Very knowledgeable staff. Great selection of fish and always have some rare species in stock. Shop and staff have earned lots of awards within the fishkeeping community. Also stock the best quality plants and lots of stock of everything aquarium related.

Nothing but excellent experiences here. Knowledgable and friendly staff, reasonable prices (when you consider the logistics of getting fish from all over the world!). Clean tanks and a great selection of very healthy plants, livestock, and live food. This store is particularly strong for aquascaping supplies and hasa really good selection. Small but perfectly formed gem of a place.

Visited a few times and every time has been pleasant. Beautiful layout, wide selection of fish and they’re constantly changing. Lots of beautiful fish for any size tank. I find different fish here that I wouldn’t find any where else. Staff are friendly and informative - they know their fish. There are display tanks of all kinds to give you an idea of what you can do in your tank. They also have a set-up that allows you to design your own. I hope to one day see they have expanded!

This store is the best in the Southwest for all things aquatic. They offer a huge selection of top quality cold water and tropical fish and all the tanks are meticulously clean. There's so much to chose from when it comes to aquarium supplies and the service is wonderful. We'll definitely buy more fish from them in the future.

Best Aquatic / Aquascaping store in Bristol, quality items, great support from the guys, stock of items that other stores have never even heard of. I definitely recommend if for beginners, pro aquascapers and fishkeepers. Keep it on dudes.

Went back to The Aquatic Store for the first time in several years having moved away from the area. It was a great store then and it is a great store now. The livestock looks healthy and they have a great selection. The dry goods, scaping goods, and supplements etc. are excellent and there is a terrific selection. Will be making the journey again soon as The Aquatic Store is worth the trip.

A really helpfull and friendly experience at this place. They were really knowledgeable about to treat my betta. Ill definitely be going back. Parking in the area is a bit of a challange but thats just bedminster for you and not the fault of this great store .

This is an absolute gem - Nick and Martin are so knowledgeable and have helped me problem solve on multiple occasions , which has been invaluable. The store also has a comprehensive range of products , which now includes plant terrariums with a specialist range of plants and substrates . Just Fab !!!!

What a great little shop. Well stocked with a good range of both fish and dry goods. Tanks were all spotless which is so important in this hobby. Well worth the drive from Gloucester will definitely be back. Only issue is parking but that's Bristol for you.

We first visited The Aquatic Store last week as complete novices. I'd often passed this place, but never gone in. I was amazed at how big it is and how well-stocked. This place seems to have everything a beginner (and most things an expert, I'm guessing) would need. The thing that most impressed me were the staff; the staff member who looked after us was knowledgeable, personable and helpful, without being pushy or patronising. We were back again today to buy some more items and the service was just as good. We feel very confident asking questions and trust that the staff will have our best interests at heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Have subsequently been back multiple times, still continue to be impressed by the knowledge and attitude of the staff. They've had a change around and have some ex-display aquariums for sale...

I just love this shop. Been a few times and it's always good. Plenty of hardscape and plants. Stunning aqua scaped tanks on show. Decent fish selection, many of which you don't seem to find in many places. Good thing I don't live too near or I would be in here a lot.

Amazing place with lots of variety of fishes. I am very new in fish keeping hobby. So I needed some old used filter media and The guy their gave m rocks which were being used as a filtration. Very helpful and knowledgeable people! Parking is a bit difficult to find but I managed to find parking nearby on the road.
