers vegan food to us! Thank you!

Oh, my, goodness! We ordered the Planet Happy Meal, and extra spring rolls. Everything was delicious; fresh tasting, amazingly spiced/seasoned, beautifully packaged and wonderfully easy to get ready. This will absolutely be a regular for us now, and we can't wait to try everything else on the menu! Please put together a 'Chef's Choice' box so we don't have to make the hard decision of what to order! Thank you so much - and I'd also like to say how lovely the delivery driver was, too. The whole experience has been second to none!

We recently ordered takeaway from this place. Pros: Decent sized portions, Mirchi-Chicken (vegan version) was yummy and food packaging is 100% recyclable. Cons: Two starters, out of three were bit too salty. Our order was delivered 90 min later than it was due, we had to remind them with a call. Overall, I won't be ordering from here anytime soon.

Everything arrived beautifully packaged and most importantly it's all environmentally friendly. Our meal was delicious: good quality, healthy and tasty. My non-vegan boyfriend also enjoyed. Good value for what you get - would recommend!

Amazing food. Great portion sizes. We ordered the Happy Meal with 3 extra curries for 3 people and we had more than enough. The packaging was brilliant, love the eco credentials. They've been washed and reused for the kids paints! Food was delicious, not greasy and really flavourful. Will definitely order again. No complaints at all even from the meat eaters!

Just had our first meal from V-Giyan. My wife ordered the Planet Happy Meal, which gave us a selection of different curries and sides. Absolutely fantastic quality food - a real variety of different flavours and textures. Unlike some takeaway meals, we didn't feel bloated afterward and the food was not at all greasy (as some Indian takeaways can be). Huge portion sizes at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend and we will be repeating the experience again soon!

Absolutely delicious, we tried a bit of everything, it all tasted divine. Having lived in India for a year, I must say that it was as authentic as possible, with the plus of being vegan (no ghee was used). It was pretty easy to order on their website and it was delivered very quickly. We really liked the sustainable packaging. We'd definitely go back for more. Highly recommended! p.s. we added a dash of OGGLIO olive oil for extra deliciousness.

We have ordered from here once a week for 3 weeks in a row now and it’s safe to say we have loved everything! From easy online ordering, deliveries arriving on time, sustainable packaging and food that tastes so good it’s got me writing a review and I've become a weekly customer. I believed I have now tried every dish apart from a tofu dish and I’ve been happy with everything, some of the most amazing flavours I’ve had and when we’re all done we still feel good.
