Friendly and helpful staff… great store… I went in to get a pin on the wrist band put in my RIP dad’s 1963 omega seamaster … I can’t remember the gentleman’s name… but he was what outstanding service is ! All other employees were accommodating and we felt very welcomed…. They represented the Omega brand as it should be and they take pride in what they do… We’ll done ! and most of all, thank you Sir for getting that pin for me 🙏🏽

Over Christmas went in only to ‘window shop’ very professionally served by Lorna. Knowledgeable about watch and international warranty. Then she mentioned the potential for significant VAT refund as we live in USA. That tipped the decision to purchase. I had buyers remorse about the watch because of concerns about the VAT refund. The manager and staff were willing to take the watch back and give me a full refund. They also reassured me about the VAT refund process and sat and filled out the VAT claim form for me to ensure there were no mistakes They also provided me with the appropriate papers for US Customs. The VAT refund came through in the timeframe that the Omega staff said it would. Throughout my experience with the staff I received exemplary customer service. Having looked at the omega moonwatch for some time now. I decided to take the plunge and purchase one as a treat for my birthday . As soon as I entered the shop the staff were friendly and courteous they made me comfortable and put me at ease .The lady who looked after me during my purchase Lorna was excellent and took me through the sales process and fully explained the functions of the watch to me .Very professional service

I Purchased Omega Seamaster 300 42m blue dail and l love it. The service when you walk into the store was first class and friendly very welcome. As a watch Collector highly recommend Omega watch brand it's must have in any watch Collection.

Just dropped into the Glasgow boutique without an appointment. Top service received and clasp I had an issue with on my 4 year old PO was replaced free of charge along with a couple of glasses of champagne and bottles of peroni whilst I waited, staff as usual were fantastic especially Rica who is a credit to her employer. Unfortunately they never had time to give my watch a full polish which I never expected but have said that next time I'm in town they will carry this out for me if I book in advance. First class customer service and highly recommended if you ever need to use the Glasgow boutique.

Unreal experience, my omega bracelet had an issue. I went in to see the team and my god they resolved issue within 5 minutes. New bracelet on and left store with watch. I thought I would have to leave watch and get it back next week. Absolutely delighted. Omega for life.

I purchased my wife an OMEGA watch for christmas direct from OMEGA online. The bracelet was a standard size and we needed a link taken off. We visited the OMEGA store in Glasgow, and the customer service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They removed a link from my wifes watch, and it fit perfect. Thank you!

I purchased a De Ville Presige last month and the service and attention I received from Christina was absolutely outstanding. Even to the extent that the have ordered up a new smaller size strap for me. It hasn't arrived yet but when it arrives they are going to fit it and allow me to keep the current strap for future use if required. Absolutely amazing. I am planning on purchasing a Constellation now following this type of service and quality product. Thank you Omega

Lovely boutique in Glasgow’s Buchanan Street, with very helpful and obliging staff who go the extra mile with their level of customer service (even if you’re not spending a fortune!). My husband wanted a new strap for his Seamaster, but the one he wanted wasn’t available for his model. However, the “extra mile” that Andrew and Stuart went (with help from their manager) ensured he got what he wanted - so now everyone is happy! Thank you all so much.

I have owned several omega's but never purchased any direct from the boutique up until now. I've gone there for alterations and got to know the staff a bit Mainly Allan and Gary... Allan knew I was after a white dial seamaster for a while but I always put it off due to other circumstances...on this visit he informed me it was due to go up in price in a matter of weeks by £250 so good enough reason to buy now says I...From start to finish Allan was very professional and genuinely decent guy,made sure I was happy with the fit before I was on my way(be in for my pen soon)thanks very much for a great service

Brought in a watch to have some links taken out of the bracelet, checking the watch after getting home I found that the spring pin wasn't seated into its hole at all and the bracelet could have fallen off at any time. Not at all impressed for work at an omega boutique.

Bought a lovely speedmaster in here a few years ago and they were very polite and attentive to my needs. Also got them to send away an antique omega from the 50s for a service and it came back working flawlessly again with a nice new leather strap.
