Great shop great staff! I was served by a lady called Daisie who was very knowledgeable and helpful, she even let us try to Chocolate cream liquor which after trying we had to buy! An asset to the company.

Helpful and friendly staff. This outlet is wheelchair accessible. The range of chocolate is vast something for every age and taste. So worth a visit to experience the chocolate I love the dark batons whereas, my husband enjoys the dark chocolate at 100%. I love the ice cream and the drinking chocolate that you can now purchase from this outlet.

With a very pleasant welcoming Staff member controlling numbers in store @the entrance & a queuing sign system opposite the store if required.On Entry inside there was the usual hand sanitiser & baskets available,the shelfs were well stocked with chocolate goodies,maybe there wasn't everything instore which youll find on the hotel chocolate website but still more than a great selection available & a wonderful counter service is awaiting for you @the till which all adds up a fantastic shopping experience which you wouldn't get when ordering online !

We use Hotal Chocolate regularly and it's always amazing. The beans are responsibly sourced which we think is important as well. We tend to go for gifts but end up buying a treat for ourselves as well. Lately we have tried the Salted Caramel Vodka which is so nice. Vodka isn't really my thing but it's so smooth it can be drunk straight with the tastes coming through so well. The chilli chocolate is amazing as well. The last time we visited there was an issue when we found out that some of the chocs were missing when we got home but after visiting the store they couldn't have been nicer about putting it right. We'll definitely be going there again though as we've never had it happen before so maybe just an off day.

As the other contributors have said, very clean and well thought out displays. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. We bought some treats for prezzies but given the current climate I feel the powers that be need to review pricing if they want to keep their market share.

They sell an assortment of craft chocolates and drinks, including gin and chocolate liquers. I have bought the mint cream liquer and it is the nicest mint flavoured drink I've ever had, I'll definitely be back to try the others.

Our velvetiser, bought by our son for his mum's birthday on January 15 decided to stop working so we took it back to Meadowhall hoping to resolve the problem quickly;we need not have worried as the young lady who dealt with us could not have been more charming and helpful, offering us a replacement with no fuss at all; this is much appreciated and is an example of excellent service!

Myself and my partner visited the shop yesterday 24/01/24 at around 7pm and the young lady who served us was really fantastic and gave great service, really top notch
