Booked this place for my 2nd jab. Highly organised and very clean. Volunteers with their tablets will ask your name and if you have symptoms before letting you in. Once you're in you're asked to sanitise your hands, before letting you sit down. Your names will be on a big screen - they'll be at the top when it's your turn, telling you the desk number. Your seat will also be sanitised for the next person. Inside the vaccinator will ask you a few questions before inoculation. You are then to chill out for 15mins in the waiting area - can leave before or extend the time, your choice, but best to wait. I'm sure Centres 1 and 3 are similar.

Very organised centre and the staff are polite and helpful! The whole process is very quick too! The only downside is my arm was not disinfected before vaccination. I should not have looked away to another side otherwise I would be able to remind him. A cotton ball to wipe the blood and bandage would be highly appreciated if available.

No vaccine available at centre 2 lunchtime today (2 Feb 22). Waited 40 minutes. Best to ask when you arrive if they have any - no announcements at all.

I came today to take my first shot, I have horrible a fear of needles and finally decided to go and get the vaccine. I’ve been mentally preparing all week and took off from work to come on Sunday 10th. Imagine my chock when I got there and they had DECIDED to CLOSE that day! I chose to come to a hospital and not another pop op centre due to my fear of needles and assumed they would be the most professional. I bet you are still getting NHS funding even though you’re closed! How hard is it to update your opening hours in time? Who’s actually managing your admin? What an utter joke and disgusting way to run a medical centre. Btw, there was someone else who had an appointment today who also didn’t know you were closed. No respect for people’s time.

Very friendly wonderful people giving the vaccines. Generally very well organised and kept clean and for the most part helpful nice staff.

Just want to say thank you so much to the vaccine clinic at St Thomas hospital. I attended yesterday to have my first vaccine and I was extremely nervous and tearful but the staff were absolutely amazing. The person administering the vaccine got one of the nurses in to hold my hand and they were both so patient and kind to me. I am sad I did not get their names so I could mention them by name but they will remember me by my lamb so hopefully they see this feedback! Just wanted to say thank you ever so much, I really am so grateful.

Lovely staff & very efficient setup - I was in and out in twenty minutes. A must for any pandemic.
