I am very disappointed with the visit to this so call "private clinic". When you enter the clinic, a small waiting room awaits you, where people sit on top of each other and fill out a form that contains very private information. Everyone can see what you're writing and hear what you're saying to the administrator. There is absolutely no privacy in the clinic. The clinic has a very young staff that doesn't elaborate enough into the really helpful information that would help you make a better informed decision. This shows that they have very little experience and can be potentially incompetent. To confirm my suspicions, a test sample was taken and lost in the process through negligence. I now have to go for a retest, wasting my time and money. I wouldn't say anything if the clinic was cheap or had good service, but my one visit cost me over 300 pounds. I didn't even get any answers or recommendations from the doctor. I've had better free consultations. This may not be a practice at that clinic. It must be customary to just take money form people assuming they are stupid. With conviction, I do not recommend this clinic to anybody. Quality of services and conditions of the facilities are of a very very poor standard. They should be ashamed. If not, choose a different profession. This is really not for you.

I was recommended Travel Doc Sheffield by a friend and I’m genuinely so grateful I came here. I called a few places before calling here and this was the only place that I could get booked in straightaway. The reception staff were lovely and more than accommodating. Genuinely such lovely friendly people. It made my booking experience stress free. I received a text message with details on how to get here. On the day of my travel vaccinations the road was closed and Sam stayed on the phone to me until I got into the waiting area as I was totally lost. She really didn’t need to do that and I feel like she went above and beyond to ensure I was all good. So thank you so much! The prices of the vaccines here were cheaper than anywhere else that I had rang first. I just wish this place had been recommended to me before I made 3 calls before who couldn’t get me in for about 3 weeks- which was no good to me. I am absolutely petrified of needles and usually hysterically cry because of my fear. I have never felt so comfortable whilst having an injection EVER. Fran made me feel super comfortable and totally at ease. Knowing that what I was having was for my own safety and having all 3 jabs explained to me properly by Fran also put my mind at ease. Now I can enjoy my travels in Bali knowing I won’t be at risk. Thank you so much for making me feel super comfortable throughout this whole experience. Grace :)

Absolutely super clinic - really genuine in their passion for their work. They kindly offered to vaccinate me for free as I was doing voluntary work which i appreciated. My friends have all been to the clinic and it is recommended by so many people in Sheffield with good reason.

Had the full courses of all my travel vaccines here (so visited 3 times). Each time the nurse was so lovely and chatty, I felt completely at ease and she gives great travel health advice. It's very easy to make an appointment with plenty available, and since it's open until 6pm it's more convenient if you want to come after work.

Had my first hayfever injection earlier in the year and instantly felt better, unfortunately it didn't last long. Hopefully this second dose will last the rest of the year. Service is good and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Im usually very satisfied with the service I’ve received here in the past but I had an appointment on the 15th of January and I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the reception team, lack of empathy, and poor communication skills. I left the clinic having wasted my time and without receiving any treatment after wasting 40 mins.

Had Botox here and the staff were super friendly and helpful, the Nurse who did the Botox put me at ease and was chatty and friendly The results were exactly what I wanted to achieve. I’ll look forward to trying other treatments here. Very professional and comfortable atmosphere

I had botox here with Fran and I am very pleased with the result. After having botched botox treatment somewhere else in sheffield, I searched for a reliable skilled practitioner and found Fran. She did a great job and I would recommend her.

Arrived on the day to be told price had gone up by £30 from the published online price. Tried to make me book both vaccines in the course at once despite not knowing if my child would react well to the first one. Have since seen the same vaccine available at Boots for half the price you pay here. Clinic is tired and shabby. Staff were friendly and competent.

Tried to book appointment to get GP certificate of good health for work based on chest xrays, blood test and ECG obtained a couple days ago somewhere else. Unfortunately I was told it was not possible without repeating those tests again at their practice. They could not explain what was so different about all those test done somewhere else and at their practice. It’s just the way they work. Being doctors they should know about harmful effects of radiation however their profit is more important.

I have been too this clinic to finally have my kenalog injection. Thank you Vali for this.

Been going to fran for the past year for Botox and I can honestly say she’s the best . My face looks so natural and the compliments I receive are down to Fran’s work. I’m in my 50s so I’m not a novice to Botox . The clinic is just a lovely friendly place .

My partner and I visited Regent Street Clinic, Sheffield last week to get some advice on travel vaccinations. We did not have long before we travelled and our GP recommended them for speed. The service was excellent. We were able to book a same day appointment (and get the vaccinations at the same time) and we had an excellent consultation with Mary Saunders (Practice Nurse). Mary presented as a very knowledgeable person in this area, and we felt very comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend.

Fran the practioner put me at ease explained everything and was very knowledgeable.I have amazing results from botox I will continue to use Fran for any cosmetic procedures. Very happy. Nikki

They told me to have a skin swab but they didn't inform me the cost before doing it - it cost an extra £150, which I only found out when I was paying. When I went to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy, I found out they prescribed me the wrong medication (I have some medical background). I went back to the clinic, they told me they would get in touch with the doctor (who never saw me) and message me later - as soon as I left the clinic, I received the new prescription with the correct medication (which could have been bought over the counter!). I cannot return the incorrect one (unopened) to the pharmacy. It was all a bad experience. They should have informed me of the cost of the swab before and If I didn't have some medical background I would be using the wrong medication. And I lost the money for the wrong medication (£25 + £9).

Me and my family attended today for a travel consultation for a trip to Thailand. (Unable to get in with our NHS GP) The nurse Fran was highly informative and made sure both myself, husband and children were all vaccinated accordingly. The consultation was really thorough and the nurse gave us really good travel advice, no stone was left unturned. We now feel really safe for our upcoming holiday. I’ve just been in for a last minute appointment as I’m travelling to Thailand in 6 days. They gave really good advice, and I had a few vaccines which took less than a minute! Great service!

Had a rabies course after being bitten abroad, I had the first dose in Indonesia and finished them off with the same vaccine in the Sheffield clinic which was hugely reassuring so thank you again

Fran was brilliant when I attended with allergies - she arranges a great comprehensive allergy screen that showed I was very gluten and lactose intolerant. Since changing my diet accordingly, I’m a totally different person, feel brand new! Thanks so much to the medical team at Regent Street Clinic Sheffield.

Overall it’s a very impressive service and a business that genuinely cares. The nurse had direct access to the doctor and they use modern technology effectively to issue prescriptions on a cloud based service to bring medicine to the modern era. Very impressed

Absolutely super service when I needed help last week. My problem which was ongoing became unbearable over the weekend. I phoned in the morning, got a same day appointment and the doctor prescribed my medication and diagnosed the issue. I would highly recommend and definitely use again. The weekend service is great just knowing there’s a clinic there that can accommodate.

All my wishes have been granted at Regent Street Sheffield. Truly truly amazing & Dr Amy Watson is my genie. I had fillers & Botox and this revolutionary treatment called profhilo. I have to say I was scared of needles but Dr Amy talked me through the whole process & put me at ease. She really is an outstanding Doctor who is professional but so approachable at the same time. Extremely pleased with the service I received here before going on my trip. Was seen by Nurse Rosie who gave me very indepth advice on vaccinations and staying safe whilst away, very professional and knowledgeable which I haven’t had from the nhs. This chat saved me time and actually saved me money from getting my pre-booked vaccines with my GP as this service was cheaper, was seen very quickly and got an appointment the same day (unlike my GP which was a 6 week wait!) will definitely use for future trips.

My partner attended the clinic today for his final travel vaccinations and were pleasantly greeted by the receptionist who was lovely and chatty and very shortly after we were sent upstairs immediately for his vaccinations. The nurses were extremely caring and gave us all of the information we needed on how to stay safe on our upcoming trip, quick and efficient! The only downside was that there as only a limited amount of parking on rockingham street opposite the clinic but I suppose that is what you expect being in the middle of a city centre, however there are many car parks on all surrounding streets. Great atmosphere and an all round amazing team at the Sheffield clinic. Thank you!

My experience was very positive. I had a health concern and needed to get tested asap due to an upcoming surgery. After a Google search I called and was seen within an hour. The reception staff were all friendly and helpful and the clinical care was even better

I really appreciated the efficiency. Was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Also extremely transparent about cost, as stated on the website. I was a tourist and it was a great experience for a less than great day of my life.

The clinic was brilliant when I needed vaccines on short notice. The receptionists were lovely and the nurse who gave me my vaccines was great too! She gave me all the information I needed and more and I got most of my vaccines that day! A fantastic service I would really recommend

Fantastic place! Great service, Fran makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, delighted with the treatments I've had. I've had a few aesthetic treatments and I'm especially delighted with the tear trough treatment under my eyes, feel so much better.
