It's a business park, how can one rate this It has office buildings that didn't come alive and attack me? Although in seriousness, there is a bar, didn't see any shops. There may or may not be shops that you can get your essentials in, but I didn't see them.

Modern office block in an ever expanding business area. Clever use of railway and industrial heritage in the area with modern architecture. A number of bars, cafes and eateries add to the experience.

Wow! What a splendid experience I’ve just had at Hoist House would recommend to anyone! The staff members were extremely friendly and the el bastardo pizza was pleasing on the pallet 😍 tad spicy but I was warned (haha) great value as well!
