Service second to none at Meadowhall Sketchers Retail. I didn’t get the young woman’s name who served us but I asked her where she was from and she told me she was from Romania. She was extremely polite and very helpful to both me and my wife. She must have brought out a dozen or more pairs of Sketchers for both of us to try on. She did her job very well and made our experience of Sketchers Retail a pleasure. We both purchased a pair of Sketchers each and left the store very satisfied.

OMG Best shop I have been in for ages. Member of staff that assisted me was absolutely brilliant, was really knowledgeable about the stock they were selling. Sorted out size for me. Really impressed with the assistance I received, I will be going back. Great shop and great assistance. Thank you 😊

Been to a few Sketcher shops in the past and didnt really have a good experience, today shopping in the meadowhall branch, we were lucky enough to have Alex look after us, nothing too much trouble, managed to help me find the right type of shoe and fit for me, thanks Alex 🙂

Sketchers in Sheffield has a bad customer service. They treat people very bad. We used to go there to buy our family walking shoes but they put us off there. Never going back to that place again. Rude and don’t listen.

Love their footwear....but the ones l like are now too pricey at £90. When l bought the same earlier in the year at £65 in a different colour. So disappointed.

I'd previously been in and seen some wedge sandals I liked, but due to price, I decided against getting them. When I was at meadowhall yesterday, I noticed that there was a sale on so decided to see if the sandals were reduced, which they were, so I managed to get them in my size.

We were dealt with by Brad, and he was extremely helpful as I had 6 pairs of shoes on the go, trying to find the right one for me. Very patient and knowledgeable and had a laugh with us. He had a good sales technique of showing me the comfiest max cushion trainers, which were out of the price range, though my head has turned towards them! He noted down the codes of the shoes we liked so we could look online and buy them at a later date. Thanks, Brad!

On black Friday I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Meadowhall sketchers and the lady who served me went above and beyond to assist. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a refreshing change to be served by someone so pleasant and helpful. Definitely a member of staff to be valued.

Got my new nursing shoes for work from here. Brad served me, he was lovely and went above and beyond to explain the best shoes for my job and recommended me the max cushioned trainers as they are the best for nurses.

Loads of styles and staff were helpful and friendly.

Sketchers had a good selection of shoes which pleased me and I came away with 2 pairs BUT I was so disappointed with the extreme shortage of staff. 2 ladies were trying their hardest to serve several customers at once.They did their absolute best under the circumstances. Sketchers in Meadowhall is a busy place and people buying need help with shoe fitting. I wasn't impressed seeing the pressure these ladies were under. Please look after your staff Mr Sketcher.

I went in to this shop to have a look around & none of the assistants approached me & felt I was been ignored. I just walked out. It had a good selection of trainers, shoes & sandals.

Went into the store and only thing I got was a hello that I initiated. They had 3 members of staff behind the till. Not once did I get a 'can I help', waited in line and it was as though they did not want to know.

Has a wide variety of shoes, found the staff very attentive and polite. Sketchers are the most comfortable shoes i have ever owned. both myself and my partner have had many pairs of trainers from here it is like walking on carpet.

Friendly, helpful staff. Shop wasn't too busy. Popped in to get oldest daughter some new trainers as she'd worn her old ones to death and were getting small. Love their shoes they are good quality and very comfy. Just wish they'd do light up adult shoes. Why should the kids have all the fun!!

Stock is not exhaustive but if they've got what you want the products are excellent as are the sales staff!

I was served by salesperson 830509. She was absolutely superb. Told me in great detail about the arch system and made sure the Skechers I purchased were comfortable. She also explained how they would strech within a couple of weeks to put my mind at ease. Excellent customer service 10/10 !!

I had such a great experience shopping here! I find it very hard to find the right shoes due to my size, Danielle E went above and beyond to help me get the right shoes. I cant thank her enough for turning a normally stressful situation into a fantastic time. I will definitely be back again! Once again thankyou.

Ok place but came in today wanting golf shoes for Christmas present and said haven’t sell them in store tell me to go trinity centre in Manchester to get them I found it abit stupid not sell them in Meadowhall shopping centre

I only have size 1 feet (I'm 24) and I have to shop in the kids section, and unfortunately, not a massive fan of their twinkle toes, or light up collection. Ended up finding a couple of plain pairs I liked and Rhys was amazing with me. He found the shoes in the back and came back really quickly, helped me find 3 pairs I liked and let me try them on. He was very patient with me, as I'm struggling to bend down (pregnant) and I felt no judgement at all. Usually being so small, I get judged as being "a kid with a kid" but Rhys handled me brilliantly. He was funny and had great banter and customer service. He made the prices very clear before I purchased anything and made what is normally a night mare (finding shoes that fit me and aren't too babyish), a really fun experience.
