Everything was explained to me and my guests and we were not rushed into choosing our images or extras afterwards. We have now had 3 scans with Window to the Womb, all have been amazing! All the staff have been so helpful and the sonographers have been so thorough at every scan including finding out our gender. I can wait to come back for a 4D scan and would recommend to all friends & family.

Such great service! We used Window to the Women with our first born, we had such a great experience we’ve subsequently gone back with our second. You are always greeted with a friendly smile at reception and the sonographers are through and very informative. We have been for various scans and always feel reassured!

First time parents ,been to this branch in Leicester twice now once for an early well-being scan and for our gender reveal. Their so lovely welcoming really professional Just an all round great experience and I wouldn’t use anywhere els . Staff are all lovely and very helpful I would 100% recommend using this establishment they’re great at their jobs and can tell they enjoy it from the happy calm atmosphere.

I would strongly urge every pregnant woman to have at least one private scan during your pregnancy, and to come here if you’re able to! I have been here twice and both times had an amazing experience, you feel listened to and heard. Such a professional and welcoming place. Our first visit at Window to the Womb for a 4D scan. Everyone was so lovely and made our visit incredibly special. We were talked though every step of the scan and saw our beautiful baby boy. We had a chance to ask questions and nothing was too much for the sonographer. We then had time to sit and choose photos and didn’t feel rushed to pick. The 4D premium package was perfect for us and now the countdown is on until we see his face in person. We can’t thank the staff enough for our visit and we will be recommending you to anyone we know that is expecting now/in the future. 💙

Attended the clinic for a 6 week scan and attended again for a 4d scan at 32 weeks. Both times the staff have been lovely and very welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting extra scans.

Had a great experience with my friend at Window to the Womb Leicester. The staff ensured we were cared for and listened to every concern doing everything possible. We had a very thorough scan by the sonographer who was very friendly and patient with us! Worth every penny!!

Such a lovely clinic and the staff are all so helpful and enthusiastic. Also always really good with my son whenever we go in. Wheelchair accessible also which is so hard to find and always a bonus!

I had wonderful experience with 4D scan today. Although my baby dint co operate but the staff dint give up. The sonographer was a gem. She explained every little detail during the scan. Couldn’t fault this place at all, I had a 4D scan today. Been here with my previous daughter. I absolutely loved it they were all so professional and lovely. I brought my 22 month old daughter into the scan and they were fantastic with her. I’d like the thank all of the staff there today. Highly recommend this place.

The worst experience I’ve ever had - Molly should not be in a service related role. I called to book a scan & asked how many weeks I was which I advised - Molly said they had no appointments available until tomorrow & I can book online I told her I could g because the website wasn’t giving available dates until 9th November she said to call & book in the morning but I managed to get the date online - booked with £20 deposit only to turn up and they had my wrong due date & said they can’t scan me between 18-20 weeks even though the silly women called molly knew my dates - in the end told to email the manager so I’ve not only wasted my time but left £20 out of pocket for a deposit paid!! My normal window to the womb is Manchester Salford - never had any issues even during 18-20 weeks scans!!

I attended the clinic with my Husband yesterday and was so happy I could have him with me during these times especially with Covid 19. The staff were absolutely amazing and we were made to feel very relaxed and reassured. Very clean, safe and professional. Having had 2 previous miscarriages we had never had the chance to see our babies heart beat. My previous experiences of having a transvaginal ultrasound on the NHS haven't been that pleasant but yesterday we were given the happiest news that our baby's heart is beating and is safe and well. I was anxious and nervous and I found the sonographer to be very gentle. Overall a great experience with a very professional and caring team. I would 100% recommend this place and I will be attending again soon. Well done to the staff for creating a safe and pleasant environment during such difficult times.

I am 29 years old. I am very scared about my pregnancy. After a lot of research, I have chosen Window to the Womb in Leicester. Best decision ever. They understood my issues and especially took care of me and my baby. Truly it is the best private ultrasound scan clinic in Leicester.

With everything that's happening with Covid, Window to the Womb have allowed me to see my baby twice at different stages of development. Everyone has been so so wonderful, the ladies have looked after both my wife and I and the sonographer has talked us through the scan all the way through. Cannot thank everyone enough. I would like to thank Window to the Womb Leicester. I went there last Monday for my fetal health check scan. The staffs made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Visited when my wife was 28 weeks pregnant. Booked the appoinment on the website. Free parking. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Reasonable pricing. 4d images were awesome. Higly recommend if you want a pic of your little one.

Amazing experience today. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming, the assistant was so so lovley throughout my ultrasound and the sonographer Ade was excellent he checked all my babys organs and measurements, told me the position of the baby and showed me its hands and feet even got some lovley pictures. Defiantly recomend. VERY covid safe for anyone who is worried but wants reassurance on their pregnancy.

They explained everything to us in details so that we do not face any difficulty. Very good services. Our names were booked in advance so we didn't have to wait long. Very clean place. In my opinion, this is the best well-being scan clinic in Leicester.

Cannot recommend Window to the Womb enough, the staff are all so friendly - and was all in a nice relaxed environment. I went to Window to the Womb Leicester for the fetal scan. The sonographer is very skilled and professional in her work... She did accurate diagnostic and Scan. Even though she was very occupied with so many patients still she gave personal attention and time to every patient. She made sure that I was at ease during the scan and answered all our queries patiently. Important to mention that they are taking all the necessary precautions in this pandemic situation(thermal temperature check before entry, No mask no entry, sanitizer, proper hygiene). I had a wonderful experience and will highly recommend !!!.

Such a positive experience both times that we have been (reassurance and wellbeing/gender scans). The staff are all friendly and helpful and we felt we were in very good hands with the sonographer. We booked as at the time partners couldn’t attend nhs scans, so this was a great way of being able to have my husband present. Finding out the gender of our daughter was such a special day that I’ll always remember and it was nice to experience that in a less clinical and more warm and happy environment, as opposed to as part of a medical check at hospital. The prices are very fair and I think it’s an inexpensive way to have a quick check on baby or for additional services and I’d definitely recommend to anyone.
